The apartment was really nice. The pool area was under construction and we had to use another pool area. The pool area was small and people reserved the spots even if they were not using them. There should have been a tule, if you leave the area you must free the spot.

Our stay was wonderful, the only small things that need improvement are the pillows, very soft and flat and the lifts, too many floors and not enough lifts you can end up waiting for 10+ minutes at a time to find out you can actually fit in.

Lifts take a very long time and we booked 2 rooms in 2 different towers and both rooms had blocked plumbing in the bathrooms and one room had water coming from the ceiling on the bed

Sonder Downtown Towers is a wonderful place to stay. Roomy apartments, clean, large and bright. All furnishings and equipment in top working condition. Wonderful mattresses delivered a great night sleep. Not only is it a very secure place but also all the employees do care and carry a smile on their faces. Top Choice in Downtown Dubai.

Second time staying here due to good location and the apartment is very spacious. The cleanliness was not great this time doors had oil marks and windows were dirty. We had to use the pool in the other tower last year they did this but for the other tower.

Sonder Downtown is situated in a prime location. It had good amenities, the rooms are large and have incredible views if the city. The Apartment/Hotel is incredibly clean and staff are very helpful. However, there is always a wait for the lifts, so prehaps additional lifts would have made my stay more functional. The swimming pool was out of service, so the remainibg swimming pool that was functioning was very crowded. There is no onsite restaurant or eatery but a few facilities close by. Overall, it was a great stay, i would definitely stay again

Wow as are rooms were massive, a great place to staff with a large group on friends or family with all the rooms with there own bathrooms. The kitchen was massive with all the bells and whistles. Great view of the city with the balcony with staying on the 29 floor. Great gym with pools. Great location with 30 min walk to the Dubai Mall. There is a 24 hour supermarket less than 10 mins walk from this place. The front room is 28 feet across with a large table. 5 stars * * * * * review

A special shoutout to the reception team, who were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality made a significant difference and contributed to the overall positive experience. The only suggestion I have is to improve the location details for Sonder Tower 2 on the Sonder application to make it easier for guests to find and for the uber drivers as well. We came for a 2 week family vacation & the property itself was wonderful. The apartment was specious, the views were incredible, and we were close to everything. My family & I enjoyed our stay. One thing I did not like was the cleaning. I reserved the cleaning for a time frame according to their availabilities, we stepped out to give them that time, upon our return, the cleaning was not done. I called and they sent someone to do it, late at night but the job was not done properly & we had to pay out of pocket. For the cost, I'd have like a better cleaning but overall great.

Apartment was in an excellent location. Rooms where big with simple plain decor. Problem was after a few days at the Apartment, when you walk in to the apartment it would smell of sewage, contacted the front desk, would send a Engineer who would fix the problem. Then the next day same problem, this went on for majority of our stay. Had three rooms booked, only our room had the problem. What was even worse is they compensated us with 500 aed for our next visit. Lol after spending thousands on the rooms. You can keep the 500aed would not visit the sonder brand again.

This place is absolutely amazing.. Our apartment was clean and everything was provided for our comfort. A grocery store was conveniently located right outside over building. We stayed on the 31st floor with an amazing panoramic view. Very nice and friendly staff.. I would definitely book my stay with Sonders downtown in the future and I already referred my friends and family members..Thank you Sonders for making my stay a pleasant one!! 10 out of 10 for me!!

The location was very good. We were close to the Dubai mall, a 10 minute taxi drive. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. The staff was very nice and quick to response to any concerns. Overall a very good stay!

Everything was absolutely amazing and we’ll definitely be coming back here whenever visiting Dubai. Rooms are just like you see in pictures if not better. It’s more of a family friendly place and feels like home with a million dollar view. I believe city view rooms are way better than ocean view because ocean is like 2 miles away and the burj view is stunning.

We’ve been frequenting Sonders Downtown Dubai for close to 3 years. In general, our stays have always been pleasant. We have, however, noticed that, over the years the apartments are due some new furniture, rugs, mattresses etc.

Just wished it was walking distance from the metro but that’s literally the only drawback, everything else is just absolutely fantastic. The view from apartment( the apartment size and facilities provided and the service and cleanliness. I stayed 11 nights and had the best time at this property

Very beautiful structure and apartment. Communication in general was excellent except for the fact that we were notified only during the stay that very noisy asphalting work would be carried out on the road below during the night.

Excellent location since easy to get to almost all visitors points. Very nice and spacious. Great staff and very helpful. One thing would be great if units are remodeled but other than that excellent place. Feels just like home. I definitely will stay at Sonders again for next vacation to Dubai 😊

We was family from 5 people , we enjoyed very much in the apartment , the apartment was very huge, comfortable, quiet and contained everything we needed like microwave, espresso machines, refrigerator and cooker , the apartment was near of everywhere. All was well except for the hairdryer plug that had only 2 pins. One was broken. The safe in the room had no batteries. Their service was good. We asked for 4 pairs of room slippers, as the floor was really cold, and one extra pillow, and all were promptly sent up to our apartment. Highly recommended.

Appartement zeer ruim en heerlijk zwembad. Medewerkers van de receptie en dan met name Rutendo zijn ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Rutendo heeft ons enorm geholpen aangezien wij per ongeluk een koffer hadden laten staan en zij ontzettend veel moeite heeft gedaan om ons te helpen met de verzending naar ons toe. Niks was teveel gevraagd en alles ging met een glimlach. Zulke medewerkers kom je zelden tegen. We hadden ons geen betere service kunnen wensen! Nogmaals bedankt voor alles!

Very roomy, spacious. Add that it is accessible to popular destinations like Burj Khalifa, the mall, i know this is not part of the property but Traffic is VERY CONGESTED, TERRIBLE. Overall highly recommended. Friendly front desk

I loved this property as it’s right in the middle of the city and everything is close, Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa is just 10 mins walk

Just wished it was walking distance from the metro but that’s literally the only drawback, everything else is just absolutely fantastic. The view from apartment( the apartment size and facilities provided and the service and cleanliness. I stayed 11 nights and had the best time at this property

The location was very good. We were close to the Dubai mall, a 10 minute taxi drive. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. The staff was very nice and quick to response to any concerns. Overall a very good stay!

Excellent location since easy to get to almost all visitors points. Very nice and spacious. Great staff and very helpful. One thing would be great if units are remodeled but other than that excellent place. Feels just like home. I definitely will stay at Sonders again for next vacation to Dubai 😊

Wow as are rooms were massive, a great place to staff with a large group on friends or family with all the rooms with there own bathrooms. The kitchen was massive with all the bells and whistles. Great view of the city with the balcony with staying on the 29 floor. Great gym with pools. Great location with 30 min walk to the Dubai Mall. There is a 24 hour supermarket less than 10 mins walk from this place. The front room is 28 feet across with a large table. 5 stars * * * * * review

This place is absolutely amazing.. Our apartment was clean and everything was provided for our comfort. A grocery store was conveniently located right outside over building. We stayed on the 31st floor with an amazing panoramic view. Very nice and friendly staff.. I would definitely book my stay with Sonders downtown in the future and I already referred my friends and family members..Thank you Sonders for making my stay a pleasant one!! 10 out of 10 for me!!

Sonder Downtown is situated in a prime location. It had good amenities, the rooms are large and have incredible views if the city. The Apartment/Hotel is incredibly clean and staff are very helpful. However, there is always a wait for the lifts, so prehaps additional lifts would have made my stay more functional. The swimming pool was out of service, so the remainibg swimming pool that was functioning was very crowded. There is no onsite restaurant or eatery but a few facilities close by. Overall, it was a great stay, i would definitely stay again

Everything was perfect! Only one thing we missed , was a USB connection...because we had only one converter UK->EU and that's a little bit difficult if you have phones and ipads etc to charge.
