My complaint is that we were told only a couple days before our trip that the fire alarm would be going off from 9a.m-4:30p.m. for the week that we were there. Since it was only a couple days notice we decided to continue with the stay and just go to the beach or something during those hours. Well the issue is the alarms didn’t stop at 4:30. We heard them all through the nights and it constantly woke us and our children up. I reached out to the company a couple of times to fix it and got no acknowledgment or response. My husband finally took it upon himself to fix the issue so that we could get some sleep. Outside of this issue the site was safe and absolutely beautiful. It was well equipped and made us feel right at home.

The place was great, we traveled with two young kids and were very comfortable. The property is professionally managed with on-site staff. They were very responsive throughout our stay and we got service within minutes. The beach is a short walk, the pool is amazing with chairs and cabanas. The front desk staff was extremely helpful as well. Very easy to get food and groceries delivered, Uber is available easily for getting around. There area isn't fancy so you'll have to take a 20 minute drive to get to the nicer places, but it's not sketchy or dangerous either. Very comfortable with kids, would do it again.

Very nice appearance - lots of construction going on that limits abilities to enjoy experience. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night frightening my son. Staff wasn’t made aware somehow that I scheduled a late check out, which led to being disrupted 3 times by cleaning staff and our key cards to not work after 11a

Vi bodde i en hjørne leilighet med fantastisk utsikt. Hotellet er nytt i 2025. Meget bra gym og flott basseng. Super beliggenhet med gåavstand til North beach og til koselige lokale butikker. Vi hadde det helt topp! Pass på at dette ikke er et hotel - de i resepsjonen jobber for de som eier bygget og må ta alle henvendelser videre med Nomada sin kundeservice.Dette kan by på utfordringer.

The building itself is brand new, which makes for a modern feel and the amenities were quite nice and clean. The apartment itself was clean and had a nice layout. The location is still up-and-coming so there’s ongoing development in the area. Currently there no outfoor furniture on the balconies and adding some would really improve the experience. Unfortunately, the hot water never got hotter than lukewarm. Overall, it’s a comfortable luxury/modern spot with potential but it still feels like a work in progress with overall operations as it is an acting apartment complex as well.

Nyt og meget flot hotel, og hvor vi havde en fantastisk udsigt. Desværre har hotellet ikke helt klar til at modtage gæster. Røgalarmen var i uorden og holdt os alle 4 vågne to nætter i træk, og der var meget beskidt på terrassen. Personalet var meget venlige, men services utrolig dårlig. Da vi spurgte om vi kunne ligge ved poolen i 2 timer efter udtjek fra lejligheden, kunne dette ikke lade sig gøre selvom der var masser af ledige pladser.
Nyt og meget flot hotel, og hvor vi havde en fantastisk udsigt. Desværre har hotellet ikke helt klar til at modtage gæster. Property was amazingly clean and well kept. Dishes and utensils were spotless. Beach was 2 blocks away so super convenient. Couple of minor issues - pull out couch bed wasn’t very comfortable but that’s expected. And communication with the host was challenging. A number of my inquiries via the Expedia Messaging platform went unanswered. But I would still recommend this hotel especially for those looking for more space and a full kitchen.

The view of the marina from the room was spectacular. I loved the balcony and the pool. We got the 1 bedroom unit and the kitchen was full service and they also had a washer and dryer. Beautiful hotel would book again.

Room was beautiful. Balcony view was the best. Publix nearby as well as other shops. Parking on site. I loved this hotel and I will be returning back. Room had just the right amount of space plus a washer and dryer. Cannot go wrong booking this hotel.

As a VIP property, I would have expected a more consistent execution: the app showed higher-category rooms available, yet the front desk advised there was no availability and no upgrade was offered at check-in. The second bedroom also had no window, which materially affects the quality of the stay. In addition, response times on their WhatsApp chat were noticeably slow, which is not ideal when guests rely on it for timely information and support. we checked out a night earlier.

They promised to refund my service fee then lied to Expedia. They had me in the wrong room I paid for ocean view. They moved me but still wasn’t full ocean view. Room, sheets and overall was not the cleanest. Ran out of toilet paper never brought any. No paper towels, no pans to cook nor pot holder. When I first got there they gave me a key to someone else’s room and I walked in on them. Horrible experience overall and very rude when you have an issue.

We didn’t realize you could pay to check in early until about 20 minutes before we arrived, so we paid an extra $60. At the desk, we were told our room would be ready in 15 minutes, but it ended up taking about an hour, and there was no refund since the fee is based on how early you check in, not when the room is actually ready. Staff also seemed a bit annoyed with us. We understand the residents come first, but as paying guests, it felt like there was a disconnect. We know it’s a new location and they’re still working out the kinks, so it’s just something to keep in mind.

I had an amazing stay at 72 Park. The place was super clean, modern, and very accessible. The 100 bus stop was just a short walk away, Uber rides were reasonably priced, and there was a supermarket nearby, which made things really convenient. The pool and amenities were definitely a highlight; everything was beautiful and well-maintained. The only downside was that I requested extra blankets and towels from the front desk/host several times starting on the first day, but they weren’t provided until the day before we departed. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I’d definitely stay here again!

the first two nights at my stay things were all over the place... I paid for early check in and it got denied while on the way to 72 park because of (a/c issues) so l waited in the lobby for almost 2-3 hours waiting and when I get to the room the a/c was at 76 degrees and kept going up from there (I have pictures). They called the technician he came and couldn't do anything. They moved me to another room after 2 nights of no air conditioning! Also I called for towels early in the morning and I had to end up calling another 3 times and they still didn’t bring any until the end of the night !

Appartment was alright but the location was less nice. Surroundings where very noisy also a lot of traffic during the night. Rooms where not sound proof. You have restaurants in the neighborhood but the accommodation itself did not have a lot to offer. They have a pool on the 5th floor but we prefer to book an accommodation which is on the beach .

The place was great, we traveled with two young kids and were very comfortable. The property is professionally managed with on-site staff. They were very responsive throughout our stay and we got service within minutes. The beach is a short walk, the pool is amazing with chairs and cabanas. The front desk staff was extremely helpful as well. Very easy to get food and groceries delivered, Uber is available easily for getting around. There area isn't fancy so you'll have to take a 20 minute drive to get to the nicer places, but it's not sketchy or dangerous either. Very comfortable with kids, would do it again.

As a VIP property, I would have expected a more consistent execution: the app showed higher-category rooms available, yet the front desk advised there was no availability and no upgrade was offered at check-in. The view of the marina from the room was spectacular. I loved the balcony and the pool. We got the 1 bedroom unit and the kitchen was full service and they also had a washer and dryer. Beautiful hotel would book again.

Room was beautiful. Balcony view was the best. Publix nearby as well as other shops. Parking on site. I loved this hotel and I will be returning back. Room had just the right amount of space plus a washer and dryer. Cannot go wrong booking this hotel.

The apartment was good but too small from what I saw online and it’s wasn’t big enough for 3 people. The couch wasn’t long enough for and adult to sleep on though it was comfortable. The pool closed up as early as 6pm but the building was clean.
