We travel a lot and this by far was the best experience we’ve had. Staff was amazing. Any question I had or anything I needed they were there to help. The water pressure for the showers were absolutely amazing.The kids loved the pool. They were cleaning the hot tub during our stay which was a bummer but it’s definitely nice to see it gets cleaned. I will definitely be back. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Hotel was in good condition overall. There was a small food and drink bar that was a plus. Whirlpool was broken but the pool was not. Several comfy public areas to sit and relax. Rooms were clean and had needed amenities, including a nice TV. However, the mattress (room 326) was not good, it sank, and made noise, and dipped down.

The room lacked several items; lotion, cups, coffee and even the shower curtain. The coffee that was provided did not fit the coffee machine, so we were forced to buy it downstairs. Breakfast was expensive where as it is offered for free at most hotels. To top it off, their was a $3.00 per night parking fee. What is that all about? A parking fee for an open parking lot? Unbelievable. I also received a call the day after checkout that I "owed" money for the breakfast. I told the caller my AMEX card was on file for incidentals. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

We arrived just after check-in (3 pm on a Friday) and the room was already perfect and ready for us on the 4th floor (the top of the hotel). We had two queen beds with three huge fluffy pillows each and lovely down alternative bedding. Local channels, Netflix, and YouTube are available, but we just wanted to crash. We passed the pool on our way in- it was curtained off from the hall, which was a very appreciated touch. There is also a dining area on the way in on the first floor, with offerings from breakfast to basic pub fare and hummus. It was nice to know there were options for food and entertainment if we were in search of activities beyond family. The shower pressure was great, and the room was super quiet. We had no idea if anyone was staying in rooms near us or not despite the parking lot being full the entire weekend. That says a lot. The next time we are in need of a room, we will make sure to stay here.

The name Courtyard has a reputation of high standards. This was a factor in my choice. Unfortunately this location didn't live up to that expectation! The front desk area and staff were absolutely phenomenal and provided stellar customer service. I felt optimistic after our check-in until we reached and entered our room. The glimmer of excitement quickly dimmered! Areas of the room were not clean: the cloth chairs had several stains; don't want to think about what they could've been! The nighstand had remnants if pink stuff that spilled and dripped down the side, and the carpet had many spots and overall needed a professional clean; vacuuming was not going to cut it! Finally, the bathroom tub was chipped and showed signs of rusting. We will NOT be returning!

It was not very good. I use to love staying at Marriott, my first place of choice. Not any more. I will be looking a choice of hotels. My room had beat up furniture, marks all over way. Looked like mold forming in the shower. My room was not cleaned, no new bed sheets, towels, coffee for 2nd night stay. The tub had standing water from shower. I asked for another room after seeing it for first time was told no other room was available. This well below standards for Marriott. Not happy at all with my stay and I have rewards with Marriott

We arrived at 3:30 and our room was not ready so we waited. An hour later as I was canceling, my room was ready. We were soo late to our show because of this. They offered breakfast but that’s not nearly enough. The room was not very clean. Food still in fridge from last guest. Will not be back. Alicia and April at front desk were amazing. Manager not friendly or compassionate at all.

I stayed two nights there. I was in the second floor. The elevator was ok but the floor carpet in the elevator and in the second floor hallway had a very dirty look. Soo much stains on the floor! It smelled like skunk in the hallway. My room had an unpleasant odor. I am not smoker and suffer from allergies. I had multiple episodes of cough and had to take meds for that. There were tiny soaps and shampoo items in room. The decor was less than satisfactory. (My family stayed in this hotel chain, a few times, when my children were in colleges. I never had less than excellent experiences those hotels before).This time, I was shocked with the deteriorating conditions that I saw and experienced in snd around my room. I want to give high marks to the late night desk person for his politeness and his going out of his way to help me when I was leaving early in the morning. Thank you! Sorry cannot recall his name.

My mini fridge was hot inside amd not working. The toilet filled up to the rim every 3rd flush. I found 2 used wash raga hanging from the shower curtain rod. They were all crusty and disgusting.

The property and the staff was good. The price was reasonable. The only issue we had was the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the amount of noise from the floor above us was unacceptable. We called the front desk, it got a bit better, but the walls are just too thin. Overall very clean, just dont do noise well...

First, the picture you see is not actually the hotel lobby. There is no continental breakfast, not even free coffee or water. There is a Starbucks in the lobby...$7.50 for 2 coffees, and a very commercial vibe. The hallway on third floor smelled like smoke, though did not notice that in the room. Elevator could use a good vacuuming! Room was large (2 queen beds) lots of walking space. Bed was pretty saggy...not too comfortable! Pillows were the kind that deflate upon laying your head on them. Last, we found someone else's old leftovers in the fridge!!!! Sink area was seperate from toilet and shower which was a plus. Overall, not impressed....

Two of our three booked rooms were not ready upon arrival. After waiting for two hours, our party had to leave for a concert. The staff said our group and others would be compensated for the inconvenience but the next morning, the daytime staff knew nothing about it and had no answers. Poor service.

The front desk staff was rushed and blunt. The room was not well kept. There was damage in the bathroom ceiling and walls. Caulk needed to be fixed. Bed was worn out and not very comfortable.

The shower amenities weren’t adequate, body wash was empty, when I asked for more towels- we were lacking- I was given hand towels instead of bath towels. The clerk was kind and I think he did the best he could. Th re the ere some areas that were being worked on and the ice machine on our floor wasn’t functioning. There isn’t free breakfast, but they have a bistro that looked like it was good. Convenient to the National Park and Interstate. Not many food choices walking distance.

Our group did not realize that there were zero amenities with this property ie: complimentary coffee in lobby or continental breakfast .. The onsite cafe was overpriced . Really ? A hotel next to the interstate outside Akron . Not exactly a memorable destination . Never again when there are 3 competitors a stones throw away

Hotel staff and amenities were wonderful however, we paid in advance for the bistro breakfast for two. The hotel staff as well as a sign posted in the lobby states that breakfast is from 7-10 am. We arrived at breakfast at 9:30 am hungry and ready to eat and was told that breakfast was over. We had to leave the hotel to find breakfast elsewhere. This was the determining factor in not staying another night.

Whenever I go to a concert I stay here! The check in was easy and the woman was super friendly! The room was amazing and clean. The only thing I wish for different is that their little cafe stay open until checkout because I like to sleep in and I love their avocado toast! I was really sad I didn’t get some!
