This was the most disgusting hotel room I have ever seen. The smoke detector had been removed and the “no smoking” room was covered in spots where cigarettes were put out on furniture. That isn’t even the worst part. The door to the room had evidence that it had been broken into before. Broken locks, the frame was bent, you could even see into the room through the door frame. I have pictures and video of all of it. I would sleep in my car before I ever considered staying here.

No one at desk any time. No shampoo in shower. Unsafe door with no secondary lock

The security staff is very rude, the property is a magnet for a lot of homeless people, trash all over the parking lot, the rooms need a lot of improvement starting with the toilets because a lot of the toilets leaks water all over the bathroom floor, the washing machines are “never working”, still haven’t fixed the elevator which is in convenient for a lot of elderly and disabled people. Is just a lot that need to be either changed or fixed at this hotel. As of now I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I'm 63 years old and have done a lot of traveling, and this was by far the worst condition of a hotel I've ever seen. It's very old and run down and the rooms stink. We had 2 rooms. The elevator was broke and one in our party has mobility problems. The rooms were reserved at the same time but they gave us 1 room on the 2nd floor and 1 on the 3rd, on opposite ends of the building. The rooms had an strong, musty odor. Our room also had a faint odor of dog poop. In addition, the stair railing was loose on the end where the disabled person had to be helped up the stairs was which is very dangerous. The lobby stays locked overnight and is not unlocked until 11am. There is also a chain link fence around the property with gates, we didn't wait up to see if they locked the gates at night. We did enjoy a good meal at Golden Corral which is accross the parking lot from the hotel, that was the highlight of the night. The bed were comfortable. There was no phone in the rooms and no instructions as to how to get help with problems, we couldn't call the front desk because it closes at 7pm and couldn't find any number to reach the hotel either in the room or on the Expedia app. If I ever need a room in this city again and the only available room is at this hotel and the next nearest available room is 50 miles away, I'm driving the 50miles and commuting back and forth.

The staff is accommodating....but the hitel itself needs work...it has roaches & needs a lot of maintenance....my air conditioner leaked a puddle under my bed for most of my stay...the maintenance man came to fix it 3x but it continued to leak...my sink was clogged in my bathroom & of course all of the rooms that i stayed in had bugs....they will spray your room for u upon request tho...& the laundry room is the worst laundromat i have been to ever...none of the machines work & it smells horrendous & doesnt was your clothes

One of the worst stays of my life. Lock on door was barely hanging on. Black mold made me sick, cockroaches everywhere, dented refrigerator with NO shelves, noise from rooms above of children running, adults arguing at full volume. Front desk wasn't open when I wanted to change rooms. A total health and safety hazard. I will NEVER stay there again.

I had to stay here with my children and I tried to leave so quick I forgot to take pictures. The pictures online are NOT what the rooms look like. Strong smell of urine outside in the stairs and in the room in the bathrooms. ROACHES EVERYWHERE. It’s no way the corporate office knows this building looks like this. Elevator didn’t work. I was so uncomfortable I didn’t even use the shower or toilet. Kitchen is pointless. Cabinets are white with black stains inside. This building needs to be reported and shut down.

Shops yes. No vending or ice as advertised elevator out of order. Exterior door does not seal. Bugs in rooms. Microwave did not work. Replaced with another. Neighbors fighting and pounding on wall between rooms. Never ending. Card reader on door was dirty and took multiple tries to get inside.

Respectfully, the property is in need of an overhaul. The floors were filthy as were the bathrooms. Dried blood was in my bathroom shower. And sticky stuff was on the floor. Since I already spent my money to stay, I had to just bite the bullet. But no, I don't advise anyone else to stay until the management cleans it up. Just gross.

Our room was infested with roaches and we got bites all over us so we had to leave and sleep on our car since the main office closes at 7.

The facility is littered with debris, transient people gathered around the exterior balcony drinking, smoking, and partying. The room floor is so dirty and I wouldn’t walk on it without flip flops, I’ve already killed three roaches, my sheets have cigarette holes in them,!the pillow cases are darkly stained. I am sleeping in my clothes, showering before I leave and never ever returning. Will fumigate my luggage before bringing it into my home.

I’ll NEVER stay here again! The place looked torn down. The room was FILTHY, wreaked of smoke, the toilet wouldn’t flush, there were dead roaches in the bathroom and kitchen area. I drove down 8 hours from NJ and had a few hours before a job interview. I wanted to take a 2 hour nap but couldn’t cause I was nauseous from the smell and freaked out about the roaches and didn’t want to keep my eyes off my bags so nothing crawled in. I got ready as best I could for my interview and left with my things. I came back at 11am when they were open and checked out. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!! I wish I would have read the reviews first cause it seems most people had the same experience. Just GROSS!!!

Dirty room Bugs in bathroom BUGS IN BED & under FITTED SHEET! Had to leave at 2am Dog poops all over lawn by door People standing outside making drug deals

Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Micky and the other lady. However it really is a two star hotel in terms of cleanliness. Lots of bugs on the floor and overall low quality room.

Mold on the ceiling of shower, no shower curtain , room REEKED of cigarette smoke, very uncomfortable beds and everything was miles away from the photos / description. Staff was nice and friendly, hot water and AC were fine, everything worked but that place is SHOT

Kitchen had no plates, utensils or pans. Toilet was down three days before someone fixed it.

Loud, people fighting, very dirty.

This place is a dump. Very noisy and dirty. Roaches started coming out. There is no on duty staff. Phone numbers don’t work. This place is a full time shelter. When we cancelled our reservation, Orbitz couldn’t even get me my refund. Disgusting!!!

It served its purpose for a day. But its a no frill room. Run down property needs lots of work, but we werent going to be in the room for much time so it was adiquate. I had asked for a handicap room but they gave me a room on the second floor. They had an elevator so it worked out.

I like that both front desk ladies were super sweet and professional to me with every interaction. I appreciated all the info I was given at check in. I loved the onsite officer who helped me get my room key fixed no questions no problems when I called the after hours number. They helped me at the window when I got locked out my room and they were so nice about it. I would say I didn't like that there was always a guy waiting at the check in counter everytime I need to go to the check in area. It was just uncomfortable to have a guy watching over my check in information and seeing my room number.

My stay was nonexistent. I showed up to the hotel with my booking number and email confirming my room purchase, but was told there was no room for me. I showed everything to the lady at the front desk, but was told because my name wasn’t showing up in their system that there was no room for me.

Arrived at 830p to check in and the office was closed. Sign on the door stated to call from the courtesy phone. Tried the courtesy phone, but that phone rang for 2.5 minutes without a response.

I did find some bugs in the room this time, but they were all dead. There were also some stains on the towels, but it's the first time I've seen that here. Everything in the room worked except the TV remote and the USB outlet. Good water pressure. Friendly staff that really tries to look out for you.

The property is dirty, Room flooring is sticky, Kids playing soccer outside the room on 2nd floor, families staying there for months and stay outside room and booze late in the night. It unsafe outside the room. Please avoid this place.

The natural woodsy surroundings gives a greater sense of privacy and natural beauty along with the flocks if Canadian geese that fly over and rest in the creek nearby.

I love the location and the staff here is really nice.

I called to speak with an Expedia rep after being told I could only get a partial refund. The place is filthy, in an unsafe neighborhood, and in horrid condition. It should not be listed. The staff who i met briefly is nice though! I expect a full refund. Thank you.

I left a day earlier before my regular checkout date because l felt unsafe. I saw men breaking into unoccupied rooms. I couldn't sleep because l was afraid someone was going to break into my room. People were constantly running down the hall outside of my door yelling that the police was on the premises. It was a frightening experience.

Me and my bf booked a room at this hotel but did not end up staying due to how dirty the place looked on the outside. There is people living there and as soon as you drive up they stare at you, had a bad vibe driving up since everyone stared. Got to looking for our room but as we were walking by the place outside looked filthy. Trash on stairs, stains like throw up or pee very dirty, got a bad feeling and we didn’t end up staying and left.
