This property covered EXACTLY what we needed... 1) Transportation to/from the airport and the Strip. 2) Continental breakfast, and right next door to an In-Out Burger. 3) Just steps away from Allegiance Stadium. 4) HUGE rooms with kitchens and large bathrooms. 5) Awesome front desk staff and transport drivers. 6) Large pool and hot tub. I will definitely stay here again and avoid the overcrowded strip.

When I had looked online the page had said that it had an airport shuttle which was the main reason that we had booked this property since we had been travelling with a small child. Once we arrived and inquired we had been told that the Shuttle had been discontinued. Upon re looking online the hotel website itself there was still the airport shuttle option, however, with looking on Expedia here it had been taken off. Seems like a great hotel for being close to Allegiant Stadium.

This hotel offers great amenities and quality service. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and included a kitchenette as a bonus. The pool area has a nice pool with plenty of chairs, umbrellas and a few canopy beds. What I loved as well is the close proximity to the Allegiant Stadium which is 7-10 minute walk. Perfect if you’re attending an event, concert there.

We stay on staybridge hotels often all over the west coast for our kids soccer and basketball tournaments. Their setup and really good breakfasts are perfect for our family. We also love the hot tubs year round because the kids generally love to relax in between games. This Vegas trip though the hot tub was never on. Multiple times a day we tried it and it was freezing and then asked to have them turned on only to find them back shut off and freezing each time we tried to use them. They were always being “just turned on”. It was super inconvenient especially since before booking we called ahead to make sure the hot tub was up and running as sometimes Vegas hotels shut them down over the winter. If we were told this was the process we absolutely would have booked elsewhere as the hot tubs are essential for us as the kids play at least a half a dozen games over the course of two or three days. This is a really important part of our trip. Other than that the stay was nice and staybridge provided what we have come to expect.

This hotel was a great location and was very clean and spacious. You did have to pay for parking but only 10$. My only complaint would be that the van shuttle was not working due to not having a driver on Monday when we see there. This would have helped us out by taking us to the strip instead of driving since you couldn’t walk to the strip from the hotel because it was too hot and too far.

This hotel was absolutely perfect. 15 min walk to the strip, breakfast included and rooms were spacious and clean! Pool area was clean and well maintained and not overly busy which was great! The only downside to this resort is the “fake” shuttle. It has no schedule, it’s advertised as an airport and strip shuttle but doesn’t run to the airport anymore (great to learn after 7 hours in a plane at the shuttle pick up spot!) and was supposedly running everyday to the strip but never seemed to move and when you inquired on when it was going it was always hours later (like asked at 10am told 2:30pm one day, 5pm another day). We did book partially for this shuttle so were disappointed but Uber was only $10-$15 anywhere.

So we were excited about staying here.. All things pointed to a good stay. But, AC didn't work - Shower didn't get hot one time - and then scalding the next - Had to pay $20 to park each day with a 3rd party. Brought to their attention 4 times, and NOTHING was done .. had to leave sliding door open to get air - but by doing that you got ALL the planes going overhead noise. This was a "Handicapped" Room - with a tall bathtub - that no one with any handicap could step over and get into the shower. It did have grab handles - but.........

Everything was overall good. They should tell you first or mention it somewhere on the website that they charge you 15$ for parking. Never mentioned it. Just hit us with a surprise charge where I had to go ask what is this?

All, but 1 front desk staff member was rude. They all seemed annoyed to help with anything, even the simple Task of grabbing a few extra towels. Aside from that, the main reason I will not be staying here again is the terrible smell coming through the vents. It was a Smokey/Dusty smell that filled the room any time the AC was used. In Vegas? Unacceptable. The staff was less than concerned about it.

Staybridge hotels are always nice. This time around there was only two issues - they gave us a 1 bed room instead of a 2 bed room and in the shower I stepped on a piece of broken glass and that was not pleasant. Everything else about the stay was good

I liked that it was close to the stadium. I went to see Beyonce at the last minute so it was the best option to me. It was a 5 minute walk. The room is very basic & kinda old/dirty. The hall had a terrible stench, there were old pizza crusts left behind the nightstand. The breakfast was the best part and I had a balcony.

This place is within walking distance to the allegiant stadium so if you’re seeing a concert there this is perfect. However it’s a bit of a hike to the strip and not much to do on that side of the freeway. Hotel room was so comfortable and quiet. Bedroom is away from the hallway so no noise at all. Room was actually like an apt. Staff nice too. I do have one pet peeve… the deodorizer in the lobby was super floral and for someone who is sensitive to certain scents it wasn’t pleasant to walk through.

We stayed here for an event at Allegiant Stadium. Very convenient to get over to the stadium, not even a 10 minute walk. Breakfast in the morning was great. Beds were comfortable. Some of the doors were starting to look a little worn but everything was clean. We would stay here again.

We were in Las Vegas for a week and it was so nice to come back to a space that was quiet, smoke-free, and comfortable. Having a full kitchen allowed us to make many of our meals so we didn’t have to eat out unless we wanted to.

Nice rooms, very clean and spacious and easy walk to Allegiant. Customer service was lacking. We waited for 15 minutes to be let in to check in. The front desk was empty and nobody answered the phone they tell you to call. Even tried banging on the door. When we finally got in the manager was full of excuses. That was after she told us we should have called. She was rude and not all customer friendly. There are a lot of other hotels in that area so many other options.

our room was not available when we arrived a quarter to 4pm. Lady that helped us was unfriendly and did not smile. She did offer us a pool key and directed us to concierge. When asked about parking pass she casually told us “concierge”. No greeting no “enjoy your stay” Etc. no smile. Not even a fake one. Check in was delayed 45 mins

He went above and beyond a true example of someone who loves their job!! Can't wait to come back and see him. This is my 3rd time staying in the hotel and it does not disappoint every time. Rooms are very clean.

We loved how close it was to the Raiders stadium, and just a short walk across the bridge to the strip. Very nice amenities and typical breakfast. Would have liked to have had homemade oatmeal instead of packets. Staff was super nice and helpful in every way. The only issue I had was that I purchased my 2 nights in full from Expedia 5 weeks before we came to the property, and then while I was staying at the property, the hotel also charged me for both nights stay. If I wasn’t paying attention closely, we would have been charged twice. I brought to their attention and they refunded immediately. Very annoying, and a step I shouldn’t have had to make. Be aware.

This place is within walking distance to the allegiant stadium so if you’re seeing a concert there this is perfect. Breakfast was great! Rooms are nice and clean. Shower was a little hard to get going. Water pressure wasn’t great. Also when a football game or an event is on at the stadium it’s pretty traffic getting to the hotel.

The best trade show hotel for Mandalay Bay! Huge rooms. Easy check in. No long walking to elevators. No chaos like the big hotels. Made the entire trip less stressful. will be back.

Went for a Raider game and New Years celebration. I was so thrilled to open the patio door and see the stadium right across the street! The room was clean and roomy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only bad thing was they had to upgrade their computer system for the new year and we were locked out of our room. Once the keys were reprogrammed everything was fine. Love that they had a full hot breakfast.

Great hotel. Within five minutes drive of the strip. Staff are a credit to this establishment, everyone was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was spacious, bed comfy, kitchen area has everything you need. Breakfast was good, cereals, bakery guys, sausage, basic, biscuits and gravy as well as fruit, coffee and juice. We used their shuttle for the airport and to the strip. All ok all a great hotel, would stay again.
