We liked the spacious breakfast room and the different seating options. Everything was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable but the AC unit was a little noisy and kept waking my husband. The parking lot was too full one night so we had to use the other hotel’s lot. Overall I was impressed and would come back again.

Very clean. Staff was friendly and got us checked in right away. The room was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night so unfortunately we couldn't use the pool. If we are back in the area we will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was sold out for the weekend. By the time we arrived late evening there was no parking left anywhere. The amazing staff at the front desk went out and moved there personal cars so we didnt have to park off property at a local resturant. Side note there usually is plenty of parking but most of the vehicles were pulling utility tralers and needed 2 spots.

The property is cute, clean, and decorated for the season which is so nice. The front desk employees were very polite and friendly. I would stay here again if i ever find myself back in Akron.

The property is in a good location right off 77 near the airport. It sits back off the highway and is quite and safe. The room was spacious, well appointed and clean. I did not care for the shampoo and soap dispensers, but that is common in most hotel. The breakfast area was nice and the food was good. Would definitely stay again for our next visit.

I reserved a suite but was placed in a standard room. I was told they would credit my room by $20 but that didn’t happen. I was told by the hotel, I would have to take it up with Hotels.com. When I reached out to Hotels.com who told me I had to take it up with the host hotel.
