Did not like that no where was I told on expedia or hotel info there was a $100 pet fee. Hotel states pet friendly. I understand a $30 to $50 fee but $100 is excessive. Especially with no statement of the fee.

The hotel has suites with full kitchens. Perfect for longer stays. The stuco on the side of the building is in desperate needbof a power washing. Lots of AC drip marks and slimy residue. The pool had algie on the steps and waterfall stones. Worst of all the AC in our room (118) would never get below 75! No mater how low you set the temp. Made for very hot and uncomfortable nights.The matress on the couch pull out bed was thin and you can feel every spring in it. My kid tried sleeping on it and decided sleeping on the couch pillows was a little better.

The food was good for the continental breakfast. Room was clean, a little cramped, but otherwise ok. Went to the pool in the morning for the kids and found a live rat in the pool. Got it out with a plastic cake container that was left outside from a party the previous day. Staff took action immediately to make sure that the pool was cleaned movung forward. Seems understaffed for the size of property. Absolutely not the fault of the staff, its an outside pool.

I was charged a parking up charge of $5.54 which I didn’t understand as parking is free I thought unless it was the elevator being down as someone was stuck Friday night in it and fire department was called. No joke

The hotel is not nice. We rented a suite. It came with a kitchen which I had never seen before as it had a full sized refrigerator and a range too to cook on. The room was far from clean. Behind the couch was nasty stuff and you could tell it hadn’t been moved for sometime to clean. The windows had handprints all over them. The bed sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast wasn’t bad but not great. When we first got to breakfast, there was nothing out. But after requesting more items, they put more stuff out. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I saw wonderful reviews. I was disappointed to have a mediocre experience. The first night checking in close to midnight was great. The ladies in the front were helpful. Got in the room and I was exhausted. The sofa bed is not comfortable and the bedding doesn’t keep you warm when you have the ac on. In the morning, I noticed the room was dusty. Housekeeping should consider removing the dust especially in common areas of the room. The dishes were put away dirty from the previous guest’s stay. There was an old candy wrap in the cupboard. The breakfast was ok. The woman at the front desk during the day don’t greet guests. The pool was not clean and had a lawn chair in it. For the price I paid, I was not impressed especially for a Marriot Hotel

We stayed here while traveling. I travel a lot for work and our Funtime, I can’t remember the last time a hotel checked every box. It was so refreshing. The price was great for a Residence Inn. This hotel not only looked incredibly clean, it smelled so clean. The room was so comfortable, clean and up to date. Every one of the staff we encountered were so nice and friendly. The shower was amazing, the water pressure never let up and the water was hot (stayed hot)! It was a quiet hotel even though it’s right off I20. The breakfast was hot and the omelet was really good. There was a great variety of breakfast foods. We will stay here again!

They don’t clean the rooms daily and when they clean the room they don’t make the bed and change the sheets. The facility is very old, reception will charge you parking fees automatically even if you don’t have vehicle!!! Make sure you check your credit card statement after you checkout from this place. DONT GO it’s super overpriced!!!!

Theres no way this should be rated this highly. The wifi didnt work. I didnt get breakfast cause i was 10 minutes late. The TVs are super small and you only get one. This was twice what it should've cost. Will not go there again.

The room size was amazing very comfortable. The only problem was the sheets would not stay on the bed so that made it hard to rest good. The meals were wonderful it was nice having a full meal to begin our day. Thanks for everything. Neal & Maggie

It was our first time staying at a "Residence" Marriott. Living/kitchen area was quite large and comfortable. Separate bedroom/ bathroom area was a great feature other accommodations in the area do not have. Very clean and quiet inside and out. We stayed here for 3 nights; nephews wedding in town. Wouldn't hesitate staying here again. Great friendly staff.

My room didn’t have a wine bottle opener and the hotel didn’t have one but sold a corked bottle of wine 😑 The water faucet on the sink wasn’t working. The rooms are old. The pull out sofa is the most uncomfortable one I’ve ever laid on.

Came in for a wedding weekend and the hotel was great and accommodating and provided all our needs. The front clerk was nice and helpful and the room was great for my fiance, son and I. Would definitely stay here again.

The couch and a Huge stain on it. The blanket in the closet had satins on it. The ice did not work in the fridge. The mattress was the worst. I reported this to the front desk and got a oh well. We will not be staying at the Residence Inn.

It was out of the way and not crowded. Good restaurant options almost within walking distance. Loved the size and shape of the room. Bed was comfortable. Close to ACU. Had a minor mechanical issue and was fixed promptly.

The pillows where thin a very used. The trash was now picked up or room was NOT cleaned. Service stunk. The continental breakfast the juice machine was out of order each breakfast time. All you had to choose was scramble eggs and bacon, oatmeal that taste like paste, and waffles. I don’t want to stay there anymore for the price you pay. I would get better at Holiday Inn.

We stayed here while traveling. I travel a lot for work and our Funtime, I can’t remember the last time a hotel checked every box. It was so refreshing. The price was great for a Residence Inn. This hotel not only looked incredibly clean, it smelled so clean. The room was so comfortable, clean and up to date. Every one of the staff we encountered were so nice and friendly. The shower was amazing, the water pressure never let up and the water was hot (stayed hot)! It was a quiet hotel even though it’s right off I20. The breakfast was hot and the omelet was really good. There was a great variety of breakfast foods. We will stay here again!

The gravy on the breakfast buffet was so salty that no one could eat it . When we ask the breakfast attendant about it she said she has requested something different but that is all the company will get her . It wasn’t consumable . Such a waste

The property was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. My only complaint which is a small one was the circuit the waffle maker would have been plugged into was not working so instead of making arrangements for a different outlet they just didn't have the waffle makers. The other breakfast options were good but let's be honest the waffles at these places are pretty good.
