The room was neat and clean. The breakfast buffet was also pretty good. It’s also surrounded by many restaurants so the choices to eat are superb. My only complaint is the pet policy of the hotel. Very unfriendly as there is a $50 per pet policy, regardless of the size of your dogs. The cost of our pets was more than our nightly charge.

This hotel was so CLEAN and quiet. Check in was a breeze. However if you are traveling with a PET please keep in mind they have to be under 20 lbs. I did not see this on their pet policies when I booked. Luckily they let me check in with an extra fee charged (as my dog is 55lbs) :( as the room was paid for and non refundable. After driving 9 hours I was just happy not to be turned away. I wouldn\'t risk it as when checking out I was told "I\'m surprised he let you check in last night". Breakfast was doable to get us on the road until lunch. Rooms were clean, hotel is clean, great location. Lots of food around. If the pet policy allowed my dog I would be booking this as a stop on my way back home. Highly recommend.

I would have given this a much higher rating but the carpet was musty and covered up by a very strong smell of disinfectant. The mustiness became apparent in the morning when the smell of the disinfectant lessened. The location is great with good food choices close by. The staff were friendly. Check in was easy. Breakfast was sufficient but limited choices.

We first went to a room that smelled like cigarette smoke. Then we changed to a second room, which didn’t have the smell of smoke. However, the entire bed was covered with ants, as you can see in this picture. The hotel refused to give my money back. Thankfully Expedia helped me out. We left and cut out trip short because this was just so stressful.

Very dirty and run down! Checked in and our room was not clean. The sheets and pillows were on the chair and suitcase holder. Crumbs all over the floor. Faucet in the tub was literally hanging off the wall! The hotel refused to issue us a refund! Btw, the back of the hotel is all boarded up. Do not stay here! This place is disgusting and I am not sure how it even meets health code safety

Surprisingly clean and fresh property. Everything looked brand new. Warning - every light - I mean every single light is a new LED fixture. What was bad about it was the wrong temperature light. It was so bright white that it actually triggered a migraine for me. I could not stay another night.

The setup of the room was not ideal. The description of the rooms said double beds, and they really were double beds, not queens, so wr knew we were taking a chance. The blackout blinds were set far apart from the window enough so that the security light outside still shone through, making it feel like it was daylight all night long. The door to the bathroom and shower got in the way when you were standing at the sink or trying to exit the room.

Upon check in we noticed a stain on the comforter and several hairs on both sides of the bed on the inside sheets, suggesting that they had not been changed but the bed was simply made up. We asked for the manager to check them and was rudely treated by telling us that there’s basically no way that would happen because nobody had been in there in a long time and was more worried about our daughter who needed to use the restroom before we dropped her off at her brother’s for the night and thought we were sneaking her in. What happened to “the customer is always right” and being treated with respect? We were in town for a wedding and it’s a great location and had no issues the one other time we stayed there. Other than that, it’s a positive experience. They did change the sheets while we were gone but didn’t expect that kind of response and attitude from the manager.

We had a mechanical issue with our car and had to make an unscheduled stop in Richmond on June 3rd. We had to go to the hotel around 10AM from the auto repair shop. Dave at the hotel front desk was fantastic! He allowed us to stay in the lobby until a room was available for early check-in and bent over backwards to make us as comfortable as possible in a bad situation (we loved the 24 hour hot water availability). The next day he allowed us to late checkout while we waited for our car to be repaired and stored our luggage for us while we went next door for lunch. We would rate Dave and Quality Inn a 10 if we could.

Nice clean place. That was most important as well as no rowdy stuff. Improves could be the double charge was problematic. Holding my money double since I was traveling on a tight budget I was unable to do some of the things I traveled for. That was a real bummer. I know many people just don’t show up but for honest folk it’s sucks to be penalized that way.

I got to the hotel a little early (2pm) from traveling and went to check in. I was told check in was at 3p. I thought the lady at the desk could have checked to see if my room was available. All the room suddenly don't become cleaned and ready at 3pm. I did not understand the attitude

Hotel is easy to find, right off the interstate, lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance or short drive. Fast, friendly check in. Bathroom is small but otherwise room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was just okay and bit sparse. Left my charger cord and USB. Called to see if it could be mailed back and cost to do this. Was told $20 plus cost of UPS! Bit steep in my opinion and poor customer service. Hope housekeeping appreciates their new charging system. Have stayed multiple times and always been a good experience but because of this we won’t be back.

The front desk agent was friendly, prompt and respectful. So nice after a road weary day driving from Michigan to North Carolina. The morning agent was helpful too. Our room for two with pet was clean, comfortable and seemed recently renovated. We liked being walking distance to Texas Roadhouse which was also really good lol. Room has what you need, it’s not huge but the location is really convenient for reasonable price I thought. Would stay again
