Units were gorgeous, modern and clean. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen and bathroom. TV & WiFi worked well. When we arrived early, our room wouldn’t be ready for 3-4 more hours, and we had 3 large suitcases and 2 big grocery bags of food (one which was all refrigerated food). They stored our luggage for us and kept the food in a refrigerator until our unit was ready. When we were able to get into the room, they had already brought our luggage in and put the bag of refrigerated food in the refrigerator for us! Communication was easy and prompt and each individual I had interactions with, was pleasant and professional. The rooftop terrace is a must-see, and very relaxing with incredible views of Downtown Toronto. If you’re looking for a hidden gem of a restaurant and love Italian/Sicilian cuisine, there is an exquisite one steps away from here, called ARDO. It’s a Michelin restaurant and has the most authentic and delicious Sicilian food, I’ve had outside of Sicily. I would definitely stay here again if we visited Toronto in the future. What you get for what you pay, is phenomenal! 5 out of 5!

I had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it. The room was much more spacious than I expected, everything was very clean, and the hotel is in a great area with plenty nearby. The staff were friendly, and the price was excellent for what you get. Overall, it was a comfortable, affordable stay, and I’d happily book here again.
