The property was very clean. The staff was very helpful andvrespectful. Breakfast was good several choices. The bed was comfortable. Your door opens to exterior walk way and you hear people if you're a light sleeper you may want a second floor room at the end.

Cramped/congested location with several motels bunched on one lot. Parking and foot access to the majority of the rooms is poor. Friendly staff eager to please, however, our initially assigned room had not been cleaned. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable .

My overnight stay at the Days Inn in Charlottesville was pleasant. Check-in was quick and the clerk was very courteous, My room was on the second floor and the facility does not have an elevator, which matters when you have a bad knee. The room was clean and arranged nicely, for a dated structure. Overall, not a bad experience.

This Days Inn had an updated room for an old facility. It had no elevator, which is a problem if you have a fractured knee, trying to get luggage to your room. The room was rather small. It was clean and not bad for an overnight stay. I did not have a chance to try the breakfast. Overall not a bad room, but overpriced, especially when taxes and fees are added.

Came to take a weekend getaway to the Charlottesville area. The accommodations were fine, the room smelled a bit of lingering high intensity cleaning product. Excellent service with the staff, friendly and fantastic. Room was clean, breakfast area was well maintained. Only complaints were that the TVs were connected to a non-working wifi that did not allow for me to stream or cast to the TV and i could not, for the life of me, find the fitness center.

The hotel is very dated. They have tried some renovations, but the rooms still suffers from many years of use. The cleaning of the room was not great. Lots of hair balls and dust. Then bedding looked fresh and clean. The room smells of years of smoking and has that smokers smell. Even with room deoderizer. If you need a place to sleep for one night it would work. But honestly for the price, you should look at some of the newer hotels immediately surrounding the hotel. I don't think it was worth the money for the accomodations.

The room was fine but we killed 3 roaches. Then at 12:30 midnight we had enough with the people downstairs having a party right outside their room, yelling drinking and smoking. We had to call the front desk who came out and took care of the problem because we didn't hear them again. We only stayed 1 night and that was enough the bed was noisy as all can be. Every time I turned I would wake up my wife. Overall a bad night of sleeping.

Unacceptable conditions that could easily be addressed with proper cleaning. Mirror, furniture, phone, and alarm clock covered in dust. Lamp shade had a stain on it. Bed blanket was terribly worn and thin. Somebody needs to get into the corners of that room and use some elbow grease to clean it. Breakfast coffee was like mud. Just awful really…and way too much money. Wyndham can do better than this.

The property fulfills a need for a place to sleep and shower. As far as sleeping goes it's the patrons that make it miserable. Walls aren't exactly insulated. I heard the TV next door all night. It's patron etiquette that makes this place underwhelming. I had to stay here out of lack of choice available.

The room was updated. The bed was a little too soft for my husband's back. The wifi was spotty at times. The bathroom was cramped. But, overall the room was comfortable for the price. The continental breakfast was lacking a little. But, for the price it met our needs. The staff was nice and helpful. The location was good. Not a bad stay for the price.

There is a lot of noise. The sound proofing is not good. Guests speak loudly outside of the room as they walk by or linger around. All that said, the room is generally clean and well equipped (microwave, fridge, tv). Staff are friendly. And it’s a great location for a quick drive into the UVA area.

Had to wait for about 10 minutes to check due to Desk Rep outside smoking and on the phone. The Guy was Very Pleasant once he came back inside and Checked Me in my Room. Thanks Sir Lots of Restaurants and Shopping in Walking distance. I will stay here again.

When we got there the TV wouldn't work, called the front desk they never came. We ended up fixing it ourselves it wasnt plugged in. We left for dinner for 2 hrs came back and our room smelled like weed called front desk again and all he said was no one was in your room so i don know why, didnt apologize or anything. I don't think we will coming back

Stayed for an extended weekend for a concert. Great location & easy to get out of the parking lot and turn left or right on to 29 with a red light. Lots of places to eat and shop within minutes. Hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating! Breakfast was good, especially the cheese omlet heated up in the microwave I didn't think it was going 2 taste that good at all, but I was delicious! Would definitely stay here again if I come back to the area!

The place was pretty standard, but the staff was very nice. The location was great for seeing a show at the John Paul Jones arena. We walked there and back. The air conditioner and fridge in my room barely worked. Neither got very cold. I was only there for one night so it wasn’t bad.

Bed was creaky, even with the slightest move making harsh metal sounds. Options at breakfast were ok, could offer more than apples as fruit. Few coffee cups were dirty and stuck together. Very small buffet area.

They did not serve a full breakfast selection like it says in their display, they also took away the breakfast selection that they did have at 8am which it stated that it ran from 6am-10am. The area is very unsafe, a lot of homeless walking around the building and asking for handouts. Won’t be back here, definitely will find a safer place to stay next time I visit.

Very nice place, wifi was strong and consistent for streaming movies for the three days we stayed. Breakfast served from 6am-10am was good and convenient, consisting of premade cheese omelets, a well working waffle maker, toast, bagels, apples, yogurt and cereal. Apple juice, orange juice and some other fruit juice on tap. Coffee served all day in the lounge. Also shower had very good water pressure, although it was slightly small and felt a little claustrophobic.

My room key didn’t work so dragging my suitcase up and down without a elevator wasn’t a fun start but the room is big spacious and clean. Much better than I thought for the price. The bathtub was deep and big and everything worked! The bed was perfect with lots of pillows. My only complaint was there was cereal, yogurt, toast and waffles only for breakfast. I could not do the yogurt because it was sugar free. I would have appreciated more choice and definitely some protein!

Just stopped for a night. Looking at outside of hotel I was a little hesitant. The surrounding area was really nice except for this little square of hotels right off the highway. This hotels outside appearance and lobby were not up to date and run down but the rooms itself were actually clean and decent for a 1 night stop. After we settle in we went to turn on TV and it was smashed from a previous guest, loud, and we couldn’t turn it off. Hotel staff was nice and instantly gave us a new room but it was an annoyance to repack everything and move just after we got settled in after a long day of travel but to be fair the employee did everything he could have done to resolve the situation in the moment. Breakfast was not as expected. Coffee was awful, looked like battery acid it was so dark and strong. Other guests were put off by it as well and trashing it also. Nice waffle maker but the omlets were cold in a fridge with yogurt and you had to microwave them. It was a very odd hotel breakfast and don’t recommend. All in all I probably wouldn’t stay again if I was in the area.
