B-aparthotel Grand Place

Location was amazing - couple of minutes from the grand place and amid all the shops and cobble stone streets. Very spacious, good well equipped kitchen and very nice to have a roomy sitting area. And super useful to have (free) laundry - two full sized washing machines and dryers. However i did not like the bed: the mattress was very hard and the sheets super scratchy - had trouble sleeping. The shower was good but turned to scalding hot at times - possibly when someone else flushed a toilet.

Very nice, clean, and spacious room, hotel located in the city center close to attractions. The no-reception system is not ideal initially (e.g., cannot enter the building until the key is available, even to leave a piece of luggage), but after you get the key it's very practical.

Spacious rooms and best location. It was also nice that we can use water server at any time.

This hotel delivered exactly as described. Well located in central Brussels, so a quick walk to most sights, restaurants and an easy train to Brussels Midi. Bathroom was clean, air condition worked well, and a great cold water cooler in the lobby. Online check in and in-person key retrieval was easy.

Room was big and clean. Dryer in the basement wasn’t working too well, and the towel rack wasn’t too hot either. But overall amazing location and great accommodations!! Thank you!!

This hotel was in the most ideal location! It felt like it was right in the middle of everything- a short 8 minute walk from the central train, around the corner from delirium village and a ton of bars and restaurants, right beside the shopping arcade and super close to the Christmas market. The hotel also has free laundry which was helpful! Booking through a third party vendor made the city taxes and deposits awkward as I was asked to email my credit card info, but other than that the experience was wonderful

Llegamos el primer día pensando que había consigna para las maletas pero solo hay tres huecos sin posibilidad de reservar, nos dijeron que solo están disponibles a primera hora de la mañana y te dicen que vayas a la estación central a dejarlas, donde el coste es de 9-11 € Cualquier problema no hay nadie con el que hablar, no hay recepción a ninguna hora menos a las 15 que es cuando se colocan las llaves de las habitaciones en la caja. En el apartamento no hay mantas, no se puede regular el aire/calefacción, y ponen una cajita con cápsulas para hacer cafe entiendo vacía. Estuvimos cuatro días hospedados, ni un solo día se limpió la habitación o nos dieron otro cambio de toallas y sábanas. Lo más positivo que tiene es su ubicación muy cerca de la Gran Plaza y de la estación central.

L’arrivée à notre hébergement à l’heure du déjeuner s’est passée difficilement en raison de la pause de la réceptionniste. Le dialogue avec la réception téléphonique pour mettre en consigne nos bagages a été extrêmement compliqué. En revanche la récupération de notre clé de chambre a été beaucoup plus simple. Pour la fin de séjour, aucune information nous a été transmise et il n’a pas été évident de trouver la boîte pour déposer la clé de notre chambre. Hormis c’est petit problème de communication, nous avons passé un agréable week-end dans la capitale belge.

Location of this apartment-hotel is excellent- very convenient to the train station and very convenient to all major attractions. Accommodations were great- two separate rooms with beds allowed us to easily meet everyone's needs. AC worked well and beds are large and comfortable. Free laundry onsite (bring your own detergent) was a plus for us during our lengthy travels. Staff are super friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Zeer grote kamers op een fantastische lokatie midden in het centrum. Helaas worden de kamers niet schoongemaakt en handdoeken vervangen. Ook toiletpapier was op en wordt niet aangevuld.

Nice design, size, and layout. Two WCs and AC are nice. Right in the middle of the tourist shopping area if you like that. Weak wifi, streaming failed a couple of times. Minimal kitchen set up, not enough to really cook anything. Parts of unit were not cleaned properly beyond superficiel.

No estaba tan limpio, tuvimos que matar varias arañas en el cuarto, no funcionaba la televisión.

Établissement situé au cœur de Bruxelles, idéalement situé pour découvrir la Grande Place et tout le secteur environnant. La propreté laisse par contre à désirer; la peinture devrait être refaite; les matelas changés; lumières changées (elles ne fonctionnent pas toutes). Nous avons dû changer d’appartement, à cause d’une infestation de fourmis dans celui que l’on avait. Les appartements de rechange, bien que situés au rez-de-chaussée, étaient très silencieux et un peu plus confortables.

This was our 2nd stay at this aparthotel, and it did not disappoint. Spotlessly clean, perfect location and friendly staff.

Instalaciones viejas y sucias

Spot was amazing. But it wasn't that clean. Sticky stuff, hair from previous guest and some stuff are broken. But overall, was honest for the price paid. I was thinking that they're would be a desk. My mistake. Since we were travelling, I havn't checked my mail. Had to call after midnight to check-in and have access to the building and received a great service. So check your mails. Instructions in it are clear.

The cleanliness was poor, quite a lot of ants in room. The property needs quite a lot of tlc

Almost my entire family were staying at this hotel for a marriage in Brussels. We found it of excellent standard. Very clean and well furnished. Centrally positioned in Brussels and convenient for many of the services which we wanted, nearby. Checking in and checking out was hassle-free. Totally satisfied.

Oversize comfortable room close to sites and transit

The location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance. We had reception come to our hotel door in the morning and tell us check out was at 11. Meanwhile we had another night to stay. She then said to pay city tax, which I had sent to emails with all our details. Maybe not much communication between them. But it was all good in the end. The amenities didn't work very well. The coffee machine didnt work, the shower head leaked on both sides and the fridge door didnt close properly meaning food wasnt cold. The pillows also seemed like sofa pilloes rather than sleeping pillows. For the price per night we expected better.

Stay was excellent, only issue was the water temperature control was not working properly- it was burning hot or too cold in both bathrooms and the bathroom sink was draining slowly. AC was excellent. Location was excellent, beds were comfortable. Enjoyed he extra space and free WiFi, laundry and water.

Ce fut un séjour agréable. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent au Mokafé Taverne situé à proximité. L'appartement est très bien pour un séjour professionnel. Le seul inconvénient est la douche/baignoire. La température de l'eau varie rapidement de tiède à brûlante. La baignoire (où je prends ma douche debout) est très glissante et il n'y a pas de tapis antidérapant ou similaire, ce qui rend la douche un peu dangereuse. J'espère que le b-aparthotel Grand Place pourra remédier à cela, car j'aimerais beaucoup revenir dans cet hôtel et surtout à Bruxelles, qui est une ville fantastique.

The two bed apartment we stayed in (no 53) was a little tired decoratively, but the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked effectively. The photos did not accurately reflect the condition of the property, as we expected the apartment to be a little more luxurious. The building itself is in a great area, very close to the Grand Place and numerous restaurants. The female staff member we encountered was very helpful and told us how to re-access the building after check-out to collect our luggage. If the rooms were given a bit of a make-over to freshen them up, I would definitely return and would then be happy to recommend the property to friends and family.

I found the online check-in VERY complicated and bureaucratic for such a formality plus I had to do it twice… I hated that they blocked EUR 150.- on my credit card for possible damages (which I still haven’t been refund yet, btw). So I promised myself I’d never book a room there. But eventually, the flat was great (although no real kitchen, so not a flat per say), clean and so very well located that I made me almost forget about the rest.

Großes Zimmer und eine sehr gute Lage. Der Grand Place und Verzehrmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Nähe. Hätte ich allerdings vor dem Aufenthalt wahrgenommen, dass das Hotel ohne Rezeption ist, hätte ich die Zimmer nicht gebucht. Das Einckecken ist zwar relativ einfach, aber wir hatten dann doch gleich das Problem, dass der Kartenleser im Zimmer meiner Mutter nicht funktionierte. Da es nach 17 Uhr war, gab es keine Kontaktmöglichkeit mehr. Irgendwann haben wir den Kartenleser hinbekommen. Aber ohne Ansprechpartner ist es sehr unglücklich.Die Zimmer waren groß, aber haben auch schon ein paar Tage hinter sich.

Very noisy street

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist Top. Besser geht es kaum 👍. Das Appartment, bzw. die Einrichtung ist absolut abgewohnt... Preis/Leistungsverhältnis dementsprechend sehr schlecht.

Buena ubicación, lugar amplio y confortable…sin embargo al no tener nada de personal en las instalaciones cuando tienes algún problema o emergencia es casi imposible contactar a alguien y pierdes mucho tiempo y dinero en tantas llamadas que tienes que hacer.

We rented a two bedroom apartment. It was nice and clean. The location was excellent. Two short streets to Grand Place, and a short walking distance to Brussels' Central Station. I have no complaints about the property and its location. HOWEVER, there are several issues that need to be considered. 1) the information provided to check in is INCORRECT. It states that one will be notified 72 hours about the codes to access the property, as there is no one there in the lobby of the building. The CORRECT information which should be displayed is that you will get those codes on the date of your arrival. 2) There is a MAJOR COMMUNICATION issue. It is hard (sometimes impossible) to reach anyone in the phones numbers that are provided. Some direct you to leave a message, but there are no return calls. Others say that they are available between certain hours; however, when one calls during those hours, it is hit or miss. Most of the time is a miss. This was very frustrating, and there is no need for this issue if management addresses it properly. For instance, I had a question regarding whether all of the information that I entered was correct, as there is no message stating that all was correct and accepted OR if there were any issues. There is a statement in the contract that if one does not register properly within the 48 hours prior to arrival, one then only has 1 day of a reservation, even though one has paid for many more days. So, one needs to be sure that the info is correct.

The aparthotel is okay. It is run down and not in the best area. We stayed one day and left. Unfortunately, the reservation was non-refundable, so we lost the balance of the stay. It was worthwhile to move on to another location. There is no staff, so no one to assist if you are looking for that.

Highly recommended. The executive double is spacious with all in-room amenities we need. Convenient location in city center easy to access to attractions & train station in walking distance. Also perfect for long stay. Phillip the front desk manager’ s nice & friendly. Checked us in sincerely & efficiently. He also pointed us to the right place for large luggage storage. Super helpful.

Excellent communication from the staff, very spacious and surprisingly quiet, perfect location

Agréable séjour à Bruxelles, situé à proximité de la grande Place, à voir de jour comme de nuit. L'hébergement a un accès facile, et avec les différents informations fourni par B-aparthotel, aucun soucis d'accès. De nombreuse possibilités de restauration au alentours. Une fois le véhicule déposé au parking, plus besoin, pendant le sejour , de le reprendre pour visiter le centre de Bruxelles

The location was in the perfect area and near a lot of amenities. The apartment itself was a little dated, and worn in some spots. Very big and spacious. Would definitely recommend.

Will stay again. Good sized room, basic furnishings. Sufficient storage and counter space for multi day stay. Offsite breakfast.

The location was perfect, with the Grand Place, great shopping and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Breakfast that is arranged at a nearby cafe was plentiful and very good, with gracious proprietors. We are likely to stay at B-aparthotel the next time we are in Brussels.

La situación del apartamento es ideal para ver el centro de Bruselas, la limpieza y comodidad es buena siendo la cama confortable y cómoda. El desayuno se hace en un bar próximo siendo bastante completo con personal muy amable. Además la gerencia del apartamento atiende en español lo cual es muy cómodo.

Room 13 was nice, very comfortable, with comfy bed. Hotel with good location and close to Grand Place. Breakfast was very good. Definitely come back to hotel in the future
