Difficult to find. Parking is across the Main Street. Parking is very difficult and so is driving on the very narrow roads. Breakfast was great.

Parking was tough but property is not far up a side street connected to the port main road, so we could park at the aquarium public parking and it was very short walk. Very glad we stayed at this hotel vs others in Genoa downtown once we had walked the city some. This property is in one of the better / cleaner / safer feeling zones. The police station is literally next door so you get to see them pass by on patrol regularly. The pizza place directly across the street had excellent pizza as well.

The room was great for 5 people, walkable to the water and to sites in town/food. We had a car and saw there was parking included. You need to drive through "limited" pedestrian areas to the front of the building, which our GPS's didn't want us to do. So it took some driving around to figure that out. We weren't sure if we were allowed to drive on the road in front, which we were. We weren't able to get the parking for free, our data was entered, but exiting of parking wasn't clearly explained, and we ended up being charged 20 Euros. We were told the car info was loaded onto the app, so when exiting parking, we didn't know we also had to use the ticket kiosk prior to exiting. When we did that, it charged us. Other than driving to check in and parking exit, everything was great. Breakfast was great, 4 euros per person, lots of variety and tasted great.

bien accueillis par la réception, l'hôtel est difficile d'accès en voiture. Le garage(payant) demande un peu de patience pour enfin permettre d'y entrer .Faire le code d'entrée n'est pas d'une grande simplicité. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Le indicazioni fornite per raggiungere l'hotel sono scarse e dei cari vecchi cartelli sarebbero una grande aiuto! Il posto auto è da panico. Le stanze dipinte di rosso mi hanno messo un po' di ansia. Un colore più rilassante sarebbe gradito. Gli spazi sono un po' ridotti. Sufficiente, ma pensavo meglio.

Besser als gedacht, sehr sauber. Zimmer größer als erwartet! Parkgarage kostet jetzt 21 Euro! Schwierig zu finden! Muss unbedingt noch einen U-Turn machen, sonst kommt man nicht zur Einfahrt! Kurz vor MCD rechts in schmale Gasse fahren!

Personale molto affabile e gentile. Camera pulita ma piccola, bagno ottimo, tv grande, frigo bar, cassaforte, a disposizione anche l’occorrente per il caffè americano tè e tisane. Abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio dell’hotel dopo prenotazione ad un costo inferiore dei parcheggi pubblici. Hotel vicino al centro, a pochi metri dall’acquario. Ideale per visitare il centro città.

The hotel is very conveniently situated. Exit the street it's in, and you're on the quay with the Old Port and the Old City Centre just minutes away. It's a very nice and simple hotel. No restaurants or other amenities, just very good rooms and most of all: very good beds and pillows! And it's all very neat and clean. I highly recommend the Best Western Porto Antico!

We are a family of four and the bunk beds(relatively large0 and the whole room size was very good. The hotel is also very well located in the historic district. Clean, friendly, exactly what we needed. Pricing is good. We recommend it and we would stay there again. Thank you

La posizione è strategica, si trova nel centro storico di genova, ma se si arriva in auto c'è un parcheggio vicino a 2 minuti di camminata dall'hotel (così da evitare la zona ZTL). L'hotel in sé è ben curato, lo staff molto gentile. Colazione di tipo internazionale. Ho trovato la stanza pulita, ben curata e ben insonorizzata. Vicino all'hotel ci sono i servizi di emergenza, inoltre sono presenti la fermata della metro e degli autobus.

Das Hotel kann ich sehr empfehlen. Das Zimmer war klein aber nicht beengt, das Badezimmer super (!). Alles sehr sauber. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück landestypische und gut. Die Lage ist sehr gut zum Erkunden der Stadt.

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter le port, la vieille ville, l'aquarium. Les chambres sont un peu exiguës, notamment les chambres familiales (on est un peu les uns sur les autres), et sombres car evidemment les rues sont étroites (bien que charmantes) et peu lumineuses. Les lits sont tout de même confortables. Petit-déjeuner décevant en revanche, certes il y a du choix mais les produits sont industriels et peu goûteux. Le personnel est serviable. Pas de parking en revanche si on est en voiture, ce qui n'est pas du tout pratique, il faut aller se garer dans un parking public plus loin qui coûte 25€ la journée en plus de l'hôtel... et il faut porter les valises...

L'hotel si trova praticamente di fronte all'acquario, quindi è di una comodità incredibile. La stanza era pulita e comoda, il bagno in ordine. Stanza non insonorizzata bene con l'esterno, diciamo che se uno ha il sonno leggero probabilmente non sarà felice... Personale cordiale, colazione nella norma. Essendo una zona portuale antica, come il nome dell'albergo suggerisce, i vicoli sono stretti e caratteristici, in pochi minuti si arriva nelle zone più frequentate. Ristoranti e trattorie ce ne sono tantissime e abbiamo sempre trovato personale di sala simpatico.
L'hotel si trova praticamente di fronte all'acquario, quindi è di una comodità incredibile. La stanza era pulita e comoda, il bagno in ordine. Stanza non insonorizzata bene con l'esterno, diciamo che se uno ha il sonno leggero probabilmente non sarà felice... Personale cordiale, colazione nella norma. Ideally located and a very short walk to the port area. Complimentary breakfast which was a bonus. Rooms are not huge but this is not an issue if you're out most of the time anyway. Very friendly staff. It is worth asking reception to book a taxi if you're going to the airport (approx. €25).

The hotel itself was good and in a nice building. We asked (the day before) for a taxi to the airport for 5:00 am. One was never ordered and we had a terrible scramble in the morning. Stress we did not need. Also the area is mixed.

Ideally located and a very short walk to the port area. Complimentary breakfast which was a bonus. Rooms are not huge but this is not an issue if you're out most of the time anyway. Very friendly staff. It is worth asking reception to book a taxi if you're going to the airport (approx. €25).

Great location steps from Porto antico. Easy walking to city center and most tourist sites. Many restaurants within short walk. Staff very friendly and helpful with directions or assistance. Very comfortable stay.

Hôtel idéalement placé pour visiter Gênes et profiter de tout ce que cette ville puisse nous offrir (aquarium, Théâtre, biosphère,...) Mention spéciale pour Federico (qui parle très bien le Français) de la réception qui est d'une extrême gentillesse, de bons conseils et d'un super professionnalisme mais également merci aux personnels du petit déjeuner qui sont au petit soin avec les clients

Parking was tough but property is not far up a side street connected to the port main road, so we could park at the aquarium public parking and it was very short walk. Very glad we stayed at this hotel vs others in Genoa downtown once we had walked the city some. This property is in one of the better / cleaner / safer feeling zones. The police station is literally next door so you get to see them pass by on patrol regularly. The pizza place directly across the street had excellent pizza as well.

The room was nice and clean, the beds were a bit yoo hard. The location was close to the important sites of Genova. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately there were many sketchy people aproaching you and making you feel unsafe. There were groups of Africans looking at people and communicating with each other in there language and gave the weirdest feelings when some follow you.

La posizione è strategica, si trova nel centro storico di genova, ma se si arriva in auto c'è un parcheggio vicino a 2 minuti di camminata dall'hotel (così da evitare la zona ZTL). L'hotel in sé è ben curato, lo staff molto gentile. Colazione di tipo internazionale. Ho trovato la stanza pulita, ben curata e ben insonorizzata. Vicino all'hotel ci sono i servizi di emergenza, inoltre sono presenti la fermata della metro e degli autobus.

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter le port, la vieille ville, l'aquarium. Les chambres sont un peu exiguës, notamment les chambres familiales (on est un peu les uns sur les autres), et sombres car evidemment les rues sont étroites (bien que charmantes) et peu lumineuses. Les lits sont tout de même confortables. Petit-déjeuner décevant en revanche, certes il y a du choix mais les produits sont industriels et peu goûteux. Le personnel est serviable. Pas de parking en revanche si on est en voiture, ce qui n'est pas du tout pratique, il faut aller se garer dans un parking public plus loin qui coûte 25€ la journée en plus de l'hôtel... et il faut porter les valises...

The room was great for 5 people, walkable to the water and to sites in town/food. We had a car and saw there was parking included. You need to drive through "limited" pedestrian areas to the front of the building, which our GPS's didn't want us to do. So it took some driving around to figure that out. We weren't sure if we were allowed to drive on the road in front, which we were. We weren't able to get the parking for free, our data was entered, but exiting of parking wasn't clearly explained, and we ended up being charged 20 Euros. We were told the car info was loaded onto the app, so when exiting parking, we didn't know we also had to use the ticket kiosk prior to exiting. When we did that, it charged us. Other than driving to check in and parking exit, everything was great. Breakfast was great, 4 euros per person, lots of variety and tasted great.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The location of the hotel was good for transport and main areas of Genoa. The area was not the quietest and was quite sketcy. Breakfast was fresh but not vast. Staff were friendly and the room was of good size for 3 people.

Good location, front desk staff helped coordinate a last minute early morning taxi for me to the airport which I appreciated. Elevator is very small and slow, so being on the 8th floor created some frustration- they also mopped the floor and didn’t leave any signage creating a slip hazard.
