Upon check in the guy at the front desk was very short. Called to make sure our room was ready, handed us the key and walked away. Didn’t explain times of breakfast, when pool closes, etc. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, however, not enough wash clothes for the 4 of us. Breakfast was good, the lady in charge of the breakfast was so accommodating and kind. So was the lady working the front area. Checkout was fast and pleasing. Will def be back!

The young man at the front desk was very friendly. My issue was when my daughter and I went to bed. I noticed something sticking out from below the mattress, it was a small empty bottle of fireball alcohol. Here’s the reason that grosses me out. How clean can a bed be if the person “changing the bedding” didn’t notice it? Needless to say we were not happy and wondered if anyone even changed the bedding.

Room wasn’t clean. There was old food on the floor, and the sync drain had build up looks like it wasn’t cleaned in a while. The room and staff were nice, I was just disappointed in the cleanliness of the room we got.

Awesome check in person. So happy. He is a joy but I have forgot his name. Very clean even though it’s dated. Disappointed that there wasn’t anything else, like sausages or bacon to go with the scrambled eggs. Not a lover of biscuits and gravy. There are other items, waffles, toast , cereal, yogurt etc. Will stay again on our way to and from Florida as it’s in a good location.

We requested connecting rooms when making the reservation. I even called a few days before and was told they had to change rooms. At check in we were told no connecting rooms but they would at least be next to each other. They did even do that! Awful service!

We typically stay at Marriott hotels and always have great an experience. This one was very disappointing. The room was just okay.
