All of it. -Rooms need deep cleaning -Staff need to learn how to talk to customers. They are rude specially checkin counter staff.

Very Bad Hotel…They showed beautiful room while we’ll go book online by Expedia but when we get there it was totally disgusting room…Very bad Bed,Carpet,Terrible AC especially according to Dubai Heat,Rude Staff and The waist bin was broken,only big nail you have to push with your foot to open it…My foot almost injured…First time I didn’t enjoyed my trip…

Very beautiful location, near to metro, room clean, bathroom 1/2 and 1/2 Air condition very cold and control not working Overall it's good for business or Solo trip

A bar is below the hotel so it can be quite noisy at night. There is a convenience store and restaurant next to the hotel that are open until late at night, which is convenient.
