The room we stayed in on the first floor NEEDS lots of updating - lighting in the room was terrible; odor in bathroom; Beds were not comfortable and the overall room needs updating bad. We needed more washrags and towels and went to get some at the front desk that night and they only had one washrag! there was 2 of us! :( please stock the front desk with linens for your customers. With some updating this would be a great place to stay!

Our king jacuzzi suite was filled with stink bugs from the moment we walked in the door. There was a terrible smell in our room that I questioned if it was cigarette smoke. Stink bugs were all over the ceiling, in the curtains, there were even a few when we pulled back the sheets to our bedding. Our bedding had multiple stains located on the sheets. Our jacuzzi tub made a whining noise and worked 1/2 of the time. Brought this up to the hotel staff and they sent one housekeeper to our room to change our sheets and vacuum the stink bugs on the curtains and from all over the ceiling. The rest of our weekend we spent collecting stink bugs and removing them from our room. Contacted the hotel for a refund and awaiting a response. 0/10.

Overall the hotel was good for the money paid. There were a few little things needing improvements like hairdryer had a short and keep going on and off. The bathtub needed refinishing and needed chalk around the faucet. The towels looked like they had seen better days.

The hotel was clean, and the room was nice. We dont really have many complaints except the bed could’ve been more comfy, but we are used to a plush bed back home. I would recommend for everyone to stay here! It was close to everything we needed (: the front desk lady was extremely nice.
