Carpet in room was recently cleaned and therefore wet. If you know you're going to use that room later, fans on the floor prior to would've helped (terrible feeling of soppy carpet and tracing wetness onto tile floor with possibilities of slipping). TV did not have signal in gym also.

It was ok. Clean friendly, just our tub made a creaking noise when showering and rooms aren't deep cleaned, i reached behind night stand to plug charger and there was lots of hair and debris back there. Kinda grossed me out. Ice machine was not working (4th floor)

We were traveling, decided to booked here because the reviews seemed to be a great hotel, at the time we arrived June 27 2025 this property condition wasn't the best, room carpet, couch, walls , bathroom was dirty, bedding was not clean , it's a very old outdated hotel. Staff was very friendly, the breakfast lady was nice, plenty of parking . I don't plan to stay here again.

Room was very spacious and quiet. Louise's was my favorite spot I ate while near the hotel and was wonderful service. If you go to the pool, just make sure to hold down the out button and the pull the door at the same time or you'll get locked in like I did. Mercedies had to come save me. I would recommend this hotel.

I checked in and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. There was very obvious dirt marks on the ledge. The light switch had a night light that reflected in the mirror and was bright and difficult to sleep. The refrigerator was noisy and kept making us think the door was opening. The curtains didn’t shut all the way and there were tiny holes that made it look like stars were coming in. The couch cushion was so flat. The bright spot to the stay was the kind front desk and how they decorated.

Breakfast was fresh and very good ... coffee is always fresh and was tremendous. The room was clean but did show some age. The refrigerator was a little loud and bathroom some it had been a while since it has been updated. Overall ... the stay was well worth the cost and I would stay there again.

This Hampton Inn was older and needs attention. It looked tired and worn out, while my room was fairly clean, the carpet was worn and the bathroom tile was missing grout. The staff were very friendly and helpful though so that sort of made up for it.

Friendly staff. Quiet room. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would stay again as the overall experience was pleasant and the price was right. Only thing to note was that the bathroom in our room was in need of some repair. The shower base moved under our feet and made a lot of noise.

The front desk person was great and the breakfast was good. The hostess there did a great job! The property itself needs some work. The toilet would not flush in the first room we were in. The bathroom door dragged and the faucet sprayed in the second room. We don’t ask to change from that one. There was a nightlight that couldn’t be turned off, which really wouldn’t be a problem except it was located where it reflected in the mirrored closet door directly in your eyes in the bed! The coffee maker was not usable because the tray that holds the coffee was missing. The carpet in the halls and rooms was very worn and the chair in our room was badly stained. A member of management should actually spend a night in the rooms!

Check out is at 11am And i had gone to my sons soccer game, i left and i came back for some of belongings that i left behind I came back to the room 10:15am My stuff was thrown away, luckily my charger was still in the room. The housekeeper said that i had checked out at 9:30, i told her no mam, its still not 11am, thats check out, correct she said yes, well i need to enter the room to get my things, she already had the room cleaned and she called idk who but she clarified that the receptionist checked me out, with out my approval, she apologized for the misunderstanding. Truly since i got there the receptionist was not nice at all, then my key didn’t work, then she said because i paid 3rd party? I would have to come down to fix that issue, replace my card. Whats the difference here, how i paid, i get treated differently, the hotel is paid for. The whole stay was a disaster! Great disappointment!

Sammy the General Manager is an absolute sweetheart and was willing to answer all my questions no matter how stupid they were. I am here due to needing to get my car engine replaced at the kia dealership down the road (I live 2 hours away and this was the nearest dealership) so this just made the bad day I had a bit better.

The hotel is right off the highway so in a business district. The staff was extremely welcoming and made sure our stay was outstanding. Unfortunately I would not feel safe heading out in the evening.

Excellent hotel. Big room and very clean. The only negative point is the location. The Uber driver that brought us from the airport alerted not to walk around the hotel at night, there is a nearby hotel with homeless drugged people. Unfortunately there really is and we could see it from the car. We were planning to have dinner somewhere close to the hotel but ordered food delivery instead.

Enjoyed our visit very much. Amy greeted us on Thursday night and was very friendly and helpful! The breakfast area is one of the nicest I’ve seen. Very clean with lots of room. The food was always stocked! Bravo to whoever manages that are!!
