Refaシャワーや絹女ドライヤーが設置されていて嬉しかったです。遅い時間の到着でしたが、スタッフの方々が笑顔で迎えてくださり、また、ハロウィンシーズンの装飾やコスプレでアットホームでした。築年数から施設は古い方ですがきちんと維持管理されており、逆に壁がしっかりしているため、隣室の音やドア音も殆ど聞こえてこず快適でした。空港シャトルバスも大型なので収容数が多い点が良いです。時間帯によっては利用者が多いので、早目に並ぶとよいです。

The staff was personable and very professional. The property is very dated, no pool although there is a picture of it on the site. The gym was a decent size but the hot tub was closed. No coffee in the room and the coffee in the coffee stand is very expensive for a machine coffee. The city is cute with some beautiful temples and gardens.

If you are looking for a nice local Narita International Airport hotel that is a reasonable distance and transit time, this would be it. Don’t forget that they have a shared shuttle bus with the Hilton Narita hotel, that will pick you up, deliver to the Hotel and then drop you off at T1 or T2 next morning at no cost: wonderful service provided. Remember you are in Japan: they are super efficient and leave exactly on time every time! Incredibly refreshing. We love Japan and its friendly people. Hotel if terrific: has a 7 Eleven in house plus a wonderful breakfast in their restaurant: we say, fill up with gorgeous food at a very reasonable cost as part of your stay. Room was good value, staff great, food nice. A positive experience for us for an overnight stay. Would we book again: Absolutely! We are seasoned over 65, fit travellers who love a good value hotel: you can add the International Garden Hotel Narita to that list. We rate this a 9 out 10. Thanks Again Japan. ALGreynomads

Nice hotel convenient to NRT airport, with free shuttle every hour. I liked that there was a 7-Eleven in the lobby! Service was great as well. I just took a while to figure out where the light switch and electric outlets were, but overall that wasn't a problem.

The room was clean. Front desk and restaurant service were excellent. The restaurant manager went above and beyond to ensure the food we ordered were gluten free to accommodate my husband's Celiac condition - very patient and kind gentleman. The free shuttle bus from and to the airport was an added bonus. Highly recommend this hotel for a layover, you can't get this kind of service anywhere.

Nice sized room, quiet and comfortable. Resturant on site & a small 7-11. Whirpool was out of commission when I was there. Six washer dryer combos in the basement, worked well. Took a taxi to the sights & mall. Good value for your money.

The cost to stay per night was too high! The vent in the restroom had so much dirt in it that I’m not even sure it would have worked if I had turned it on. I also dropped something on the ground and when I went to pick it up the carpet under the beds was filthy (like they never deep clean). This shocked me because Japan is often extremely clean. I also went to do laundry and there were clothes all over the place and the dryers didn’t dry properly. The gentleman who checked me in was kind, but the other staff seemed unhappy to be at work, like it was just a job (some even tried to avoid making eye contact so they didn’t have to help or answer questions). The transportation to and from was nice (free as well as taxis). The convenience store was nice as well. The restaurant was booked when I tried to eat there and there weren’t really places directly in the vicinity of the hotel to eat so that was a bummer. Compared to other hotels this one felt dirty. A good spring cleaning is needed. Also, I was on a non smoking floor but there was horrible smoke throughout the entire hall the first night I stayed. Thankful I had a place to stay, but definitely not top quality.

Superior Twin Room was quite spacious for just my daughter & I. The beds were very hard but still quite comfy.. Hallway was quite noisy at night and could use extra soundproofing for rooms for that and noise from room above. As a light sleeper earplugs were welcomed! Blackout window covers were fantastic and in place due to airline crews staying at the hotel. Was great for a sleepin! Staff were all lovely and the 711 located just off the lobby was fantastic! Free shuttle to and from airport/station & mall was also welcomed and utilised! Luggage storage before checkin was not an issue also. Very handy to stay before travelling home the next day.

Need to put door card inside the slider to turn on powers, but on night time if unplug the door card, no power include the plugs for whole room besides the bathroom, so you can’t charge your any devices besides you keep all of lights on while you are sleeping.

建物/部屋は古く、ランチブュッフェもあまり美味しくなく、スタッフも日本語があまりできないので対応が悪いです。シャトルバスは混んでいて乗れず、タクシーで成田駅まで1500円でした。わざわざこちらを選んだのに、これだったら駅前のホテルの方が便利だしレストランもたくさんあります。

The outlet on the desk is loose and we have to constantly put something to position it. Water pressure is good and the bedding is alright. Housekeeping only come every 4 days so it's a bit inconvenient. A few of the front desk staffs are not that polite and that really shocked us. It wasn't like that before!

Quiet area, nice clean rooms. We walked about 20 minutes away for dinner. Nice area to walk for exercise before and after dinner. 25 minute shuttle bus to and from Narita Airport. 7-Eleven in the lobby, and convenience store next door.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The cleaning was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of options. However, the facilities are a bit dated, and there were not enough electrical outlets in the room. The area around the hotel isn’t very appealing, with little to no shopping nearby. It’s a convenient place for a short stay before a flight, but not ideal if you’re looking for things to do in the immediate area.

A decent Western style hotel with some Japanese touches. Great shuttle service. Clean. Negatives are that the hotel is a little too far from Narita Airport. The shuttle takes about 40 minutes to get to the Hotel from the airport. And the rooms are a little dated. But overall good value.

Excellent choice for a pre or post flight stay in Narita. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, although a bit dated, but seriously, who cares? The lobby and lounge areas are terrific, the addition of the 7/11 is great, and breakfast has a wide variety of western and eastern options. Overall highly recommended.

The FREE shuttle is great to visit mall, access to AirPort and train station. ATTENTION needed to buffet, some of the hot dishes were cold and at dinner by 7:30 the buffet was almost empty . Breakfast after 8 am eggs were cold and many choices almost empty.

The room was spacious and airy; front desk service excellent. Very good lication on arrival at Narita. Not happy with the evening buffet which was cool and dry as food sitting too long and no one looking after lids down or replenishing food. We were told only the buffet was available at 7.30 pm but that was inaccurate . We had wanted a la carte as we had the first night, which had been good. The restaurant staff member (non Japanese) said later that he thought the buffet would be a better deal and decided for us. Not good.

This is an older hotel but they've done a very good job of updating it. The rooms are quite reasonable but dining options are not really available other than the restaurant. I would not recommend the restaurant as my wife and I spent 50 US for dinner because it was our only option. The meats were overcooked and dry, the selections were very limited and in terms of value we probably ate 10 or 15 dollars worth of food. Skip it If possible.

Stayed at this hotel due to the convenience of being near the narita airport. The room is decent for the price and a free airport shuttle. The shuttle also provides transport to the nearby mall which is nice. I was satisfied with the overall excellent until I ate the breakfast buffet at the restaurant inside the hotel. Most of the food isn’t even average other than the potato wedges and coffee. On top of that the staff working there were extremely rude. I was toasting my bread and this lady with short hair spoke to me in Japanese in a really rude tone. My guess is she was telling me I shouldn’t adjust the temperature of the toaster. There’s many ways to relay a message to a person and if she had used a nicer tone I wouldn’t have a problem with it. If the toaster’s temperature isn’t right then it needs to be adjusted….if not, why even have it there?! To top that off, my sister was rudely told to leave when the buffet wasn’t over. This person pointed to her watch and spoke in Japanese in a rude tone in which my sister assumed she’s telling her to leave. Their buffet ends at 10 am and at this point it was around 9:30 am. If there’s a time limit, customers should be told in advance. There isn’t a need to be aggressive and shoving plates aside with a major attitude. I will never stay at this hotel again!
