This is a cute, quainte place to stay right across the street from the beach. Frank, the hotel manager was amazing! I would love to stay here again if I visit clear water beach in the future.

I don’t want to get anyone in trouble but when I went to check in, no one was there. I had to call the manager who showed up and didn’t know how much to charge me. I showed him my phone which had my reservation info. He charged me an amount that was less and then had to charge me more later. I don’t blame the manager as I feel he wasn’t given the information before hand. He was very helpful during the week we spent there although the tv in the bedroom didn’t work. I told him but it never was fixed. The bed was absolutely horrible and didn’t get a good nights sleep for the entire week we were there. The articles in the kitchen were in bad shape and mismatched. There was trash behind the couch from former guests which I cleaned up. Overall, for the price being a lot cheaper than other hotels, I guess we got what we paid for. The hotel is located near the beach but all the restaurants and beach activities are about a mile and a half walk.

Couldn’t find the place and had fencing around the area that said it was the hotel was a mess in that area and refused to refund

The property was in disrepair. The fellow who checked us in was out at the moment but responded via phone to let us know he’d be back soon. He was very pleasant and was very helpful. When we first walked into the room, it appeared nice. The fridge had not been cleaned (slightly dirty and ice cream in freezer). The bathroom had 1 partially used toilet paper roll, a moldy shower curtain and used complimentary shampoo tube. The security latch on the door was broken. The aircondititioning worked great but everything seemed pieced together. The walls had cracks and holes and were painted over but not fixed. The location was across the street from the beach, close to restaurants snd the trolley.
