One of the worst hotel experiences for me. The drunk guy just burst in my room, was pushing me and finally lied on my bed while I escaped with my phone and laptop. The staff didn't call security and just two girls from reception was trying to calm him down. Finally they led the guy to his own room and of course provided me a new room. But no compensation or anything. Sauna is a bit weird also. No changing room, you can't be there naked but at the same time no sheets are available. So basically you need swimsuit to use it.

There were several unfortunate incidents in this hotel. I start with the worst one. This hotel only offers housekeeping if you put the sign. There is no “do not disturb sign” so they are supposed not to disturb otherwise. In the morning at 8.15 they just came inside and went out immediately!!! Even not knocking and waiting for some seconds! When i told the reception about this they just called it a “mistake” and did not even say a simple “sorry”! The other problem, the shower pipe was leaking and it was almost impossible to take a shower. They were not able to fix the shower immediately but they offered to change the room which is OK. Then, almost every time i was leaving room and coming back, the key was deactivated! they said the key was close to your cell phone which is not true as o don’t keep my cards on my phone case.
