Great location. Nice staff. High floor with view. Taxi fixed rate to airport - need to confirm with driver they all wait outside and ask for more but I refused. No garage need to park nearby - also check several garage on the price - varies. Quite like the hotel in general

A ramp at the entrance is need - you cannot expect guests to carry their luggage up those stairs in front of the entrance door. How about carrying a wheelchair or expect doler people to walk up those stairs !!!!!

Two night stay. No ramp for luggage and we have lots. No staff out front to help. Of course once we got inside then staff helped. Then room was not ready. This is a large hotel and not having room ready when requested in advance is not good. Had to take sunscreen and items out in lobby and staff kind of reprimanded me to use restroom on second floor. Who knew! Overall feeling was not welcoming and besides the lobby the halls, doors need updating.

Property was fine but i didnt understand why they gave two single beds and pushed it together. We think it mightve had bed bugs, we had gotten many bug bites after sleeping and they were a bit frugal with the toilet paper, we had to call down twice to have more brought to us. The gym facility was excellent which is a huge deal breaker for me, and the view from the hotel room was amazing.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory due to multiple issues with the room, facilities, and customer service. When we arrived at 3 PM, we were informed that our reserved room was not ready, and we were assigned a different room instead. However, the room had a completely different layout, was uncomfortably small, and did not meet our expectations. Upon requesting a room change, we were required to pay an additional €100 for reasons that were not clearly explained. To make matters worse, the bathroom and shower in the new room had rust-colored water coming from the taps, which we only realized after my wife and child had already used it. As a result, they developed skin issues, which significantly impacted our trip. When we reported the issue, we were told that we could only move to the originally reserved room. We had to change rooms late at night, and while we received a small cake with a note apologizing for the inconvenience, it did little to improve our overall experience. Throughout this ordeal, the reception staff never offered a sincere apology, and despite being told that the hotel manager would contact us, we never received any communication during our three-day stay.

My partner and I stayed at this property for 1 night for his birthday. Carmen, the receptionist, was very friendly and helpful and provided us an upgrade upon finding out it was his birthday. Her customer service skills were unmatched and was very welcoming after a whole day of travel. We were very grateful for this demonstration of hospitality. The room had an incredible view of the whole of Naples and it was truly breath-taking. The room was lovely and spacious however, I did find the previous tenants cotton bud on the floor which was unsanitary. Despite this, the room itself was amazing, if you have the money to upgrade yourself to the top floor (floor 30) do it, it will truly take your breath away. Thank you Carmen for your kindness and definitely an asset to the team.

The rooms are clean, and the building looks modern and nice. However, the rooms seem simple, and the walls have a few scratches (I guess from luggage or carts). The street where the hotel is looks a bit dirty and sketchy, but it is well located, so I think it compensates. When traveling for business, you get the free upgrade, but when you travel with family, you get the lowest quality room until you complain. Rooms where you can barely walk around the bed and you feel every coil in the mattress. Only after you complain will you get the good room. This was certainly our experience at this hotel, which we found was not uncommon in this area. This hotel has some fantastic rooms, but it also has rooms the hotel should be ashamed of having. This is a very nice hotel. The room was a great size and everything was clean. Our only issue was we couldn’t get the air conditioner to run consistently and the room was quite warm, especially at night. Other than that, it is a great property.

We came back to the hotel after being out for the entire day to find out hotel room had been left wide open. Thankfully nothing had been taken from the room but the hotel seem to think house keeping had forgotten to close the door properly after cleaning the room. Understandably this left us feeling quite shocked and disappointed. The door had been left open for 7 hours. Also in the hotel booking I requested 3 single beds. When we arrived there was one double bed and one single. The hotel said they would change the one double bed into 2 singles but needed repeated reminders and finally they did it on our final day. Again we were disappointed by the lack of customer service with regards to this request.

Stayed for the night before getting the ferry across to Capri so we weren’t there for long, however check in was quick, professional and straight forward. The receptionist was really lovely and made effort to provide us with great dinner recommendations, pointing them out on the map. The room was spacious, clean and a lovely view. Excellent location, took a short walk out for pizza the night we arrived and a short walk to the port the following morning. Overall really lovely and would stay again!

The staff was not helpful at all. They gave us wrong information about opening hours of restaurants and said that we shouldn’t walk there even though it was totally safe. They also called our room at 7am with an automated voice message even though we didn't ask for it. The staff didn’t want to help us get a taxi for our flight even though they said they would call us one the night before. They said I could check to the street and get one even though it was 6:30am and there were barely any cars passing by.

Really enjoyed our stay for the final leg of our Italy honeymoon, and the staff went above and beyond to welcome us. As a lovely surprise, they had upgraded our room, left us a thoughtful and welcoming letter in the room accompanied by a selection of cakes and pastries, and checked in with us throughout our stay. The room was beautiful, fully equipped, very comfortable, and had a gorgeous view over the port and the city, and it will definitely be our accomodation of choice next time we stay in Naples. The hotel is very centrally located, but unfortunately the street is very busy and dirty. The garbage does not seem to be collected regularly. The taxi drivers stationed at the hotel routinely overcharged for rides. The room itself was good, but the amenities of the hotel were subpar for the rate being charged.
