Quick easy check in. Staff was nice and knowledgeable. Hotel was clean. Breakfast had plenty of options. The concrete sidewalks outside are crumbling and the pool was dirty. Parking is nice. Walking distance to hospital. Overall a good experience

I accidentally booked the hotel at the wrong location, tried to change locations. I missed the time slot by 4 hours. So we made the best of it. Until my grandson 18mos. was chewing on something. He gave it to me, it was someone's toenail clipping. (Not ours). My daughter nearly stubbed her toe on an exposed nail from a threshold by the bathroom door. The hotel advertised a pool, when my husband was going to it, there is a lock on the gate. He questioned the clerk, they told him that it was not in season. The tub in the room had a big chip out of it. Then they attempted to paint to toilet handle white, most of the paint came off. Lesson learned. Double check location and buy insurance in case you need to change plans.

Everything was good. Check in was quick. Lobby very nice. Room was very clean. Gym area is spacious for floor work, albeit equipment needs some attention. Great value.

Smell throughout building. Curtain above ac was blocking air, move it and noticed bottom cover in mildew. Dropped something on floor went to pick up and trash under the bed from prior guest. Towel rack loose.

This was one of the worst Comfort Inns I have stayed at. It was filthy. Rant in the tub, the doors were all nicked and scratched and it looked like they tried to use a black marker to fix the scratches on brown doors. It had an odor. Because we used Hotels.com we could not leave and find another hotel. Just awful.

This facility is one of the dirtiest we have ever stayed in. Every window was smeared with prints and filth. The room was better but still dirty. We felt ripped off by staying here. We were charged over $170.00 for the night. Expedia be ware of this property. It is old, dirty and needs renovation badly,

The room was clean and inviting. When we went to bed we were unable to get to sleep. The mattress was not comfortable. Regardless of trying to sleep on my back or side it was not comfortable. Around 4:30 finally went to sleep. The curtains are to long. If close them at the current length the a/c does not cool the room. If the curtains were shortened to clear the a/c unit then the curtains could be closed and the a/c would would properly. Also my wife was having issues with the pillows. Regards of how she positioned the pillow or try to fluff it or beat it she was unable go to sleep. She was able to fall asleep about 4.

The person at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. The rooms are pretty old and run down. The tub had rust on it. The room could use new furniture and updating of everything. It seemed clean, just hard to get past the wear and tear of everything.

The staff was good, didn't have a problem and went to ask them for several things. The facility overall is average, carpet did look pretty worn out, lil dirty looking cuz its so worn. The bathroom vent actually worked though! The breakfast was in my opinion below average. For the price to stay there a night i would expect better. The biggest problem was the bed. It was really hard and hurt my body so much that i couldn't sleep and same for my wife. I was in town for an event and kept falling asleep throughout the days i was there. Surprised being by a hospital, noise was never a problem. Overall, i would find a different hotel to stay in. For the price and what you get, i don't think it's worth it. The staff did help me cut my stay short without charging me for all the nights i was suppose to stay, which the only reason i was leaving early is due to the bed situation and the pain it caused me.

I received a friendly greeting at check in. I liked the spaciousness of the room. The refrigerator and microwave were nearly tucked in a cabinet. I enjoyed the bathtub/shower combination. The air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was good.

Price was very reasonable for an economy overnight stay…the room was surprisingly large, clean and well-maintained. We arrived before Check-In (2:20 pm) and hoping to check-in early, room was not ready. Manager said he would prioritize cleaning and call us when room was ready and gave us directions to a coffee spot nearby. He called 20 minutes later to let us know room was ready. It’s that type of service that sets the bar for hospitality. Great experience

The key-card holder was reused and nasty from previous use. The room didn’t have towels but we were able to get what we needed after visiting the front desk again. Breakfast ended at 930 and we showed up late. The worker was prepping to close and was extremely rude. prepping to close.

Amazing front desk service. Was a last minute reservation due to the birth of my grandson. Room conveniently located by front desk, so not far to go for this exhausted Nana. Morning staff was very sweet and kind. Highly recommend this hotel

This property is clean and you can see their efforts to keep it clean. Front desk needs help! When we arrived no one was at the front desk and only a bell to call I did and still waited 12 minutes before the clerk showed up, she was busy cleaning a air conditioner filter, I know sometimes we have to do other things but front desk is so important! I had a situation and waited 15 mnts until the manager came. I think they an improve on this because first impressions are very important

On our way home and needed to sleep somewhere quiet. This place is located in a quiet area. Only a few eating choices available nearby, but we were able to find more eating places 5 minutes away! We had a quiet rest before coming our journey. Loved that they have a cabinet with microwave and refrigerator! Highly recommend this place!

The only issue we found was that the breakfast bar was not well managed. At 8:30 in the morning some of the warmers were empty and no one was around to take care of that for 15-20 minutes. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

As soon as we got there, the room immediately smelled like mildew!! The bed was not comfy at all. Breakfast was horrible. And the lady serving got onto my son for getting more food. She asked if he saved any for the rest of the guests. Glad my so. Doesn’t have an eating disorder or self-conscious!!
