We loved this area. We stayed on the third floor which came with a balcony, I saw reviews saying you don’t get what you see but it just depends on the package you buy. In our case we got the balcony with the double room. Everything was renovated and new. The only problem we had was the AC wasn’t running the first night but we brought it up to the staff and they were able to fix it. The massage tub did leak and did not massage however it was nice to sit in there to relax. Overall I loved being there we had thoughts about staying extra nights. Definitely recommend!!! You’ll love it here. Very convenient for the metro as well

Digne d’un 4 étoiles … des l’entrée on est subjugué par les petites attentions. Ouverture automatique, douce musique d’accueil, friandise et boisson citronnée à disposition. Rien n’est laissé au hasard. Avec un personnel soucieux du détail . Tout etait parfait.

Room was beautiful. A lot of hotel seems to be getting upgrades. Area is a little further out but Metro is close by. Staff needs more training. Old building with very minimal amenities.

Hôtel bien situé avec à proximité tramway, taxis, métro, bus. Un parking peut-être disponible à quelques pas mais le retrait et la restitution de la carte est complexe (pas de place de stationnement devant celui-ci). Hébergement propre, la rénovation doit être relativement récente. les deux chambres que nous avions étaient de bonnes tailles et bien équipées. Petit déjeuner correcte mais un peu cher selon nous. Quelques bémols et pas les moindres: l'isolation des portes est limite. Les discutions dans le couloir à 1 h 30 du matin finissent dans votre chambre. Dernier jour, dans une des chambres, les serviettes de bain n'ont pas été remplacé et pour clôturer la chose, une paire de Airpods avec son câble et sa prise portés disparus sans possibilité de les localiser probablement suite à un reset de ceux-ci. Male cleaning staff repeatedly entered my room even though I told them not to clean it and also had a Do Not Distrub sign on the door. I was solo traveling and had the sign on the door when male staff just opened the door ignoring the sign and not knocking. Later, my credit card that was left in the room on the bed was used to make several chargers. I would not recommend staying here. I did not feel safe with male cleaning staff having access to my room and coming in without knocking even though I had a do not disturb sign on the door. He was eager to come into my room even though I told him not to several times. Very unconfortable experience.

Chambre propre assez spacieuses comparé à la moyenne locale, refaite récemment et joliment décorée. Lit confortable. Ma chambre était sur cours et de ce fait à l’abri de la circulation du boulevard. Je n’ai pas testé le petit déjeuner, je suis allée au bar à côté qui propose des formules très correctes.

One of my favourite places I’ve stayed! I’ll get the negative out of the way first. If you are looking for a hotel with a “classic Paris view” this is not that. However everything else was wonderful! The hotel was cheap and very nice for the price! I traveled solo, I had a king sized bed, wonderful shower and bathroom amenities! Right out front you have access to the trains which handles transportation for you but most things in the area are walkable! Museè D’Orsay was around 20 minutes away by walking!

The hotel was in a good location, false advertising about transportation to the hotel from airport even got an email from staff saying they would provide it. On arrival they said they had to update the info as it wasn’t correct and staff had given me wrong info. Also on checkout I asked for a taxi and front desk guy was rude he said he would call then couldn’t guarantee if I would have a taxi or how much it would cost as he was waiting for them to call him back after waiting for 20min I just got myself an uber and rude guy said do what you want then told me I paid too much for uber and taxi would’ve been a flat fee of $65 I said you couldn’t tell me the price earlier and you couldn’t guarantee me a taxi

La struttura è moderna, bellissima ed è conveniente perche si trova vicino alla fermata della metro che ti porta ovunque. Il personale è simpatico ed è al servizio per qualsiasi cosa. In modo piu specifico vorrei ringraziare Fabio, un uomo molto sincero e super disponibile per noi italiani, ci ha consigliato tutti i posti dove muoverci e andare a mangiare. Consiglio questa struttura per la mia magnifica esperienza, ci torneremo sicuramente❤️❤️

One of my favourite places I’ve stayed! I’ll get the negative out of the way first. If you are looking for a hotel with a “classic Paris view” this is not that. However everything else was wonderful! The hotel was cheap and very nice for the price! I traveled solo, I had a king sized bed, wonderful shower and bathroom amenities! Right out front you have access to the trains which handles transportation for you but most things in the area are walkable! Museè D’Orsay was around 20 minutes away by walking!

I really enjoyed my stay! The location was perfect for me as I wanted to be close to Cite University campus which was less than 10 minutes walking up the street! It’s right at the M4 train station as well and very convenient. I took the train from the airport to arrive! I loved my small and cozy balcony room! I will miss it! The staff was pleasant and friendly! The hotel has recently changed ownership with a new name! I would have been confused had I not read a review before arriving! I was not aware of this change until then. It is now Bobos hotel. They also serve a small complimentary breakfast! I enjoyed my stay and would stay again…

Chambre propre assez spacieuses comparé à la moyenne locale, refaite récemment et joliment décorée. Lit confortable. Ma chambre était sur cours et de ce fait à l’abri de la circulation du boulevard. Je n’ai pas testé le petit déjeuner, je suis allée au bar à côté qui propose des formules très correctes.

Bobo's Hotel -charged me 197.00 X2. in a penalty fees for 2 rooms after we booked with the Expedia app, and immediately changed the date to the current date. So a 217.00 room plus 197.00 x 2 - We paid over 900.00 for one night for 2 rooms. I requested a refund through EXPEDIA- who said it was the Hotel that charged this amount. EXPEDIA - did not help, they are incapable of helping. They make it their mission not to refund or let you speak with anyone with the authority to help. BOBO's simply doesn't respond. While Expedia's one line is "that's the hotels Policy" A complete failure on both Bob's Hotel and Expedia.
