The property was fine and the area was nice but we reserved cribs and there were never any available. We did not get much sleep and my toddlers fell out of the bed. I did not know there was a possibility that they would run out of cribs or we would have made other arrangements.

The property wasn’t bad compared to the situation of no lights. The main problem was walking up the stairs to the 4th floor because the elevator was down. the dog big dogs were so unruly loud and the owners had no respect for others. Also leave pee pads from their dogs in the stairwell. The washers didn’t really work well

First the room were not clean. They did changes us to another room. They clean just fast the rooms. My truck window got broken and they didn’t care or just told us that we have signs all over the hotel. It was 3 trucks and 2 days later was another vehicle. The food service Personel were great. Those guys are a 10.

The last visit the stay had a great breakfast. The eggs were great and food was cooked to perfection. This stay a was not as good. The bacon was very mushy and the eggs had no flavor. The hotel itself was very clean however the front desk person that checked me in seem to not be as informative about the hotel as the last trip. Something has changed and I am not sure what. All in all I would stay there again because it did feel safe however hopefully they get stuff back on track like my first visit.

Overall we had a good experience. I would recommend keeping the elevators and rooms a little cleaner. When we first arrived our room had some white crumbs on the floor, it might be construction waste but the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Also the shower wasn’t built properly, the water kept running out into the floor. I didn’t complain since we were staying for one night. The breakfast was good though. We enjoyed the pool as well.

Every staff person we encountered was so friendly. Smiling, acknowledging you, asking if you needed anything just because they happen to be walking by you. Also very knowledgeable about the area. It was a great experience. And the hotel was very clean.

I liked the size, the amenities, the staff were super great. Only issue was the thermostat was set to 65 & we couldn’t change it. So we froze. The bathroom light was super dark. Other than that was a great stay!

First off I’ve stayed in the hotel many time before. I also a rewards money. However room 232 was not well maintained. The attempted repair of water damage was very visible as the used two different colors, the shower knob came off and the foot of the bed was broken when you sat on the edge. The sofa looked dated and dirty.

Every time we moved the bed with creep to make noises, so we can move or adjust that waking up the other person. Didn’t get much sleep in the morning. I try to leave around five. There was no coffee. Nothing ready.

PLEASE don’t waste your money, this place is terrible, absolutely no customer service, if anything extremely rude. We had no house keeping even after making multiple calls to get someone to clean, front desk hung up when we called to get rooms switched. $700 for 2 nights for 2 rooms went down the drain. If I could give minus one star I would

The female hotel employee who checked me into my room displayed a profoundly negative attitude. It was evident that she was disinclined to engage with me and provide any form of customer service. She failed to complete the check-in process and abruptly departed, leaving another employee to complete the task. The original employee subsequently left the premises for the day. This behavior was utterly unacceptable and left a deeply unpleasant impression.

We visited the Element when our AC went out, and it was clean, well equipped, and in a great location. Check-in was easy and the staff was welcoming. I’d definitely recommend.

The location is good, near by shops and restaurants. The staff were nice. The free breakfast was okay, yogurt bar, cold cereal, egg with cheese omelettes, sausage patties, and potatoes. Muffins, bagels, pastries & toast. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The shower wall needs repair. The room could use a ceiling fan.
