Kennewick Inn & Suites Tri Cities

Everything is perfect. Ver y ni e place and staff.

The floor in the kitchen was dirty and sticky. The shower curtain in the bathroom was dirty and torn. I called the front desk inquiring about the laundry facility and how much it cost. She told me it takes quarters and she had plenty. When I went down to the front desk to get quarters. No one was there. When I did find the front desk person she said she didn’t have any quarters for laundry.

Excellent application, I recommend it.

Could use a couch or loveseat. Bathroom surround needs to be replaced. Friendly staff. Clean and nice floors.

Parking lot was adequate. Staff was amazing and the only reason rating is higher. Area was fine until nightfall and then became sketchy. Rooms were decent and look recently updated. Didn't use laundry facility and pool was closed for the season. Overall mid hotel but decent for a cheap nights sleep.
