Please update photos. We booked this venue specifically for the swimming pool. The pool was empty and under renovation. There was no information advising this on the website. Arrived back from a busy sports day, ran to the pool in our towels to find it empty? However, your CUSTOMER SERVICE was amazing! Very kind, understanding, and caring. They came and cleaned every day and left us with brand new smelling, clean sheets, towels and really looked after the place. I would re-book again if the swimming pool is up and running :) Thank you :)

Missed last flight out of Auckland airport and just grabbed one of the few available places left. Received a clear email of what to do on arrival in airport and despite the horribly late time shuttle arrived quickly. Buildings and room worn down and extremely tired looking, but the price reflects it. Bed clean with lovely little touches of soap etc. shuttle arrived as promised on time. Not bad at all and once again thanks to the hard working night manager/shuttle driver

Awful smell as soon as you walk in was going to book something else but since I was only there till 3am in the morning decided to stay. Couldnt wait to get out of there. The asian guy at reception I found hard to understand. Right next to mangrere community hall so had loud music playing till 8 pm. Would not recommend go somewhere else..

Our room was not clen up to standard hair in the bathroom hair where the plate where dishes/ cutlery not clen food Crums all thought the cupboards vey old room needs to be updated duvets on the bed had holes was very disappointed as the photos on the website looks so nice

Not the greatest.cleanliness in bathroom between shower nd sink with 2” gap lots of mold old toothbrush’s. Towel had what looked like dried snot. Totally lack of soap in kitchen and especially shower our sheet had stains.

The staff were helpful in assisting us to resolve the problems caused by Expedia's confusing booking system. The room had a lovely outlook upon the historic Grafton cemetery. But the room itself was quite shabby, there was no daily housekeeping, the staff often don't answer the phone if you ring to query the booking, and the parking is diabolical. If you have a large car you probably won't be able to fit in there.

We had nothing to complain about it. The free 24-hour airport shuttle was a major plus, and the bus stop right across the street made getting to Auckland downtown easy. We also enjoyed visiting a nearby farmers market with fresh produce and street food.
