North Conway Mountain Inn

Clean hotel if not a little old fashioned but perfectly functional- had everything that you needed. Great location and lovely staff. Free parking which was great and walking distance to the North Conway ‘town centre’. Would recommend.

Rate this property 15/10! Via email I asked if a late check-in would be possible as the desk closes at 9pm. They couldn't have been more accommodating. We ended up not needing it. When we arrived we were greeted by Annie. What an asset she is! So helpful, so nice. Our room was going to be on 2nd floor. We asked if it was possible to change to 1st floor. She said oh i have a great room on 1st floor with great view. She inquired about housekeeping as its only on request. We said no thats fine but could we get extra towels? She handed us 2 more sets & then offered to carry them to the room! She was wonderful! I have no complaints but a couple of suggestions: The shower head is terrible lol. Replacing it with a head with more flow options would be geat. A hook on the bathroom door would be great. Theres no place to hang your bathrobe. As i have back issues & have trouble sleeping in a regular bed, more comfortable chairs in the room would be helpful. Again these are recommendations & not complaints! Will 100% stay there again!!!!

The Parking was fairly simple. The staff at the front desk was very nice and pleasant. The room was clean but the outer parts of the building looked a little run down. A lot of noise, too. But for the price it was a good value. The mountain view was the best part, it was breathtaking.

It was OK, not great. room was clean rear deck had nice scenery, negative comments were NO ice machine and only a ROKU stick for the TV. NO stations available except what you get on the free ROKU station which isn't much. Location was ok as only a short distance from the center of No. Conway and lots of restaurants very close by. Office shuts down at 9 so make sure you dont have a late check in

This place was very quaint and nicely tucked away near the scenic highways of NH towards Mt. Kanc etc. 1 of the reasons we chose to stay on this side of town. Rooms are a bit "old school" and mattresses could be more comfortable, but it's spacious, has everything you need and the small freezer in the fridge even froze our ice packs. There was a cute back porch/patio area with the view of the woods with lounge chairs. Parking was right near the door and was right off the highway. The management was SUPER sweet and nice. We didn't know that the front desk operates from 8 AM - 9 PM and there were no issues with us arriving after that. They called, had us send ID and extra info and left the room open for us with a nice note all set up.

Older motel but clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff. Check in/out was easy. Parking can get tight on busy days.

Attractions at Crawford Notch and Lincoln, NH are two scenic, relatively short (40-59 minutes) drives away. • NO MICROWAVE oven, I.e., no hot breakfast until you go out. • Plenty of room for four guests to move about. • Affordable but does NOT feel 'cheap.' (3 adults, two Queen beds were $140.00 total in the middle of summer. That was a night's stay for only $47 each person.) • Two beds, only 1 nightstand, between them (an extension cord and outlet splitter in your luggage will be needed if more than one person uses CPAP or other electronic devices at night). • Each bed has four pillows, two firm and two firmer. I like soft pillows but the firms were fine, very comfortable. • Shower water pressure was good, towels are left for two guests; if more must ask for additional. • Air conditioner was strong and cool despite 95+ degrees heat. • Adequate mini-fridge. • 2 very nice and padded chairs. • Nice mini-porch out back for sitting and enjoying the mountain view. • Window and back deck door curtains are very thick and let you keep room dark if you like to sleep in. • You do not hear your neighbors at all. through the walls. • Ample free parking right against the building, near the stairs. • No pens or paper. No spoons or forks or even a 'spork' • Coffee maker 2 cups, sugar and sweeteners

Parking was great, staff were welcoming and helpful great views, large rooms, just very tired and in need of a bit of TLC but just for the view’s alone I would recommend and stay again

Staff very friendly, the only issues I had was couldn’t get ice myself and if u didn’t tell office u wanted room cleaned no towels or anything left for u or coffee.if u went out early ur room wouldn’t get cleaned office wasn’t open But it was reasonable Just a nice quiet place to sleep Short office hrs

While the staff was attentive & helpful & the view beautiful the hotel itself was in very poor condition. Moldy shower curtain, no stopper in sink, dirt accumulation in corners, dirty carpet (white socks were black after walking on it), shower head that pelted you with no adjustment possible and the rattiest towels that were so rough it was like drying off with a loofah. The bed linen was worn & ill fitting. Won’t stay here again. No access to ice machine you had to ask staff to fill your bucket & since there were limited hour you couldn’t get any after they left for the night.

Room was filthy, including extensive mold in bathroom, windows/mirrors not washed, damaged/really dirty woodwork, thick dust/ discoloration on radiators and door panels. Shower worked but lever to fill tub absent; couldn’t close drain to fill sink, was broken/absent. Dead bugs under sink, flies and mosquitos in room. Ugly decor (walls really dark disgusting green, TEAL curtains, maroon striped uncomfortable chairs, navy bedspreads). Smelly towels.

Our room upon arrival had a harsh musty smell. There was also old chip bags and candy wrappers in drawer from previous guest. Sheets also had built in stains that didn't come out with washing. For these types of unfortunate circumstances i find the price steep. However, the view is amazing and location is very convenient. Close to shop's and restaurants. The evening clerk was quite pleasant and helpful and also suggested local places. Theres pros and cons to this establishment so just depends if you want a quick place to sleep. Because of the cleanilness im rating 3 unfortunately:(

There was an inch of dust on the chairs in the room, totally turned me off

previous stay’s used wash cloth was still in bathroom. door to deck was broken; didn’t lock. coffee maker had dust balls inside it

Extremely clean room, excellent staff. Room wasn’t fancy at all but it felt like sleeping over at grandma’s house. If you need extra pillows & blankets, they will give it with no problem. Start was very informative about where to go eat & places to see.

The bathroom was very dirty! The heat was not working in room and a space heater was placed in room! I have stayed at this place several times in the past but this time it was in need of some updates and also a good cleaning! I will not make any future reservations.

It was a horrible stay. Very dirty hotel. There were spiders and cobwebs everywhere - from the stairs of the hotel, to the room entrance and in the room. Room was also very dirty. Worst experience with my family ever.

The room rate was high for the quality of the room and lack of amenities to include continental breakfast. The mattress was very noisy with any movement and uncomfortable. The decor was very outdated, but the views from the balcony were amazing.

Full bed not a queen, advertised as a full. Stale smell when we entered. It helped to put on the AC. Clean linens.

The room was simple and clean with a beautiful Mountain View where you can watch the sunset from the balcony of your room. Would have been nice if my room had a microwave but other than that it was great. It’s hard to complain about anything when you’re surrounded by the beauty of the mountains. I had a great time there

Room view was excellent. WiFi didn’t work. Tv was poor, floor in bath room dirty. Bathtub tile was scum. No microwave, Kleenex. Towels weren’t soft.

The view of Mt. Washington from the balcony was incredible. The sound of the Conway Scenic Train as it went by was also very nostalgic. Very reasonable price for a great room with an awesome Mountain View.

The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The view from the deck off the back of the room was very good. The room was clean, cozy, and down-home. I was fascinated by the Roku player that had a guest mode that could be set to sign you out of your apps on the day you leave. The bed was firm and a little more comfortable than expected, but I needed to use two pillows because they were so thin. It was a good value considering its location in a busy tourist area. No breakfast was offered, but there are food options nearby.

This is our second stay at North Conway Mountain Inn. Annie and her staff are remarkably appreciative of their guests. Clean rooms, smiling faces, and so helpful to cater to your needs. We so enjoyed our stay and our view of the mountains. And yes, before we left we booked our third trip for this fall. It’s nice to feel welcome and have a safe clean environment! And a great location.

Very strange experience about 6 o'clock pm turned out to be an employee was using their key and they said they thought the room wasn't occupied. We were registered guests. However, we did love our room and the view of the mountains beyond.

I haven’t been to North Conway since I was a child, when story land was the highlight of my trip, but as an adult, I came back with my boyfriend and this was the perfect getaway from our busy lives! Our room had a porch which allowed us to have a great view of the mountain. The front last woman, I forget her name, was so so friendly and gave great suggestions of places to go, which we hit most of them!

My wife and I were very happy with our stay at the North Conway Mountain Inn. The room was clean and comfortable and the front desk person, Annie, was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it

This is a good option if you’re looking for a clean and quiet place to crash at between activities. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There’s no food options provided by the hotel, but plenty of places to go nearby. There were a couple minor complaints I had like our mini fridge having a weird smell and there being no handsoap.

Me and my Husband were looking for a place to stay for just a night and came across this Inn. We would love to stay here again. It was affordable, clean, and had a gorgeous view of the mountains!! The receptionist who checked us in was also extremely kind and gave us recommendations on places to eat and things we could do. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in the area!
