The room was nice and spacey with the necessary amenities in the bathroom. Staff was helpful and welcoming. However, the thermostat in the room to adjust for the air conditioner was not easy to navigate. Location wise, it was convenient and close to restaurants, shops and transportation. The area though, especially at night, is questionable.

Talk about attitude of front desk staff who think they begrudgingly are doing you a favour. Some back to basics customer service training required for at least one individual we dealt with.

Yes, the food was fresh. The staff were friendly. And I was able to find places throughout the day with limited difficulty.
