I think the manager needs to take a real look at how this hotel is being run. When I checked in, all the front desk did was try to sell me upgrades - River View, breakfast, etc. Once I said no, they completely lost interest in me, no help with bags, no guidance to room. Bathroom plug was choked with hair (no, it's not mine) - disgusting. Made me question the cleanliness of the whole room. "City view" is an alley. With so many beautiful hotels in Shanghai you can easily avoid this horrible place.

와이탄 바로앞이라 위치는 정말 좋았습니다. 걸어서 언제든 와이탄 거리를 걸을 수 있었어요 청소도 깔끔하게 잘 해주셨어요 단 화장실문이 미닫이 문인데 닫으면 다시 저절로 열려서 가끔 당황스러울때가 있었습니다. 시설은 어느정도 낡았다는점은 고려해야 합니다 조식식당도 붐비지 않고 이용하기 좋았어요

スタッフの対応は親切丁寧で満足できました。ロビーはもちろんのこと、廊下や食堂にもマイセンの食器やオブジェが飾られ、インテリアのレベルが高かったです。トイレもシャワートイレで快適でした。ただバスタブは栓が閉まらず、お湯が溜まるのに時間がかかった点が気になりました。
