I like the public transportation was very close and it was easy to get into Venice and to the airport cuz bus services were there within a block. What I didn't like is you have to pay to go to the pool or the hot tub which they call a spa and it's quite pricey even if you're a guest I think it's $18 per person for 4 hours

Great hotel. Really comfortable. Beds and all facilities in the room were really good. Would definitely stay again. We had some printing needed for an onward trip, alap needed assistance a few times including for a taxi, and this was all no bother for the staff to assist. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful every day. Breakfast was great, other than the orange juice, which let’s face it hotels always always have naff juices. Very clean hotel and rooms. Modern interior and feel. The location is good for the centre of Mestre. 10 mins walk into the city. But even better for Venice. Ideally located for the trains and if you drive into Venice like us, just a 15 min drive to the multi story car park on the island. The hotel also has a car park. Probably around 30 spaces. It is limited and there’s an additional charge (set out in the small print on hotels.com hotel info). We didn’t pre-book as I wanted to see what roadside parking there was. The parking roadside is plentiful, but also chargeable. There wasn’t a massive difference in price and with the added hassle of downloading an Italian app, trying to translate and pay, it was just easier paying for the hotel car park. I would pre-book though, as we were lucky to get a space/ booking as the carpark was pretty much full every day we were there. We always had a spot though.

Great location, easy to hop over to Venice. Parking was a pain in the but and even though we paid $20/ night we still had to park outside the gate more than once. Breakfast was pretty dope though.

Lad være med at book det her hotel. Det er ikke et 4 stjernet hotel. Selve receptionen og fællesområder er virkelig flotte, men værelset levede ikke op til 4 stjerner, der lugtede muggent og der var flere steder ikke gjort ordentlig rent, blandt andet var der hår på badeværelset og i soveværelset.

Lovely hotel, reception was very helpful with any questions we had. Good choice at breakfast, the rooms are modern and cleaned to a great standard daily. The location was a 10 minute walk to the bus/ tram station to get into Venice I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay

Really not sure what to say about this place... The photos on Expedia make it looks like a modern boutique hotel but the reality is far from that. The outside and the main area is very modern and clean, but the room we were in was on par with a $50 motel room. Everything inside the room was stained, damaged and looked unclean. Furnitures looked like they were all bought from the clearance section of Walmart. There were bugs flying all over the room. The location is good if you just want to into Venice. However around the hotel there are virtually nothing within half an hour walk.

We were on the top floor of the hotel and the ceiling in our room was VERY slow. There were parts where we had to duck and couldn’t stand, including to get to the other side of the bed. Also loud, it sounded like chairs scraping and people walking above us but again, we were on the top floor. Very clean and nice facility though

The air conditioning was broken the first night and the room was unbearably hot. The air quality was poor, so sleeping with the window open helped, but created another problem because we could not breathe comfortably. The evening person on staff, Francesco, was completely unaccommodating. When we asked for a fan, he said he was hot too and he only had one fan. The day manager (Marco) provided assistance to make it right, but it required effort and multiple conversations for it to be done correctly. They did not communicate effectively and we had to repeat multiple times that our breakfast was complimentary and we were able to access the sauna and terrace. We chose this hotel for convenience to/from the airport, but it was a horrible way to spend my anniversary. The only “4 star” thing about this hotel is the lobby. The rooms are worn and had rust, dry rotted wood door frames and dated showers and overall design. Do not recommend.

Elite Mestre Hotel is a great little hotel to stay in while visiting Venice and the other islands. Our room was small but comfortable and the WiFi was consistently great- these were the two important elements for us. The breakfast was ok. It is easy to catch a bus or a tram within five minutes to get to Venice, and there are a number of restaurants within a twenty minute walk of the hotel in Mestre. We didn’t use the spa facilities since they would have cost money and we never felt we had the time - though it would have been very nice to take a dip in a pool after the hot days in Venice.
Elite Mestre Hotel is a great little hotel to stay in while visiting Venice and the other islands. Our room was small but comfortable and the WiFi was consistently great- these were the two important elements for us. The breakfast was ok. Broken air conditioning on the first night and had to sleep in a 90 degree room. Rude staff who told us he only had one fan and was not too when we asked for something to offset the heat. The entire stay was difficult and unpleasant.

The hotel is very modern. The rooms are smaller than they appear in the pictures online. Staff is wonderful. They only give you coffee for the espresso machine upon arrival they didn’t restock us the second day. Not sure if the water was complimentary. Close to the local tram that takes you to Venice. The area looks a little concerning but we didn’t have any issues the two nights we walked back. The hotel is an authorized dealer for the bus and tram tickets so that is very convenient. Only thing that may be bothersome is that the glass between the rooms and bathroom don’t frost for privacy so if you are traveling with friends or a partner, you better be comfortable using the bathroom and showering in front of each other. Other than that we would absolutely stay again. Book in advance for massages! We are half way through a two week stint in Europe and our feet would have thanked us but we didn’t think ahead.

I personally had a terrible experience at this hotel. The “upgraded rooms” are more modern but provide no privacy. Almost the entire bathroom area is see through glass. The no privacy shower did not bother me, we found the changing ambient lighting funny but you have an unobstructed view of the toilet from almost anywhere in the room because the bathroom door and shower are glass. Imagine being on your honeymoon and your new husband watching you sit on the toilet! Our AC unit was also completely broken. The staff was not helpful and told me “some people like that” when I requested a room with more privacy. We were finally moved rooms after having to stay a night in the room with no AC or privacy. We were then transferred to a room that smelled like an ash tray, with a smaller bed and such low sloping ceilings that my husband couldn’t stand up straight to get into his luggage or use the restroom. The AC did work in that room but it never got cold. We did not receive an apology and were told we would have to call the hotel when a manager was present to get a refund for the room upgrade. We stayed two nights. There was not a manager on the premise throughout our stay.

Lovely hotel, breakfast was amazing every day. Make sure you carefully check the photos of your room, we did not realise there was no privacy for the shower/toilet to the bed… clear glass doors! Was ok as I was with my husband, but not normally something I would choose. Air con was not great.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The staff were pleasant and the public areas like the lobby are quite nice, but i wouldnt say its a 4* status hotel. The location isnt great. There isnt much else around locally for convenience to shop or go for a bite to eat. It didnt feel like a great area, whicj was confinred when we realised the building next door is a local coirthouse. However, the tram stop for Venice is a 3 minute walk away. Some members of staff were rude and unhelpful, whereas others went above and beyond to help us, we had two rooms and one room had a broken fridge and safe. The other rooms was working until our second day and the safe broke the battery ran out with all our valuable stuck inside we told the desk in the morning and they said they will sort it whilst we went out for the day we arrived back after dinner to find another safe just dumped next to the wardrobe the guy behind the desk said it wasn’t his problem two members of staff then helped but left as their shift was finishing after five mins, other safe wasn’t even programmed and was useless. Shower wasn’t fully clean and mould on ceiling, hairs on bathroom floor also. Struggled to find anywhere for food unless your willing to walk a mile or two elsewhere your limited to two or three restaurants. Be careful on where though as some were very hostile and had waiters and older gents making young girls feel very uncomfortable. I would highly recommend Da pinos which is a short walk to mestre town centre we ate there three or four times as we felt safe and food was amazing Transport into Venice is very simple however and was a fairly easy process. Overall I probably wouldn’t stay here again mostly due to rudeness from staff, as I say not all were rude some where amazing. But it was mostly a battle to get anything sorted

My stay was slightly marred by realising my booking was for one person instead of 2 . I had booked a no refund. Expedia asked me to top up by £17. Unfortunately it won’t let me pay . When I got in touch with hotel ,I was told I had to pay £33 extra per day . I thought that was an unfair amount . When we got to the hotel and asked for a consideration we were told by Marco at the reception we could go elsewhere if we wanted . That was sad to here..We decided to pay and not start our holiday on a sour note . Overall the hotel was fine. Breakfast had good choices.. You have to pay extra to use pool . The man at the bar was lovely and had very good customer relations It’s an easy tram ride to Venice and the bus drops you in front of hotel .

The property was mediocre, not a 4 star at all. You have to pay for pool access even as a hotel guest, you have to pay for a swim cap, slippers, and towels if you do not have them as they are mandatory. They trun off the air conditioning whenever they feel like its unnecessary even when it is always humid in the rooms. Also as a VIP property i recived a $10 crsdit for a spa i couldnt access because the massage therapist was not there. The staff were constantly rude and non chalant and the restaurant doesnt open until 6pm so find food somewhere else. Even when they are open they dont offer room serice. Hotel has a nice esthetic and thats it. Neem to motels with more usefull staff and amenities.

The hotel truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, making check-in smooth and quick. Marcelo was very friendly. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could have asked for. The bed was super comfortable. The hotel’s location was also perfect—close to local attractions/transportation, making it easy to explore the area. Lovely hotel, reception was very helpful with any questions we had. Good choice at breakfast, the rooms are modern and cleaned to a great standard daily. Not a great experience. Firstly we were refused a second door card as it was “hotel policy” to only issue one. But, this card is needed for electricity to work in the room meaning one person couldn’t leave and re-enter. Managed to get a second card the following day after a complaint. Also the room is completely impractical & noisy. There was no privacy for the bathroom. I guess having clear glass walls for the shower would seem romantic. But, also having no privacy for the toilet, hiding from watching your partner wipe their own ass kinda kills the romance. At night the room is noisy with uncomfortable pillows. There was a water gushing sound every 2 mins for about 2 seconds to fill up a tank. This was annoying enough for you to not get to sleep. Also the walls were not solid so there was noise from adjacent rooms. Quite frankly we had the worst 3 nights sleeps ever. Oh, and we had an issue in the night where we couldn’t turn off the desk spotlights. We got a man come to try and resolve but he couldn’t figure it out. His resolution was to put the bright spotlights into a paper coffee cup filled full of tissue and taped closed. This did work but surely heat building up was a fire / safety risk. It all felt like a Faulty Towers moment. Finally, residents still have to pay to use the swimming pool. Very poor. You would have a more comfortably stay in a Travelodge. Actually, maybe a Premier Inn, to be a little more classy.

Public transport is close, but the area looks rough, on the edge of the industrial part and residential buildings (safer part). Hotel is 10 min walk to the old and pretty center in Mestre. Lots of restaurants and cafes. The only issue - please keep air conditioning longer. Sleeping in a hot room is not comfortable Air conditioning apparently does not work between seasons (October) and windows do not let enough air ( let mosquitoes in)

This hotel was pretty inside. The breakfast was plentiful. The hotel staff was helpful. The hotel is about 20 mins by $1.50 tram to the main area of Venice. I preferred this area as I didn't have to drag luggage all over Venice to the hotel. Bus #15 from airport stops right in front of hotel for only $1.50. if I go to Venice again I will stay here again.

Good location for both airport and city centre with bus stop outside. Only issue was we arrived Monday late pm.and restaurant was closed. We did manage to find somewhere in the area to get some dinner. Had to pay extra for Spa, cap,shoes , towels

Idéalement situé pour visiter Venise , cet hôtel est très bien situé, avec de bons équipements.Un spa , une salle de sport. Le gros point negatif est une intoxication alimentaire à cause du fromage blanc servi dans un récipient non hermétique (voir photos) les recipients restant ouvert àl'air libre, c'est la porte ouverte aux bactéries, dommage que vous n'ayez pas opté pour des pots individuels. Du coup j'ai passé 48 heures horrible (nausées, vomissements) cela m'a gâché mes vacances que j'ai dû écourté de 2 jours.

Great hotel. Really comfortable. Beds and all facilities in the room were really good. Would definitely stay again. We had some printing needed for an onward trip, alap needed assistance a few times including for a taxi, and this was all no bother for the staff to assist. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful every day. Breakfast was great, other than the orange juice, which let’s face it hotels always always have naff juices. Very clean hotel and rooms. Modern interior and feel. The location is good for the centre of Mestre. 10 mins walk into the city. But even better for Venice. Ideally located for the trains and if you drive into Venice like us, just a 15 min drive to the multi story car park on the island. The hotel also has a car park. Probably around 30 spaces. It is limited and there’s an additional charge (set out in the small print on hotels.com hotel info). We didn’t pre-book as I wanted to see what roadside parking there was. The parking roadside is plentiful, but also chargeable. There wasn’t a massive difference in price and with the added hassle of downloading an Italian app, trying to translate and pay, it was just easier paying for the hotel car park. I would pre-book though, as we were lucky to get a space/ booking as the carpark was pretty much full every day we were there. We always had a spot though.

I cant commenr on coffee as i dont drink it. I didnt mind as i wasnt oaying for my stay, but it was dissapointing compared to other 4* hotels thay do a mucj better job at breakfast. If yoive booked already - dont panic! Its okay and a good base to get into Venice quickly. But i dont think I would come back or recommend to others.
Stayed here for 4 nights. The staff were pleasant and the public areas like the lobby are quite nice, but i wouldnt say its a 4* status hotel. The location isnt great. There isnt much else around locally for convenience to shop or go for a bite to eat. It didnt feel like a great area, whicj was confinred when we realised the building next door is a local coirthouse. However, the tram stop for Venice is a 3 minute walk away. This hotel relies on the tram service, otherwise it makes no snese to stay here. The room felt dated. Didnt like tje see through glass door for the bathroom. Lovely hotel, reception was very helpful with any questions we had. Good choice at breakfast, the rooms are modern and cleaned to a great standard daily. The location was a 10 minute walk to the bus/ tram station to get into Venice I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay

The staff was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Although I was a bit surprised by the room we got, as it was on the top floor and corner of the building, the ceiling was slanted at 45 degrees. So good thing I'm a little under 6' or that would have been a problem.

Great location with parking although very tight! Good choice at breakfast. We were prepared to have a spa morning but didn’t feel like it was justified having to rent a robe and swim cap on top of other fees. I’ve never seen that before! Otherwise we would have gone
