My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. The reception, cleaning, catering and service staff were fantastic - very friendly, helpful and able to converse in English as our Italian is very limited. The facilities were great and the hotel is Absolutely would rate this a 5 star hotel- did not get a chance to experience the spa but I’m sure it is just as good. Would definitely recommend and return.

They charged me $35 to have an infant in the room with me. Mind you no services were rendered that were additional. Rooms had mildew in the bathrooms
