Everything I thought I was gonna get to do there, I didnt- except the pool...but nothing else... everything closes at 7pm when we are still out seeing the sights...and you had to pay separate for everything that was assumed to be free( bowling, putt putt, ECT )

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The villas (aka condos) were very spacious. The pull out bed was hard as a rock, even our twin 9 year olds had a hard time sleeping on it. The bed itself was firmer, but was fine. The floors were not particularly clean. They were vacuumed but all of our socks were quite dirty just by walking around. You can tell that the stairwells and common areas are a bit worn/older. The indoor and outdoor pools were well maintained. Our boys loved the indoor pool because it was heated. They also enjoyed playing pool in the main building. Overall, I would stay here again if we were in the area.

Beautiful property tucked away close to all the Williamsburg attractions! The property was clean and updated, both inside and out. We were worried that since we didn’t book a “signature” room, we’d get stuck with a run down, out of date room. But they have kept all rooms up to date! Lovely furnishings, new floor coverings, everything clean. Beds were comfortable. Pools were a bit chilly and there’s no hot tub so that was our one complaint. We did mini golf and bowling, such a fun perk! Staff was all friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location for frequent trips to Busch Gardens and Water Country, and the onsite amenities are fantastic and enough to keep you at the resort if that’s your preference. I loved having multiple rooms, bathrooms, and a full kitchen. It truly felt like a home away from home and made it an easy trip with kids.

The villa itself was great but the room wasnt as clean as I expect it to be. The amenities were good, the parking was east however the pool behind registration was growing what appeared to be black mold in the 2.5 ft end and it was gross. We found this to be unacceptable especially since we watched as a staff member checked the ph and totally ignored the overwhelming growth on the pool steps, sidewalls and under the edges.

I thought this was misleading in the property description. 2. The bowling and mini golf closed at 7pm on a Saturday night. This was disappointing as other resorts stay open until at least 8pm. 3. No towels at the pool! 4. The grocery store within the resort also closed at 7pm on Sat evening. I wish they stayed open later.

Unfortunately we came in late and left early. This place is amazing I wish we could’ve used all that it had to offer. Everything was impeccably clean, it was a one bedroom apartment with everything you could need. I wish check out was 11:00 because 10 is so early you really rush in the am.

The two bedroom has two bathrooms, a living room area, a dining room area and a kitchen area. It's like an apartment away from home. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I definitely enjoyed the texting feature to reach the front desk. I'm looking forward in visiting again really soon 🤗

Extremely dusty bedrooms, around and behind the bed head, these areas looked like they were never ever cleaned or dusted. Food and candy wrapping around the bed frame and head as well. Don’t assume that it’s clean, it was not. We normally wipe down surfaces and bed heads during our stay because of allergies but this was the worse ever. Not ever going back.

The property is very family-friendly and perfect for longer stays, but the initial cleanliness of our Signature 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa was disappointing. There were crumbs under furniture, dust on fixtures and ceiling fans, and jacuzzi jets that needed cleaning. It seemed like the room may have been vacant for a while. When I reported this to the front desk, they were very receptive and eager to address the issues, which I appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but attention to cleaning detail should be a higher priority for a luxury-style villa.

We’ve stayed here many times. This time our room was an older, dated unit. It had a strange smell. The hot water wasn’t working. It wasn’t even warm, it was cold. I advised front desk person, she said it was because of the system trying to keep up with the temperatures outside. It was in the 40-50s not even freezing. Husband and I both woke up with sore backs, the bed wasn’t comfortable. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I was sure we were in a newer unit. Not a resort experience this time.

Things to consider 1. Half of their buildings will not allow you to control your own thermostat. 78 in the villa and we're told after two visits from maintenance thats the case. Tried to open windows but they're all screwed shut. The guy could hook up a portable AC but we were trying to get the kids to bed. The kids were really cranky and we were tired so I gave up. They refused to switch rooms when I requested. 2. They will not give you keys at the check in desk, they will make you go to one of the time share sales desks to get your keys activated. The guy was very friendly and not pushy but I had my wife and kids waiting in the car. 3. Other maintenance issues like both showerheads leaked, broken fridge light, heater in the bathroom didnt work. We have been here with friends that were club members and had no issues.

We didn't utilize the property much because of the weather. However, I would say that the property was beautiful, well manicured and very clean. The room was immaculate, great decor, location close to everything (great restaurants, amusement parks, outlet, etc). Room had everything we could need with exception of one thing . . . streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc). If the hotel upgraded it services to include that, it would be 5 stars all around. Also, consider extending check-out to 11 or alert guests ahead of time if they think they might need this accommodation to request at time of booking or check-in. With so much to do in, I can imagine the final day being exhausting and an extra hour would help greatly!

Do not pay for the Signature rooms! The hot water wasnt working. The engineers informed us that we must turn on every faucet and let it run for 15 minutes to get the hot water from the boilers in the basement at the opposite side of the building. This is a known issue and no one informed us during check-in. You need to know 15 minutes prior to washing your hands, or taking a shower. This is absurd for a $300 nightly rate. We will not be returning to this property.

The hotel was fine, we were in town for a wedding. Two things to flag: (1) there are significant mandatory “resort fees” tagged onto your stay that they charge you on a per day basis that is not factored into the booking cost to cover “wifi” and “facility access.” (2) The staff was incredibly insistent on scheduling a 90 minute presentation for us to become resort members. We had no interest in this as we were only in town for the wedding but they called us before our stay and called our room multiple times during the stay to try to schedule a session. They were quite aggressive even after we made it clear we weren’t interested. Checkout is also 10am and they charge for late checkout. Not an issue for us but we were surprised to see it. Additionally there was an expectation that you take your own trash out at the end of the stay and run the dishwasher. There was no daily room cleaning service.

The two bedroom has two bathrooms, a living room area, a dining room area and a kitchen area. It's like an apartment away from home. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I definitely enjoyed the texting feature to reach the front desk. I'm looking forward in visiting again really soon 🤗

There was so much to enjoy about this property! The place was very updated, kitchen was very nicely done, and the whirl pool tubs were a highlight for my kids each night. The indoor pool was saltwater which was nice. Staff was very quick to respond and offer help with glass we found on our rug and room temp issues. Some things to note- our kitchen didn’t have measuring cups so bring if you are making recipes! It almost was spotless but found some curly black hairs around on one shower curtain. It’s a large place to clean so overall it wasn’t too bad. The kitchen sprayer didn’t work but we utilized the dishwasher mostly! Thankful for in room laundry units too!

Out of all the places that we've stayed at in Williamsburg, this place by far is the best! We stayed in a 1-BR and it was immaculate. The entire staff was friendly, accommodating, professional and ensured all of our needs were met. A special shout out to Kimberly, Ash and Tiara for their over-the-top hospitality.

Beautiful property tucked away close to all the Williamsburg attractions! The property was clean and updated, both inside and out. We were worried that since we didn’t book a “signature” room, we’d get stuck with a run down, out of date room. But they have kept all rooms up to date! Lovely furnishings, new floor coverings, everything clean. Beds were comfortable. Pools were a bit chilly and there’s no hot tub so that was our one complaint. We did mini golf and bowling, such a fun perk! Staff was all friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location for frequent trips to Busch Gardens and Water Country, and the onsite amenities are fantastic and enough to keep you at the resort if that’s your preference. I loved having multiple rooms, bathrooms, and a full kitchen. It truly felt like a home away from home and made it an easy trip with kids.

We didn't utilize the property much because of the weather. However, I would say that the property was beautiful, well manicured and very clean. The room was immaculate, great decor, location close to everything (great restaurants, amusement parks, outlet, etc). Room had everything we could need with exception of one thing . . . streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc). If the hotel upgraded it services to include that, it would be 5 stars all around. Also, consider extending check-out to 11 or alert guests ahead of time if they think they might need this accommodation to request at time of booking or check-in. With so much to do in, I can imagine the final day being exhausting and an extra hour would help greatly!

My family have stayed at this property before so we knew what to expect. We were even more impressed! We stayed in one of the newer buildings. The unit (2bd w/ 1 queen and 1 full sz beds) was larger than our previous room. Convenient amenities for family fun. Excellent location, no more than 5-10 mins for all "necessities" (i.e. Walmart, Outlets, eateries, amusement parks etc :)! We had a great time!

So clean and new and comfortable. I’d consider a longer stay here for recreation. I loved the room, in room jaccuzzi, big kitchen. One suggestion. Change your coffee supplier.. coffee was not good and why are you using sweet and low as a sugar substitute. Try Splenda or stevia please.

We had a great time at the Holiday Inn. Rooms were clean and spacious. Property is well kept. The only thing I was disappointed with was the Cafe: small and limited menu. But my son loved the bowling area. We ate there once and chose to explore the other restaurants in the area.

Don’t bother stay at the Holiday Inn Express nearby. Do not eat at the deli, the food is disgusting, the girl was on her phone easily stressed out, rude to other guests. Their sales gimmick for the time share is a joke. Avoid this place at all cost.

I thought this was misleading in the property description. 2. The bowling and mini golf closed at 7pm on a Saturday night. This was disappointing as other resorts stay open until at least 8pm. 3. No towels at the pool! 4. The grocery store within the resort also closed at 7pm on Sat evening. I wish they stayed open later.

The place was very cozy and up-to-date appliances. Bed was very comfortable clean rooms Jacuzzi hot tub bathtubs were excellent unless you go out and buy groceries. My only issue was coffee.
