The property never sent me the check-in code. After I hunted them down minutes before my arrival I entered the apartment to find it filthy. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests - dirty linens, unmade bed, dirty bathroom, used tissues on the table, bags of garbage on the counter, etc. I had to book a new accommodation outside of hotels.com. The process of getting my refund back from hotels.com has been arduous - it’s been 2 weeks and I still have no resolution. Hotels.com should remove this property & host from their inventory.

Aparte del lugar marrano, perdonen la palabra marrano no tienen control, a las dos de la mañana gente borracha en el edificio queriéndose agarrar a golpes hasta las siete de la mañana, el vigilante no podía solucionar ningún problema porque ni siquiera subió a ver el tema. Pésimo lugar no tenías ni siquiera dónde sentarte de lo sucio que estaba hasta vómito todavía en el sillón. El anfitrión nunca contestó los mensajes. Y aparte caro. Definitivamente nunca volvería con ustedes. Se ve que les importa poco los huéspedes.
