The bedroom & bathroom were clean & tidy, with a good air con unit in the bedroom. Staff were friendly as well. The hotel is in a great location in Paihia. The only minor issue is a lack of room safe, and the shower in the bathroom could do with an upgrade - just wasn’t powerful enough

A really well thought out room first floor balcony. Plenty of space. toilet seperate from shower/spa bath which makes life easier. Air con and tv in bedroom and lounge.Sofas and dining table/chairs. Very comfortable bed with reading lights bedside. Own parking bay. Views straight out over the Bay of Islands and Paihia a very short walk into all the options available for food and trips

Location and room was great, unfortunately our stay wasn’t as enjoyable as it could be. WiFi terrible, nearly non existent and the roadworks which were going on at night were noisey, went most of the night. Hard to sleep. Feel we should have been notified before our five night stay. Because of noise we left one night early.

The air conditioning worked but was very loud. The overall apartment isn’t what is displayed online. In fact it’s very tired and run down. The bed was clean and the linen was fresh, but a little expensive for what it was. The windows were open upon arrival and there were moths and flies in the room which took some time to catch and release. It was a good location and included parking. I think in terms of other accommodation I booked this based on the pictures online and was slightly disappointed when I arrive. To a feeling of slightly mis sold

Motel style accommodation. Clean room and bathroom. Bed comfy enough. Separate toilet and washbasin. Nice fluffy towels. Plenty of parking. Walkable to good places to eat or for shopping. Nice walk along the beach. Internet could be slow at times and limited number of points for charging phones. TV a bit tricky to work out - instructions would have been useful.
