The Waldorf Astoria BMW7 series car was truely nice and also the suite on the 16th floor look likef house beautiful luxurious magazine the king size bed was thick and heavy the carpet was very thick the show was huge luxurious the tub was huge plenty of bath towels two heavy bath robes with Waldorf Astoria on them the luxurious snacks bar was full of many different treats alot of different drinks its worth the $450 a night 🌙 plus tax

The property is very nice. Valet parking was chaotic. There was only one man taking care of the cars and luggage so the wait time was long. The fireplace in the room left the smell of gas, we turned off the fireplace and asked the front desk to send someone to check on it. Maintenance checked it with a meter and there was not a gas leak. We did not turn the fireplace back on.

Hands down one of the best customer service. There was construction during our stay, the roundabout was closed. Guests wait outside Bernard restaurant for their ride. It was raining and windy.

I travel to Chicago multiple times a year, and have hotel favorites for different seasons. The Waldorf Astoria is now our favorite hotel in the city-- across seasons. By chance, my wife and I encountered the hotel manager in the elevator. He was courteous, attentive, thoughtful and made sure that any inquiries were answered and all needs met. The spa was outstanding and the staff was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful and the room was beautiful. They were firing on all cylinders. We look forward to our next stay.

Very spacious suites and bathrooms with fireplace and balcony. Comfortable beds, but lacking in charging and sound amenities for the modern traveler. Staff is amazing. Spa massages were great but at $100.00 over other spa rates, I'd advise taking full advantage of the spa amenities. Valet parking is over $80.00 fyi, but hotel does offer rides locally which is a nice touch.

I felt that what I had paid for a night stay was far too much for the experience I was given. There were too many inconveniences during our stay made me feel this way. After paying EXTRA for valet parking, our baggage took 1 1/2 - 2 hour(s) to get to our room. I had to call the front desk to ask for my bags to be brought up. I asked if we could also get ice and water from room service when asking for my bags which took 1 hour after getting our bags. We only received the water and no ice. Room service brought ice upstairs about 1 hour later. And the pool was mediocre at best. Other than those things, we enjoined our stay. Room service was great when ordering from their menu(s). Food was 4.1/5 and was great late at night. Bed was very comfortable and shower was great. The tub’s a little small, but still pretty nice. Everything was clean too. Overall, it didn’t seem like a true 5-star hotel to me. This place was more like the Hilton Chicago.

Not a five star experience in my opinion. The carpet in our room had about 20 stains. Room did not feel clean. The bathroom marble is all brown. We asked for another room but they had no availability. We were celebrating my child's birthday, asked for something special in the room and nothing was setup. It took about 40 mins to get our vehicle from valet upon checkout. Overall experience was very poor for the price and quality that should be received at a 5-star establishment. Would not visit again. Langham Chicago is far superior!

Beautiful property. We took our mom overnight for a staycation for her 70th bday. They brought her a bear and balloon to our room which was kind. The room itself was nice but the couch cushions and walls had stains. I upgraded the room and had extra taxes added on that I wasn’t expecting. Convenient location and close to everything

Overall ok. Not so happy in the sense of no complimentary coffee in the room nor water bottles. Valet parking bit extreme. I have stayed in other locations doesn’t compare. My linens had stains.

Accommodated pate check in and an extended check out. Staff are all very pleasant. The room amenities are truly luxurious from the hand soap to the fireplace that was in the room. Will definitely be a customer for life if they keep it up.

We loved our stay - beautiful area, beautiful hotel and room, great service. Only reason to not give it a full five stars is that our room heating furnace needed fixing when we first arrived (resolved easily within 20 mins), and the entertainment/phone system in the room stopped working a couple of hours before we checked out (movie TV system stopped working, phone had constant busy signal). They kindly gave us a discount on checkout due to these inconveniences. So I'd still love the opportunity to come back again.

No coffee maker in the room. I called the front desk to see if there was free coffee and they connected me with the in room dining which then charged me $45 for a coffee. I told them I understood it was a free service and they said they would follow up. When I checked out the front desk indicated there was no charge so I assumed they had removed it but I found the $45 charge later and called customer service and had a very rude and frustrating interaction. The whole experience left a bad taste on what had otherwise been a nice hotel and I am disappointed that I won’t be going back considering the way I was treated.

Good location, good facility, but room light was broken and fixing up was slow. Early check in and waiting for hotel to text when the rooms ready until I went back to the hotel after 4 pm, and still took time to find the room and luggage was not even delivered properly. We loved our stay at The Waldorf Astoria. The staff was very helpful at every turn. DeAndre was the first person we met at the front desk and he gave us great suggestions on places to go. We only stayed a night, but we’d definitely stay again. Valet was helpful and polite and we felt at home. The Brass Tack restaurant located in the hotel was also excellent. The Smash Burger is one of the best burgers I’ve ever had in my life. Robert, the waiter was also great. Almost perfect outside of the temperature in the room. We had the fireplace on and tried to max out the thermostat, but we really didn’t get much heat until the next day. We just bundled up under the covers, but that was a minor inconvenience. It was a great stay. Of course a few weird looks from other guests, but we felt the hospitality from the entire staff. We’ll be back for sure!

One of the best hotel stays ive had the service and staff where amazing. Made us feel like we where important. I appreciate Cornelius and Sheryl for making sure that we where accommodated to the best of their ability. The valet attendants jaime, charles and thebother guys name i dont remember but he was working with them. Went above and beyond. We will definitely return in the future.

The entire staff were extremely helpful and courteous! We got there at check in (3:00) but our room wasn’t ready yet so they helped us with our bags and brought us to the restaurant (Brass Tack) and told us the first round of drinks were on them, we ended up getting food too and they paid for it all. The food and drinks were delicious! The bar (Bernard’s) was so cozy and cute also! Everything was super clean as well! It was our anniversary and they sent up chocolate covered strawberries to our room!

The food was so sub-par. For a $200 breakfast for two, I expect the food to be at least hot and cooked to order. For $300 dinner, I expect to feel it was excellent. The meal should have been $150, tops. Always excellent service

We got there at check in (3:00) but our room wasn’t ready yet so they helped us with our bags and brought us to the restaurant (Brass Tack) and told us the first round of drinks were on them, we ended up getting food too and they paid for it all. The food and drinks were delicious! The bar (Bernard’s) was so cozy and cute also! Everything was super clean as well! It was our anniversary and they sent up chocolate covered strawberries to our room!

We usually stay at The Four Seasons and thought we’d give the Waldorf a try. Stayed 5 nights and had spa treatments, breakfast, dinner, drinks, and everything was perfect! We’ll be back.
