Beautiful resort. It’s small, but mighty. The service is top notch. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing time. This is the place. Zoetrys focus is wellness and peace. We did not enjoy the beach area but love laying out at the pool. We took the sandbar catamaran tour to get some time in the clear water. Highly recommend the sushi bar and hydro therapy. When and if you sit down with someone to discuss all that zoetry offers you will be addressed with an opportunity to attend a sales pitch for something similar to a time share, but “not like a time share” we were informed. We declined and they are respectful of that. So we appreciated that, as even being approached about it was a surprise to us. But my family and I would go back to zoetry.

Resort was very safe, and security measures were followed strictly. We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. This is a very peaceful, relaxing resort you would come to unwind and enjoy the quiet. If you want lots of noise, activity, nightlife, this isn't for you. If you're traveling with kids, this wouldn't be the best choice out there. Food was very good, and no matter where we were we always had a drink in our hand. Staff was incredible, spa was a great experience. They really made sure you were enjoying every minute, and we were. I'd highly recommend.

The staff was kind and the hotel room was very comfortable. Unfortunately the advertisement as per hotels.com of 2 pools, beach service and a functional spa were false. There was one pool with the other under construction, no full spa experience and no beach service. The beach was small but there were areas on the lush property that if promoted, the guests could have experienced this. More construction of other bar areas was also being done during the day. The property perhaps should have stayed closed while these modifications and improvements were being made. We had a three night stay, but after the first night we left for another resort.

We picked this place for our honeymoon and the experience was absolutely flawless from the moment we got there until the second we left. Brandon somehow made every meal feel like a celebration. Raoul anticipated our needs before we knew we had them. Moises gave us an arrival tour that actually helped instead of just pointing at stuff. Jose elevated poolside service into an art form. Javier cooks like he trained at Le Bernardin and decided to dedicate his life to making honeymooners lose their minds over food (even the oatmeal was somehow transcendent). Osvaldo is a bartending wizard; his tequila tasting session became a fascinating deep dive into agave regions and family distilleries that had us taking notes. The incredible Juanjo introduced us to Mexican wines that completely changed our assumptions about what's possible south of the border. Mauricio is straight up the GOAT of hospitality; from morning yoga to fascinating conversations (in three languages) about everything from meditation to local history. He embodies that rare combination of deep knowledge and genuine warmth that makes you feel like you're in the presence of someone who has figured out how to live well and help others do the same. Cesar kept us connected to everything happening through perfectly timed texts about classes and activities. The rooms made us feel like royalty. Seriously, don't miss this spot. Just a 25-minute drive from Cancun Airport, this tranquil resort offers the perfect escape to relax and recharge. Our room boasted a private plunge pool, and at night, the soothing sound of waves lulled us to sleep. As an all-inclusive haven, it served up exquisite made-to-order gourmet dishes, and the food and drinks were simply exceptional. Although sargassum kept us from enjoying the beach, the resort’s abundant poolside beds meant we could relax in the sun anytime. I stayed 4 nights and 5 days at this resort to celebrate my best friend’s birthday, and it was amazing! Service was truly 10/10 everyone was exceptional, friendly, and welcoming. I booked our trip in August for our October stay and reached out to see if they offered personalized room decorations. Pamela, the Chief Concierge, was incredible — quick to respond, detail-oriented, and made sure everything, including our airport pickup, went smoothly. Communication was seamless thanks to a 24-hour WhatsApp group chat the staff created, which made booking our massages (thank you Noel and Mellisa), meditation session with Mauricio, and pastry-making class so easy. We celebrated my bestie’s birthday at the Piano Bar with live piano music — such a lovely touch! The K’uhul restaurant was excellent, the French toast is a must-try! I also enjoyed the late-night room service and dining at Joia. It rained on and off, but I was so impressed with how efficiently the team kept everything spotless and dry. The spa was under renovation, but services were still available. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a plunge pool, though we mostly enjoyed the stunning main pool. Don’t be discouraged by the bumpy road in, it’s being fixed and the resort is gorgeous! Special thanks to Pamela, Rene, Ivan, Mauricio, Daniel, and Alejandro for making our stay unforgettable. I rarely visit the same place twice, but I’m already planning to return for my birthday in January!

The Good Drinks - top shelf all around. There was a taquilla tasting and wine tasting hosted by Gabriel that was very informative and worth attending. Food - Breakfast, lunch & dinner were all great! Room - very spacious room with comfortable mattress. Plunge pool was also nice! A/C was freezing cold, which my wife didn't like. Pool wait staff - these guys were amazing! There was no swim up bar but the wait staff made sure there was a drink in your hand at all times! Wait staff - there were some great waiters and some average as well. The good definitely outweighed the bad. The Bad Entertainment - absolutely none. Even if there are no shows, a nice jazz band or musician would have been nice. Even playing Caribbean music throughout the resort would have been better than nothing. Fitness Center - horrible! The room was smaller than my garage and the equipment was outdated and rusty. Very disappointed. Restaurants - the options were few. One breakfast spot and two dinner spots. There was no buffet, which is important for us to grab something quick. The food took long to be served, although it tasted great! The pool side grill required patrons to come in casual attire. The Ugly After dinner, the resort pretty much shut down because there were no other options. The iguanas are literally all over the walking trail that leads to the rooms. I'm not sure what can be done to control them but it was like Jurassic Park! The resort decor reminded me of the set of the Brady B

Incredible Babymoon with amazing service & a beautiful resort My wife and I stayed at Paraiso de la Bonita for our babymoon and had an amazing experience. The staff and management went above and beyond from the moment we arrived, even getting Heineken Zero for my pregnant wife so she could enjoy a non-alcoholic beer. Service throughout the resort was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The food was excellent, especially dinner and the breakfast spread was the best we’ve seen at an all-inclusive, with fresh juices, pastries, a full menu, and breakfast tacos made right in the dining room. The bartenders were fun and creative (big shout-out to Luis), and Raul in the restaurant made every dinner feel special. They also remembered my wife’s uncommon allergies by day three and always double-checked her meals. Our plunge pool suite was beautiful, peaceful, and spotless, with a spa-like rain shower and a private pool big enough for both of us to relax comfortably. Room service was great, and a couple of days we didn’t even want to leave the suite. Like most of Cancun in the fall, the beach has seaweed, but the resort is designed so well that from the pool and rooms you only see the turquoise water. While the saltwater pool was under construction, everything else more than made up for it. If you want a quiet, adults-only, upscale all-inclusive with fantastic service, great food, and beautiful suites, this is the place. We will absolutely be back.

Property was very run down. We had to move rooms twice as we had leaky rooms with water and the property lacked details all over. This property is worn and needs to be retired. Sorry I booked this thinking it was going to be amazing for Zoetry highly disappointed.

The resort and property are overall nice. Its super quiet and there is almost nothing to do in the evening except relax. If you want to relax without loud music and hoards of people, Zoetry is great. There were a few misses during our stay though. The Dining wait staff was not impressive and did not communicate. It was not busy, 3 different waiters would take your order but would not receive it from any until asking. Some of our Main Entrees were forgotten. There was a storm one evening, and glass was broken down one of our walkways. The conceirge was notified but there was still broken glass on the ground 2 days later until we left. The pool service was Excellent, Efrian was in charge of the pool area and would cater to every guest attentively. He was serving Drinks / Lunch from several restaurants and Servicing Chairs, Umbrellas and Towels at the same time. We sat at a restaurant and observed He could take orders and would deliver them to the pool guests quicker than at the actual restaurant. Efrian deserves a raise. If the rest of the staff could provide half of the service he provided, this resort would be a 10.

My stay at this resort for me and my family was by far the worst resort we stayed at. It leads me to believe the reviews for this property are incentivized. From the time we arrived we requested a room upgrade due to us being platinum members, and we were told that they were not aware of any free upgrades for Orbitz platinum members. We had to wait for a manager to approve the upgrade after going back and forth with the front desk. The food was terrible with only on restaurant available for breakfast lunch and dinner. There were roaches running around in the lobby and in our room, as well as other bugs in our room. There was no entertainment or anything else to do at night for the guests. We literally had to go book a stay at another resort in the area. I will not stay at this resort again and do not recommend it for anyone. I truly believe I deserve a refund.

Staff provided excellent service. They were incredibly attentive and helpful. The room was very spacious - huge - and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was stocked with any supply you could need. Towels were thick and nice. We had a cozy loveseat on our balcony perfect for stargazing and listening to the ocean. The food was delicious with good portions, and the service at the restaurants was attentive and friendly. All the staff was great and easy to communicate with. Most remarkable was Cristian at the front desk, who went above and beyond to resolve a transportation issue for us (unrelated to the hotel). We liked the location, which has a private feel. Only downside is the beach was impacted by sargassum, like many in the area, so is not ideal for those looking to focus on beach time. Loved our stay and would highly recommend!

Nous avons passé une semaine en novembre dans cet établissement. L’endroit est paisible avec toutes les chambres ayant vue sur la mer. L’établissement a quelques années mais est très bien entretenu. Les chambres sont très grandes et le lit très confortable. Le personnel est souriant, courtois, disponible et avenant. La nourriture est excellente, il y a un très grand choix d’excellents petits déjeuners par contre le menu des soupers pourrait être un peu plus varié. Il est possible de manger à l’extérieur à tous les repas. La piscine est propre et son environnement très paisible. Le gym compte suffisamment d’appareils pour garder la forme. C’est un endroit parfait pour le calme, le repos. Des harpistes, violoncellistes et violonistes ont fait quelques apparitions pendant notre séjour et c’était de très bon goût. Pour la clientèle qui veut faire la fête, ce n’est pas l’endroit. C’est un endroit que je recommande!

This was Not a 5 star property. Our butler service was practically non existent. The Private pool was so disgusting we never went in. The main pool was so freezing you could not stand to get in. The beach was the most filthy beach I have ever seen. This was the worst vacation ever! I have nothing good to say. I hated my time here and wish we never went. Don’t go here.

Overall the hotel is stunning and clean. We had our own plunge pool with a beautiful view. Most all of the staff was wonderful and kind . We only had issue with 2 people being less than inviting and kind but the others made up for it . My only issue is at night the smell is terrible . I think they should use some sort of air fresheners or something in the rooms to help with this especially at night . I think it’s an ocean nightly issue . I was also bummed that some nights they forgot our nightly dessert with the cute historic note . We only used room service food delivery once they forgot our forks and they didn’t bring them for 35 min when we called and asked for them so we just ate with our hands . The food at all 3 restaurants is amazing ! I would recommend this hotel and I would definitely return in spite of the couple issues .

The property is beautiful, it’s all inclusive but everything is a la carte (no buffet) which was a great thing. The suite I stayed was great and very spacious and with an ocean view. When I arrived the was a bottled wine, mini bar fully stocked and every night they brought in a little treat with a side note about the history behind it. Their staff was very friendly and always willing to assist with a genuine smile on their face. These is a place more to unwind and relax (no a party atmosphere)

My wife and I stayed at Paraiso de la Bonita for our anniversary, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. We were greeted by Eduardo and Brandon with a refreshing drink and a quick tour before meeting Pamela, the concierge, who helped us plan activities for our stay. Khaled, the bellhop, drove us to our suite in the resort’s “Rolls Royce” golf cart, and Enrique, our butler, created a chat to handle any requests. Our original room happened to be near a renovation area and in need of a refresh on amenities, but before we even mentioned it, both Khaled and Enrique notified management and promptly arranged for us to be moved to a new suite. Their attentiveness set the tone for the exceptional service we experienced all weekend. The property is stunning, with beautiful grounds, ocean views, and a calm, luxurious atmosphere. We spent most of our time relaxing by the pool with great service and enjoyed a beach day arranged by Enrique. Our suite was spotless and romantic, featuring a rainfall shower, soaking tub, and private plunge pool. Every meal was exceptional beautifully presented and delicious. Roger and David were wonderful servers, and Raul, the manager at Ku'Hul, surprised us with a special table and sparkling wine for our anniversary dinner. A perfect, peaceful, non-touristy place! Lovely pools and excellent service. We loved K’uhul for its laid-back atmosphere and menu that included some traditional Yucatán fare. The Joya grille was great for lunch, served poolside if you choose. The Côté à Costa restaurant had excellent beef carpaccio, but was just ok for us. We would have loved more local/traditional food/music options for a more authentic feel. Without a car/shuttle, you’re not close enough to walk anywhere to experience the local culture. We loved the wildlife, but by Day 6, there was animal poop everywhere. It was cleaned up, but you had to watch your step for a day or so. We upgraded from a ground floor plunge pool room to a top floor suite and we were glad we did. Privacy, beautiful views, and we don’t mind stairs. The bed is firm, not very comfortable for us. They accommodated my husband’s allergy to down, so the bedding might have been more plush if we would have had that option. We recommend: Hooks for wet items, Eye masks (no blackout curtains), Throw blanket, Remove scales in bathrooms. There is limited beach/water access. Sargassum makes beach strolls impossible. If swimming in crystal clear waters is what you want, maybe choose a different time of year to go. They do what they can, but it’s everywhere. Massages are worth the splurge. We did not take any of the classes because 4 pm is prime siesta time before dinner. We heard mixed reviews. Overall, we loved it! Can’t wait to return!

Stayed here for 3nights with 2 young children in a 2 bed room with plunge pool. This room was exceptional with lovely views and luxury fittings, although definitely not child/baby friendly as everything was marble/stone. The service overall was very good with friendly staff. Although meal time service was slow at times, the quality of food was exceptional, in particular for an “all inclusive”. The spa was great and worthwhile. However what we were disappointed with was the very small beach, really taken over with seaweed which was not what we saw from the pictures advertised. The beach was not swimmable (red flags throughout the entirety of our stay). A tractor was going back and forth throughout the day to clear the seaweed with very little success. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but wouldn’t rush to come back.

Bell staff and front desk staff were great. Restaurant staff needs work. A/C worked marginally, called for engineering twice and was told nothing was wrong with A/C. Temperature was a constant 77 degrees even with the thermostat set at 64. I like my room really cool so it was a major issue.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. This resort is truly in a league with properties like Nizuc — not just in beauty, but in the entire guest experience. My vacation was a 10/10, from start to finish. Starting with the service, the staff members, the beauty and cleanliness of the resort and rooms. Service: we were met with the most wonderful staff members. Cesar, the general manager took the time to see us and message us on multiple occasions throughout our stay to ensure everything was okay and our expectations were being met. - they exceeded our expectations. Brandon and Luis at the front desk were amazing and helpfully. Our butler service by Enrique, Alex, and Mario were absolutely pleasant. Anything we needed, they were available at our fingertips. Ivan, the manager of one of the restaurants on site was also so delightful and also took the time to make sure our needs were being met. Ricardo, Luis, Jonathan, were also some of the staff members that made our stay so memorable. There were so much other staff members that made it memorable that I was unable to catch the names of but every one we came across was amazing. This was truly a luxurious experience and the resort, the massage, the restaurants were all so amazing, we enjoyed the food at the Joya Restaurant the most but all the restaurants plus the piano bar were exceptional. The pool side bar was also amazing! Honestly I could go on and on about how great this place was. I honestly cannot wait to go back!

The service at Zoetry Paraiso de la Bonita was the best we've ever received at an All Inclusive resort. The resort was quiet, clean, and beautiful. We stayed in an oceanfront room and had no need to upgrade because it was beautiful and perfect for the two of us. Special shout-outs to Fernando, Manny and Alberto who were absolutely amazing. Such a relaxing trip in paradise!

We picked this place for our honeymoon and the experience was absolutely flawless from the moment we got there until the second we left. Brandon somehow made every meal feel like a celebration. Raoul anticipated our needs before we knew we had them. Moises gave us an arrival tour that actually helped instead of just pointing at stuff. Jose elevated poolside service into an art form. Javier cooks like he trained at Le Bernardin and decided to dedicate his life to making honeymooners lose their minds over food (even the oatmeal was somehow transcendent). Osvaldo is a bartending wizard; his tequila tasting session became a fascinating deep dive into agave regions and family distilleries that had us taking notes. The incredible Juanjo introduced us to Mexican wines that completely changed our assumptions about what's possible south of the border. Mauricio is straight up the GOAT of hospitality; from morning yoga to fascinating conversations (in three languages) about everything from meditation to local history. He embodies that rare combination of deep knowledge and genuine warmth that makes you feel like you're in the presence of someone who has figured out how to live well and help others do the same. Cesar kept us connected to everything happening through perfectly timed texts about classes and activities. The rooms made us feel like royalty. Seriously, don't miss this spot. The whole experience was so good we're already planning our return.

Just a 25-minute drive from Cancun Airport, this tranquil resort offers the perfect escape to relax and recharge. Our room boasted a private plunge pool, and at night, the soothing sound of waves lulled us to sleep. As an all-inclusive haven, it served up exquisite made-to-order gourmet dishes, and the food and drinks were simply exceptional. Although sargassum kept us from enjoying the beach, the resort’s abundant poolside beds meant we could relax in the sun anytime. Staff provided excellent service. They were incredibly attentive and helpful. The room was very spacious - huge - and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was stocked with any supply you could need. Towels were thick and nice. We had a cozy loveseat on our balcony perfect for stargazing and listening to the ocean. The food was delicious with good portions, and the service at the restaurants was attentive and friendly. All the staff was great and easy to communicate with. Most remarkable was Cristian at the front desk, who went above and beyond to resolve a transportation issue for us (unrelated to the hotel). We liked the location, which has a private feel. Only downside is the beach was impacted by sargassum, like many in the area, so is not ideal for those looking to focus on beach time. Loved our stay and would highly recommend!

The customer service for this hotel was more than perfect. They took every opportunity to make sure our honeymoon stay was perfect and memorable. The food is amazing and the vibes of the hotel was perfect for a relaxing honeymoon. Ricardo and his coffee art and making was amazing and delightful to start the day with. Mario and Enrique were excellent in signing us up for activities and attending to our needs during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel in the future.

Overall, this is an excellent place to stay, our best so far, but there is room for improvement IMO. Staff is friendly and helpful, but attention to detail sometimes lacked. Room keys not working. Room service not bringing ice one day, no wash cloths one day, no coffee cups one day. Nothing major, and a message to the butler had it quickly corrected, but it is what it is. Just know, for all that it is, it's not for everyone. We purposely avoid the hotel district and the "spring break" type partiers. I paid more for Zoetry to try and price myself out of the drunks, and that worked, but in doing so, it seems we priced ourselves out of the fun as well. A "healing spa" we were told, there isn't even music at the pool. None. Everyone sits around in silence, sipping their drink, or reading. We had a little Bluetooth speaker we brought out one day and were immediately swamped by people happy to hear something other than waves. The staff warned us, noise is frowned upon, so keep it low. We were respectful of course (in our 50s), and by this time, there were more people flocked around our little speaker than the rest of the pool combined, so it was OK. Again, just something to be aware of. We will stay somewhere else next time. It's not bad, just not what I'm looking for. If cruises are the Walmart of vacations, Zoetry is the up-scale store in Pretty Woman. I don't want a wet Tshirt contest, but I'm also not at the library.

A perfect, peaceful, non-touristy place! Lovely pools and excellent service. We loved K’uhul for its laid-back atmosphere and menu that included some traditional Yucatán fare. The Joya grille was great for lunch, served poolside if you choose. The Côté à Costa restaurant had excellent beef carpaccio, but was just ok for us. We would have loved more local/traditional food/music options for a more authentic feel. Without a car/shuttle, you’re not close enough to walk anywhere to experience the local culture. We loved the wildlife, but by Day 6, there was animal poop everywhere. It was cleaned up, but you had to watch your step for a day or so. We upgraded from a ground floor plunge pool room to a top floor suite and we were glad we did. Privacy, beautiful views, and we don’t mind stairs. The bed is firm, not very comfortable for us. They accommodated my husband’s allergy to down, so the bedding might have been more plush if we would have had that option. We recommend: Hooks for wet items, Eye masks (no blackout curtains), Throw blanket, Remove scales in bathrooms. There is limited beach/water access. Sargassum makes beach strolls impossible. If swimming in crystal clear waters is what you want, maybe choose a different time of year to go. They do what they can, but it’s everywhere. Massages are worth the splurge. We did not take any of the classes because 4 pm is prime siesta time before dinner. We heard mixed reviews. Overall, we loved it! Can’t wait to return!

No buffet and everything à la carte. The property is beautiful and tranquil and there is a lot of beautiful wildlife around that made you feel even more immersed in nature. The room was huge and beautiful and there was a wonderful ocean view. The only room for improvement is in the road leading to the hotel that had a lot of pot holes. However, even with that I am counting down the days to when I can go again! Amazing experience truly!

Zoetry Paraiso de la Bonita is a small, elegant and quiet resort. The food is organic, delicious and beautifully prepared and the staff are attentive and friendly. Unfortunately the beach can become somewhat mired in seaweed especially in the spring. The architecture and suites are authentically Mexican in a sophisticated manner and every suite faces the ocean. We love this little gem of a resort!

Stayed here for 3nights with 2 young children in a 2 bed room with plunge pool. This room was exceptional with lovely views and luxury fittings, although definitely not child/baby friendly as everything was marble/stone. The service overall was very good with friendly staff. Although meal time service was slow at times, the quality of food was exceptional, in particular for an “all inclusive”. The spa was great and worthwhile. However what we were disappointed with was the very small beach, really taken over with seaweed which was not what we saw from the pictures advertised. The beach was not swimmable (red flags throughout the entirety of our stay). A tractor was going back and forth throughout the day to clear the seaweed with very little success. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but wouldn’t rush to come back.

The workers were excellent!! The food was excellent. The views were phenomenal. The Guanas are very friendly. Outside of the seaweed smell and pretty much no beach due to the seaweed, we had a great stay.

I stayed 4 nights and 5 days at this resort to celebrate my best friend’s birthday, and it was amazing! Service was truly 10/10 everyone was exceptional, friendly, and welcoming. I booked our trip in August for our October stay and reached out to see if they offered personalized room decorations. Pamela, the Chief Concierge, was incredible — quick to respond, detail-oriented, and made sure everything, including our airport pickup, went smoothly. Communication was seamless thanks to a 24-hour WhatsApp group chat the staff created, which made booking our massages (thank you Noel and Mellisa), meditation session with Mauricio, and pastry-making class so easy. We celebrated my bestie’s birthday at the Piano Bar with live piano music — such a lovely touch! The K’uhul restaurant was excellent, the French toast is a must-try! I also enjoyed the late-night room service and dining at Joia. It rained on and off, but I was so impressed with how efficiently the team kept everything spotless and dry. The spa was under renovation, but services were still available. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a plunge pool, though we mostly enjoyed the stunning main pool. Don’t be discouraged by the bumpy road in, it’s being fixed and the resort is gorgeous! Special thanks to Pamela, Rene, Ivan, Mauricio, Daniel, and Alejandro for making our stay unforgettable. I rarely visit the same place twice, but I’m already planning to return for my birthday in January!

My stay was phenomenal. From my arrival to my checkout, everyone was so attentive and kind. The entire experience was personalized, with almost all staff calling me by name when they saw me. Daniel, Rene, and Alejandro offered exceptional customer service, ensuring I had everything I needed during my stay. The culture at the resort was inviting, personable, positive, and calming. Staying at the resort felt like an authentic experience of Mexican culture. The people, food, and environment made my stay feel like I was with family. I dined at all restaurants on the property and the food was fresh and flavorful consistently, while the service was outstanding. Spa services and activities were plentiful and enjoyable, with something for different personality types. I was a solo traveler and felt safe on the property. The property is in a remote location with poor road. There are only three restaurants on the property that serve a la cart Mexican, Mediterranean and pool side food. The food service in the restaurant is very poor and it takes approximately 30 minutes to an hour between order and delivery to the table. There are no other dining options near the property. Property makes unauthorized charges and does not refund the charges. We had prepaid for our stay through Expedia. The property charged us an additional $4,885.43 for lodging without our knowledge and did not process our request for refund.

The Good Drinks - top shelf all around. There was a taquilla tasting and wine tasting hosted by Gabriel that was very informative and worth attending. Food - Breakfast, lunch & dinner were all great! Room - very spacious room with comfortable mattress. Plunge pool was also nice! A/C was freezing cold, which my wife didn't like. Pool wait staff - these guys were amazing! There was no swim up bar but the wait staff made sure there was a drink in your hand at all times! Wait staff - there were some great waiters and some average as well. The good definitely outweighed the bad. The Bad Entertainment - absolutely none. Even if there are no shows, a nice jazz band or musician would have been nice. Even playing Caribbean music throughout the resort would have been better than nothing. Fitness Center - horrible! The room was smaller than my garage and the equipment was outdated and rusty. Very disappointed. Restaurants - the options were few. One breakfast spot and two dinner spots. There was no buffet, which is important for us to grab something quick. The food took long to be served, although it tasted great! The pool side grill required patrons to come in casual attire. The Ugly After dinner, the resort pretty much shut down because there were no other options. The iguanas are literally all over the walking trail that leads to the rooms. I'm not sure what can be done to control them but it was like Jurassic Park! The resort decor reminded me of the set of the Brady B

Incredible Babymoon with amazing service & a beautiful resort My wife and I stayed at Paraiso de la Bonita for our babymoon and had an amazing experience. The staff and management went above and beyond from the moment we arrived, even getting Heineken Zero for my pregnant wife so she could enjoy a non-alcoholic beer. Service throughout the resort was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The food was excellent, especially dinner and the breakfast spread was the best we’ve seen at an all-inclusive, with fresh juices, pastries, a full menu, and breakfast tacos made right in the dining room. The bartenders were fun and creative (big shout-out to Luis), and Raul in the restaurant made every dinner feel special. They also remembered my wife’s uncommon allergies by day three and always double-checked her meals. Our plunge pool suite was beautiful, peaceful, and spotless, with a spa-like rain shower and a private pool big enough for both of us to relax comfortably. Room service was great, and a couple of days we didn’t even want to leave the suite. Like most of Cancun in the fall, the beach has seaweed, but the resort is designed so well that from the pool and rooms you only see the turquoise water. While the saltwater pool was under construction, everything else more than made up for it. If you want a quiet, adults-only, upscale all-inclusive with fantastic service, great food, and beautiful suites, this is the place. We will absolutely be back.
