Die Hotellage in einem herunter gekommenen Stadtviertel enttäuscht. Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Öffnen der Fenster zur Nachtzeit sollte wegen unerträglichen Straßenlärms besser unterbleiben. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Befahren der Tiefgarage und der Preis für die Einstellgebühren pro Nacht hingegen sind eine Zumutung.

I would have rated five stars, until I found out That on weekends they do not offer complimentary Airport pickup like they do during the week. As a traveler I want convenience. I want to fly into a city, go right to the hotel, the next day easy trip back to the airport. Some hotels can offer free service for transport, others can't. I base my choice of hotels on quality and price. So this Hotel ended up costing me an extra $27 for a taxi to the airport on Saturday morning which was unexpected, and disappointing. So if I knew I was going to end up paying more I would have just booked another hotel for more money that may have been even better and would have included both ways complimentary airport shuttle.

Bus 66 opposite the hotel will take you directly to town centre and bus 12 back to airport. Also offers Monday thru friday a shutle to pick you up at the airport. Very good breakfast.

Você reserva o hotel apenas porque tem transfer para o aeroporto, recebe instruções de como usar o transfer e na hora que chega no aeroporto fica sabendo que o transfer nao está disponivel no dia que você precisa. Decepcionante, poderia ter pego um hotel mais próximo do centro e mais barato se soubesse que nao teria transfer disponível no dia q precisei.

Perfect if you want to enjoy the city center and want to be close to the airport per free hotel shuttle, for an early flight the next day! The bus 66 (from Brussels central area) stops across the street. Free shuttle to the airport. 2 twin beds option. Hot water for tea/coffee in the room. Clean.

Overall it was ok. Further from the airport than expected. Airport shuttle was not available when we arrived . They reimbursed cab fare. However, the following morning we had to pay for a cab Euro 30 to get to airport as they only operate free shuttle during the week. I did not see that in the reservation.

The shuttle that was advertised as “within five minutes of your call” took 83 minutes to arrive. Front desk person curt and not attentive. Property run down, dirty, in bar neighborhood, not close to airport. Certainly misleading description in hotels.com (which is rare)

Ett slitet, lyhört hotell som andas tidigt 80-tal, med ett "Fitnessrum" som inte är värt namnet. Fitnessrummet var ca 10 m2, där man satt in ett löpband och en crosstrainer. INGA vikter, pilatesboll eller ens en matta att stretcha på. Personen som checkade in mig på kvällen var den stora behållningen. Han var jättetrevlig och hjälpsam. Tyvärr var morgonpersonalen både dryga och inte speciellt hjälpsamma. Ovärt kostnaden för ett rum. Dock plus att hotellet låg rakt över gatan till superfin Grekisk restaurang.

Was staying over only to get flight at BRU the next day. I chose this hotel for its good price and airport shuttle. The hotel was very comfortable and clean, staff very professional and pleasant. Only disappointment was that I was informed that the day I was to go to the airport was a bank holiday, so the shuttle would not run. Would have chosen a hotel closer to the airport had I known in advance. Still would recommend the hotel.

Brilliant hotel in a great location, a short bus ride from the centre of Brussels. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was warm, comfortable and very clean. Housekeeping come daily to change towels and bedding, we could not fault this hotel.

Gelegen aan een druk kruispunt, niet veel eetgelegenheden in de nabijheid. Het hotel was schoon, goed en redelijk uitgebreid ontbijt. De bedden zijn erg klein. Wij hadden gekozen voor 2 1-persoonsbedden. Deze zijn maar 0,60cm breed en zeer zachte matrassen. Kortom, goed ontbijt, zeer slechte nachtrust.

Wij hadden gekozen voor 2 1-persoonsbedden. Deze zijn maar 0,60cm breed en zeer zachte matrassen. Kortom, goed ontbijt, zeer slechte nachtrust.

We chose this hotel because it was advertised as they offer free shuttle from and to the Brussels airport. Yet, there is no way, other than call them on the regular phone to schedule pick up from the airport. As we were coming overseas, we didn’t have phone service, and the hotel haven’t responded to my previous emails, there was no other way then to pay for the taxi to go to the Brussels suburb where the hotel is located. Transfer shuttle to the airport was smooth though, they even made an exception to arrange earlier pick up, since we made mistake showing up one hour earlier to the front desk. The hallways to the rooms are really, really strange. You'll need to walk quite far to your room from the elevator trough the labyrinth of narrow and very stuffy hallways. There is quate strong smell of dust when the elevator door open. Honestly, I was bit afraid before we entered our room, but once you are inside, the room is clean and bright. Bed is comfortable with high quality linens and the bathroom is squeaky clean. In short, I wouldn’t choose the same hotel again for layover in Brussels. It is relatively far from the airport and the free airport shuttle is working only partially.

The room pictured on Expedia is not what you get. The actual room is very dated, old decor, old bed, old paintings and the bathroom is much smaller and dated as well. This was not a 4 star experience more like a 3 star, be prepared to be woken up all morning by house cleaning staff around the room making all kinds of. Crazy noises. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Isolation acoustique vraiment gênante, nous avons été réveillé à de nombreuses reprises par le passage dans la rue. Moins grave, la moquette n’est pas de première jeunesse et il y avait un trou dans la faïence de la douche ( à réparer pour éviter un dégât des eaux ) . Pas beaucoup de choix pour un petit déjeuner à 22€. Pour terminer sur des notes positives, bonne literie, propreté et service du personnel.

We liked the safety measures they took. We forgot to take our key when we went to breakfast. The cleaning lady politely referred us to front desk and front desk requested an ID in order to issue another key. That was excellent.

Arrived early about 11am as the weather wasn't great,wanted to just park the car and head into the city,and before you knew it we was allowed to check into our room and everything else was perfect, the lady I think it was Catrina or something like that couldn't be more helpful

A estadia foi agradável, o hotel é confortável, limpo, acessível e com estacionamento próprio, no entanto o pessoal foi pouco amigável, em particular o empregado que estava de serviço ao bar pelas 19:00, que foi rude, inconveniente e pouco profissional, pois literalmente fez-nos abandonar o nosso local no bar, pois tinha outros indivíduos que pretendiam sentar-se no nosso espaço, sem sequer perguntar se pretendiamos tomar algo mais ou mesmo ficar apenas na conversa, pois estávamos a viajar em família, com tres quartos reservados e ate tinhamos equacionado jantar no hotel, ideia que foi imediatamente abandonada após a falta de respeito por parte do empregado do bar. Além disto o pequeno almoço estava desorganizado e poderia ter maior variedade de produtos. Não recomendamos este hotel!

We chose this hotel because it was advertised as they offer free shuttle from and to the Brussels airport. Yet, there is no way, other than call them on the regular phone to schedule pick up from the airport. As we were coming overseas, we didn’t have phone service, and the hotel haven’t responded to my previous emails, there was no other way then to pay for the taxi to go to the Brussels suburb where the hotel is located. Transfer shuttle to the airport was smooth though, they even made an exception to arrange earlier pick up, since we made mistake showing up one hour earlier to the front desk. The hallways to the rooms are really, really strange. You'll need to walk quite far to your room from the elevator trough the labyrinth of narrow and very stuffy hallways. There is quate strong smell of dust when the elevator door open. Honestly, I was bit afraid before we entered our room, but once you are inside, the room is clean and bright. Bed is comfortable with high quality linens and the bathroom is squeaky clean. In short, I wouldn’t choose the same hotel again for layover in Brussels. It is relatively far from the airport and the free airport shuttle is working only partially.

Please do NOT stay at this hotel. My flight was delayed and I arrived around 9pm. The receptionist was perfunctory No ‘welcome me to the hotel’. I asked if they had room service and was told yes. When I asked what time it finished she said she didn’t know. For a four star hotel the room was very disappointing— only room for one bedside cabinet and the bathroom protruded into the room. The supplies were not as good as in some 2or 3 star establishments. One very small bottle of water, two sachet of Nescafé and two teabags. In the bathroom there were cotton wool buds and a shower cap there were only 3 coat hangers so Webt to the reception to ask for more

I booked this hotel as the final stretch on my vacation in Europe. The hotel was clean, the surrounding are is a bit sketchy (just a little) but all in all safe. Plenty of places to eat and there is even an Aldi nearby. I loved my room and the view out the window. Complimentary water and airport shuttle was very appreciated.

Todo bien, pero es lejano a la zona turística, si solo vas al aeropuerto, excelente, ya que también tiene traslado gratuito al aeropuerto, pero para cualquier otra atracción, debes usar taxi o camión, que, es de resaltar, justo saliendo esta la parada de un autobús, solo a considerar esto si vas en plan de turista.

We used their convenient airport shuttle to get to the hotel. It is located in a nice neighborhood. Staff made recommendation for a very late lunch. Later we had a drink at the bar and a snack. Room was comfortable and the shower was very nice. Next morning we took the shuttle back to the airport. Would be happy to use this hotel again.

We had a pleasant stay here. The location wasn't very convenient but the free shuttle to the airport was very helpful (there were too many people who needed to go to the airport so they offered a free taxi ride instead). The breakfast was very very good, and the room was very clean.

The breakfast is reasonable, but the waiters take too long to replace the missing food. There were no scrambled eggs and pastries for at least 15 minutes. The beds are very comfortable, but the door to our WC did not close, so we had to use the litter bin to keep it shut. The hotel location is very good, next to several bus stops, Italian restaurants and supermarkets. Overall, it was a good experience that could be improved.

Isolation acoustique vraiment gênante, nous avons été réveillé à de nombreuses reprises par le passage dans la rue. Moins grave, la moquette n’est pas de première jeunesse et il y avait un trou dans la faïence de la douche ( à réparer pour éviter un dégât des eaux ) . Pas beaucoup de choix pour un petit déjeuner à 22€. Pour terminer sur des notes positives, bonne literie, propreté et service du personnel.

Séjour fabuleux ! Nous avons adorée séjourner dans votre établissement ! Le quartier est sympa la proximité avec le centre de Bruxelles est également un atout ! Nous avons passé un excellent week-end ! Le petit déjeuner était vraiment excellent, il était varié et copieux! Grâce au petit déjeuner nous arrivions à tenir jusqu’à la fin de l’après midi. The hotel is very clean and staff is very helpful & friendly. The breakfast is well served with lots of food to choose from. One of the best & affordable hotel under Marriott Bonvoy group - it’s certainly worth the money. Highly recommended. The basement car park though is quite challenging😀You need to be a skillful driver before ever thinking of going into the car park especially if you are driving full size car or big SUV.
