Great staff, easy to check-in and get settled in. We arrived a few hours early for check-in. The staff quickly checked our bags and they were there when we returned. Only a few issues. The staff did not remind us the adjoining parking lot payment machine is not connected to the hotel, so you must make sure you let staff know you have already paid for your parking - otherwise you will get charged by the hotel and from the machine. There was no body wash soap in the large shower bottle. There was also no blanket or pillows in the room for the couch bed available in the suite. After a long day, we had to call to get it delivered. It was promptly delivered to our room, but for what we paid - the room should be stocked and ready.

Wish the parking lot had an an elevator to park your car and more parking because it’s two hotels in one using the same parking lot so it does cause a headache if you cannot find parking to try to park in the street.

Staff overall especially front desk personnel were very friendly and hospitable. They checked in with me and assured i had what i meeded. The heated pool was unfortunately not heated so couldnt enjoy that perk and there werent many complimentary toiletries and robes or slippers as most hotels give especially for what they charge parking also is quite ridiculous for the pricing even as a guest. Aside from that id stay here again as it was an overall good experience.

We appreciated the quick shuttle from the airport. So close and yet not noisy. The restaurant and quick mart were convenient and had good options. Staff was very helpful with check in and with holding our luggage for our next flight. The room had maybe not been as well refurbished as the lobby, but it was still comfortable and clean.

This hotel is not clean. I stayed there for 3 nights and the hotel has bed bugs. My husband started with itching and redness and by day 3 he has spots and bites everywhere from bed bugs. The hotel was not clean. We were hardly there during the day since it was a quick weekend trip. After confirming it was bedbugs I filed a complain with the manager. The room wasn’t clean from the beginning. When I requested extra towels, they either forgot or came very late. Parking is inconvenient since there are no elevators and it’s not directly connected to the hotel. Parking is shared. Hotel does not have electric chargers for electric vehicles. The hallways have no air condition and it’s extremely hot. Overall this was a bad experience. Bed bugs made it much worse.

Our stay at this hotel was truly a disappointment. From the moment we entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority — there were stains on the furniture and floors, and finding someone else’s hair in the bathroom was simply disgusting. The windows were poorly sealed, allowing freezing cold air to rush in, and the AC unit was so loud that it was impossible to get a decent night's sleep. To make matters worse, the constant noise from the nearby streets made us feel like we were sleeping outside. The worst part was that the constant drafts made my children sick, turning what was supposed to be a relaxing night into a stressful and worrying experience. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone. It was truly upsetting.

I arrived late to check in and had an early flight. When I got to my room I realized the AC wasn't working. I called the front desk and was told someone would come in 5 minutes to look at it. 30 minutes later there still wasn't anyone. I called the desk again and finally someone came. He couldn't fix it but they were fully booked so I also couldn't get a different room. No one offered me a credit or reimbursement for this issue. I barely slept in the heat. Then when I got down 5 minutes early for the scheduled shuttle time at 5:00am, there were so many people I didn't make it until the next shuttle. Thankfully, they were running more frequently than every 20 minutes so I made it to the airport with enough time for my flight so I appreciated that.

Stayed in a top floor balcony room and the view really is beautiful. The bed was very comfy with plush pillows, and quality sheets. Your across from LGA but the take offs and landings we not a noise problem. Overall enjoyed my stay. Only drawback is the parking, the lot was over full when I returned after dinner so folks were "parked" in traffic lanes and the situation got a little hairy maneuvering.

As soon as we got to our room I received a personal text from a staff member asking if everything was ok….a real person, not AI. The staff member took care of a little detail and he was efficient and professional. Great customer service. I also had an issue in the am with breakfast and the manager promptly took care of it! One-night stopover, using LaGuardia Airport. Staying here is MUCH better than staying near JFK, and the pricing is similar. Plaza is only a quarter mile from the airport, but one must take a shuttle. It's definitely not a quarter mile walk because a labyrinth of roadways impede such a walk. Thus, don't be fooled by your GPS. Instructions to using the shuttle aren't clear, but you'll want to call the hotel to assert pick up. Shuttles tend to leave every 20 minutes, so it's not a long wait. The rooms are spacious. Super comfy beds. Bathroom is awesome. Mist-free mirrors and glass doors on shower. One will not do much better for this price in New York. For those wishing for a moderately priced hotel in New York with some fairly classy amenities, this is a really good choice. Access to Queens is easy, and it's a pretty fun neighborhood, though you may need an Uber. Restaurant isn't bad. New York prices, of course. Bar completely works—including a pretty nice cocktail menu.

The manager who checked us in was very friendly and accommodating. We were there a bit before the 3pm check in time, but he let us check in anyway. The proximity to the airport is why we stayed here and that proved to be a good decision. There shuttles are prompt and efficient. I would recommend if you're looking for convenience to airport.

The restaurant was top tier, the food was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel and the staff I give them a 10/10 for service! At the pavillion if you close at 11am but you stop taking guests at 10:44am maybe you should let guest service know because they assumed I could still get breakfast. Guest services when I arrived on Friday at 5pm 10/10, on the other hand after they left the replacements would get a 5/10. Hotel was extremely neat and clean, rooms were 8/10. The room temperature was off and the toilets were too far to the ground fit for a toddler. Overall I would stay there again and give this hotel 9/10!

Clean, spacious. Needs a little updating- need more outlets in the rooms especially because half of them don’t work. The hotel was pretty decent but we ordered room service. DO NOT ORDER ROOM SERVICE. It say it takes between 50-70 mins to get your order. Well i called after 80mins we finally got our food after 2hrs. Fries were cold, food mediocre at best and it was SUPER expensive for cold food. Would not do again. Other than that staff was nice and room was good for the price. Our main reason for staying was early flight out of Laguardia if thats what you need its good.

Entrances to hotel blocked by long term construction .Poor signage. Struggled to figure out how to get in .Had to drag luggage around construction barriers in dark in rsin with no assistance or direction from staff .Web says has bar and 2 restaurants but none open at 830p..had to walk 2 blocks in dark rain to get to another hotel to eat. Wont stay here again

The snack shop was very overpriced, and the hotel while nice seemed dated. The staff was nice. It seemed like there was a big push for private cars, several of us guests where told the same thing - get a private car into the city and then take public transit home. I'm sure a suggestion of some of us riding together would have saved us some money and I'm thinking that the cheapest option would have been just to take public transit both ways in and out of the city. 2.90 versus $55 (and then the person actually charged us $65) It was a nightmare for cars the day we went to the city and the driver was getting upset with how bad the traffic was, several streets shut down etc. Other then that the hotel itself and all staff was nice.

The LaGuardia Plaza has a complimentary shuttle from the airport and return trip to the airport which is so convenient. The staff were friendly and professional. I had an early dinner in the lounge, Elements, the food was very good and the bartender makes an excellent cocktail! I will be staying again when I return in 6 months. Definitely recommend!
