Ramada by Wyndham Bronx

Jocelyn was amazing. The pillows were horrible and the mattress was on a frame with metal slats so you woke up to a hole in the mattress and no support. My back was trashed. The front desk is behind plexiglass like a gas station and you have to ask for a hairdryer. Don’t expect a Ramada experience but Jocelyn was A+

BED WAS LUMPY FELT LIKE SPRINGS HOLDING ME UP AND VERY NOISY. BREAKFAST WAS AN INSULT. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

It was fine. TV didn’t have many options which was odd. I thought that the location was convenient for getting on and off highway - but for walking around….not good. I’m always a bit put off when I walk into a hotel and there is a big plastic wall between me and the receptionist. The staff was very nice, but the lobby atmosphere was a bit off putting…….All in all it was OK.
