This was absolutely one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. My rating is 0 out of 10. The room was dirty, there was no room service, and there was barely anyone at the front desk to help with anything. There was also no remote control for the TV. The worst part happened when I left the hotel and came back at night. The room door code did not work, and I was forced to wait two hours outside the hotel while trying to get someone to help me. I called the hotel and asked them to give me another room. Instead, they gave me codes for two different rooms that already had people inside. The doors actually opened, and I almost walked into strangers' rooms. This could have caused a very serious and dangerous situation. I have never experienced anything like this at a hotel. The entire experience was completely unacceptable and extremely stressful. I also paid an additional $105 for extra services, but I received essentially none of the services I paid for. I strongly recommend that people think twice before booking this hotel. The cleanliness, customer service, security, and management were all unacceptable. This was a horrible experience from beginning to end, and I would never stay here again.

Do not stay here. The hotel bed had mites or bed bugs -- not sure. There was no one at any point at the front desk to help. I checked out early because of this, and the hotel refused to refund me.

No staff available. Had to call the service at the lobby and paid additional $35 for so called facility fee which was not mentioned on hotels.com to get room number and access number.
