The stay was great. Everything was clean except the pool and hot tub. There was stuff floating in both. It was disgusting. The whole reason we stayed at this hotel was for the pool and hot tub and it was just upsetting to see.

Breakfast was ok...you had to wait so long for them to refill the food. Biggest issue for us was the pool area. The chlorine smell burned to breath in the pool area to amount of eye burning to just watch the kids play was ridiculous. No idea why this hotel woukd think this amount of chlorine is needed but our kids couldnt even enjoy the pool bc we coukdnt breath in there. We will not be back to this hotel again.

Decent hotel. Room was nice and had a hot tub which was great. Breakfast just okay. Two of the three pieces in the fitness area were broken. Front desk people were less than hospitable, almost like I was an inconvenience. Didn't even speak until 1/2 way through the check in. The breakfast people on the other hand were great. Super friendly and did a great job of keeping everything filled even though it was packed. So if you are just coming for a decent nights sleep and that area of Hot Springs meets your needs, this is a pretty good option. Just know there are no walkable restaurants.

Good parking, great customer service at front desk and from breakfast attendant. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms and hallways. Breakfast was hot and good. Pool area was nice. Pool actually heated! Hot tub was amazing. I wish it had steps to get in/out though. My mom scraped her knee trying to get out of it. Was provided with a large bandaid by front desk. Overall a good visit.

Was disappointed the pool was below satisfactory. It was green and cloudy, full of floaties. Maintenance did explain they just treated it, but this was at 2 in the afternoon. Used bandaids, hair ties, and trash was littering the pool area. Even overnight, the pool never cleared or lost its green tint. The pool is why I choose a hotel when traveling with my daughter, and I will definitely look elsewhere next time.

We needed a hotel close to Hospital for a next day appointment. We have stayed here before and it was very nice. This time I found it not quiet as great as before, the coffee maker was extremely dirty black with residue so we didn't use it. The pool area the pool was not to bad typical cleanliness the hot tub the water was green and we got in and right out smelled of urine it needs drained and cleaned. I should have told the front desk the next morning but didn't decided to do a review so others could see. On the plus side the bed wa very comfortable and the bathroom was very clea.

We are in Hot Springs at least 3 times a year. We’ve stayed at this hotel in the past with no problems. This time they gave us a dirty room. They gave us another room. I was turning back the sheets and found some funky Kurd on the top sheet. We found the maid. She gave us clean sheets. We had to change ourselves. Then I found poop on the toilet seat. Used our Clorox wipes we bought to clean it. Then to top it off there were fleas in the bed. And no we didn’t bring them. We don’t have any pets. We will not stay here ever again.

I've stayed at this property before and found the pool area and pool to be questionable as far as cleanliness goes. The water is cloudy and the smell of chlorine in the pool area is overwhelming. It was the same on this trip. In my room was my wife and I, grandson and a very large toenail on the carpet. Hot Springs doesn't offer much in the way of hotels but I'm going to try someplace different on my next trip there.

We picked this hotel because of the “wonderful” rating. Unfortunately, it was not wonderful. The carpet in the hall looked like it hasn’t been vacuumed in a long time. Our room was dusty and needed vacuuming. The coffee maker sits in the bathroom which is so gross on the counter which had crumbs and dust around it. I used a wash cloth to clean the counter and the dusty backsplash. The microwave stunk and was dirty. We would definitely not recommend this hotel because it is not clean as was rated.

Cleaning needs to be done more thoroughly. Mold and mildew in shower. Light fixtures and mirrors were dirty. Floors stained. Staff was quiet and distant the whole stay. Breakfast was ok and usually cold. With the previous reviews I was quite shocked with the actual state of this hotel and staff.

The beds were ok. The room was clean. We were on the 3rd floor and the people above us stomped around all weekend. The kids down the hall were very LOUD! You would think the front office would tell parents to control their children. The bathroom is small and the sink is not in a separate area.

The only complaint I have is the lighting in the room, especially the bathroom. They have dim yellow lights and you can’t see in the bathroom. Put some bright lights in the rooms. It looks like you’re trying to hide something when the lights are that dim.

Booked this location in error. Thought we were staying at Comfort Inn behind Texas Roadhouse on Central. When we checked in with our 10 lb service dog we were chastised for not telling them before we got there. I had her certification so they said okay. Never have i had to do this. We came in on Tuesday and checked out on Friday morning. On Thursday nite as we were coming back from supper the check in clerk greeted us asking what room were we in, had we told them we had a dog? Our little girl sensed the hostility and barked at her to which she said "shes not a very good service dog, they dont act like that. Next time you need to book a pet friendly hotel". I simply replied," we wont stay here again". Very rude, imtimidating person. This dog did NOT bark at any of the 3 morning breakfasts we attended, nor while we were in our room. We ate at Applebees, Texas Roadhouse and a Mexican restaurant and she NEVER uttered a sound. You have a nice facility but you dont have to worry about us EVER coming back.

Everyone working here is so nice. We were on a trip with a family friend and we called a day ahead to ask if they could put our rooms on the same floor. Amazingly enough, we were lucky to get our rooms right next to each other! I felt like staff really listened and cared about our experience and went out of their way to make this possible for us. Thank you! Check in staff were super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean. It's down the road from a TON of shopping and right next to CVS so it's in a very convenient location. The kids had a ton of fun with other kids at the indoor pool (spring break). There was also a hot tub which was a nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again and give other comfort suites a try in the future!

I stayed at this hotel almost a week ago.. The place was nice I have really no complaints.. EXCEPT!! They put a hold on my card and still 6 days later I still have not received my money back.. I have called and asked why the wait is so long.. all I get is it could be up to ten days and a hang up. I reached out to The supervisor or higher management and got nothing back .. please refund my held money !!

Booked on Expedia suite with jetted tub, paid extra. Arrived to be berated by staff that I should not have booked through a 3rd party. One employee told me none of those rooms were available, another told me to prove that was the exact room I was paying for and I could have it. An hour on hold with Expedia, two weeks later, still waiting on refund. I had to ask the staff multiple times to stop screaming so I could here my phone call with Expedia. Ridiculous.

The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The full breakfast was barely more than a continental breakfast with sub-par, microwaved food. The breakfast staff was very friendly, but she could only work with the products that were provided to her. All in all, the staff were excellent, and the facility was clean. My bad review is solely based on the quality of the bed and food.

Good, standard, no frills place. Our room was clean and parking was easy. Only downside was breakfast was very mediocre and crowded. However, the workers did a great job of keeping everything stocked. . So no problem with that. We were there over Labor Day weekend so maybe crowds were bigger than normal.
