The property was under renovation which was understandable but did not bother to vacuum elevators the whole weekend I was there and had tripping hazards down the hallway to the elevator. Also construction occurred throughout the entire stay and hammering started at 8 am even on the weekends.

You have to pay to park, which says $14 per day on the website. However, the actual charge is $15.50 per day. When I checked in the front desk asked if I had a vehicle so she could give me free parking. Since there are QR Codes posted throughout the parking lot, I had already paid. She couldn’t refund the parking but gave me credit towards breakfast instead. After checking out I got a bill for $4.37. I called the hotel and they said I took a bottle of water from the room. Which I didn’t not. The front desk said they would refund the money, but all I received was a receipt for the charge. Still waiting on the refund. The room was clean minus a giant long strain of hair in the middle of the sheets. The comforter was not comfortable, but rather stiff and scratchy. No blackout shades, so if you are not an early riser, be prepared for the morning sun.

The staff is excellent, but the property is old and needs to be refreshed. The elevators are constantly broken. The elevator lights don't even light up to tell you which direction the elevator is going. The halls are dark and dingy. The parking fee is ridiculously excessive, whereas other properties in the DTC provide free parking. No room service. WTH.

You’ll be charged for parking separately fifteen bucks a night, beware. The swimming pool was not operational. The lobby was being remodeled. I hope i remember to skip this place in the future.

The elevator was slow and making very loud noises. The other elevator was completely broken. The stairs take you outside, so you can not just take them up and down to be quicker. The restaurant/bar was not open on weekends. The workout facility was not nice at all, stuffy without good air flow, and no weight equipment other than the free weights. Not very inviting.

Rooms very dirty, like absolutely disgusting. Only 1 working elevator that BARLEY worked, insane wait times for the elevator. Parking is extra money, breakfast is $18 a person ($19 on weekends) and there is no hot tub only a crappy pool. Internet barely worked unless you wanted to pay an additional $5 to use it. I should have looked into the property more and all the rediculous micro charges. What happened to just providing proper accommodations to guest for the price paid for the stay/room. I will never stay at a Hilton again if I am the one booking the room. There are MUCH better hotels that offer far more and don’t charge you extra for every little thing, and you actually get a clean room too.

I was supposed to get a king sized bed in the 7th floor but when i got there i got a queen size on the 2nd floor. Then my lady got locked out of the room because her key wouldnt work. This is inconvenient!

The area is safe and clean but there is nothing really around except business buildings so just keep that in mind. The staff was nice and the room was clean. However, the walls are so thin. I was woken up every morning by people talking (at normal volumes) in the hallway and from doors closing. I just expected a little better quality from a Hilton I guess, especially at the price I paid.

The hotel and room was clean and spacious but thin walls made it pretty noisy. Elevators were slow and the pool did not have water in it so it was closed. Also parking and wifi are not free. The bartender was awesome!

I did not appreciate being in a room with a view of a wall. I was told your hotel was not fully booked, I would’ve hoped someone would’ve offered me a room with a view. Additionally, I was given a put in a handicap room….did not like the shower….floor got very wet and slippery. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and efficient.

The person who checked me in had a "sucker" in her mouth and was hard to understand. Not professional. This property charges for parking and I HATE PROPERTIES THAT DO THIS. I WILL NOT USE THIS PROPERTY EVER AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS ALONE. The shower valve was very confusing and it was difficult to find where the hot part of the valve that turned around more than once. I think the cold/hot water lines in the wall were reversed. The agent at the desk said they'd let maintenance know. I doubt they ever will look into it.

The front desk staff, Cathy was very helpful and accommodating—she kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. However, we were disappointed to find out that there was ongoing construction at the hotel, which wasn’t mentioned on the website when we booked. Unfortunately, we only learned about it after arriving, by which point it was too late to cancel or make other arrangements. This lack of transparency took away from what could have been a more relaxing stay. The remote control was not working. We asked the front desk gentleman to please replace. He said he could replace, but not until the next morning as he had no access to the remote. We were only here for one night….

Waited 10 minutes for someone to show up at front desk to check in. Coffee lids provided don’t even fit cups. Hair conditioner bottle on wall next to hand soap instead of lotion.

The Hilton Garden Inn in the DTC is convenient to the light rail which was wonderful since we were going to Empower Field for a concert. It took less than 3 minutes to drive there, and would guess it would be 8-10 minutes to walk. It was comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

This hotel was very clean and close to the lightrail which was handy for the concert we were staying for. However, they charged you for every little thing (parking in their lot was $12; breakfast buffet for 2 was $50, etc. etc.) The room wasn't cheap to begin with and then to add on those fees will make us strongly hesitate to stay at a Hilton property again.

One elevator, took forever, and was slow. $12 to park my car in the lot? Not valet, just to use their parking lot. Ridiculous. $18 continental breakfast that’s identical to free breakfasts at hotels half this price. Won’t be back.

The breakfast procedure was not clear. Breakfast was not included with our stay but it appeared to be open for all with no signs or staff explaining it. We seated our selves just like the sign said and then 1/2 way through our breakfast we were told that we would be charged???

Was a nice hotel, anything but cheap. For the money I expect not to be ripped of by charging parking fees per day in an area that is more a business park than residential. Especially over the weekend. And especially when the hotel is not busy at all. On top of that, breakfast service was horrible. Came down at 8:15. Coffee was gone. Asked for more coffee, and it took 45 minutes to get it refilled. WHAT????? Then is was empty quickly again, and it took another 20 minutes to get refilled. Not acceptable. Not at all.
