They advertise having parking available. They literally have 3 parking spots in front of the hotel! Thats it ! False advertising! Extremely overcrowded area around the hotel.

Very congested area. Parking facility available but you have to figure out how to get to the hotel from there. No parking discount from the hotel. Hotel and rooms are nice and they have a great free breakfast.

The hotel parking lot only holds 3 cars. You can park overnight at the Tangram mall parking garage around the block. Nice hotel to stay in Chinatown

They say they have parking. They don’t. The signs say you will get towed. Area is extremely difficult to get to. Parking areas paid parking too far and not close.

It was okay, the air conditioner was very loud and even though there were four of us we only had 3 towels so they didn’t kept that in mind. But was okay the check in and out was fast and the parking was tight there outside the hotel and many things to do around.

No parking on site available. Parking lot cross the street is always full. There is another parking lot 5 mins away but still need some luck. Other than that, it is wonderful. Lots of restaurants around and some stay open late night.

There were bed bugs in the bed and our skin has so many rashes. There was also no water available in the entire hotel. We used expedia and usually have great experience with it but this was a terrible hotel

BED BUGS aka 床芽 Chuáng yá. I couldn't give this place a lower rating if. Bed bugs in room, been bitten loads. That was the first issue, doors don't close completely so if you're walking past a room 7 out of 10 times its open. The shower didn't work. Save yourself time and book elsewhere.

The hotel was located in a great area. Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues with the room. There was a flood in the bathroom. The toilet overflowed and it took almost a hour for this issue to be addressed. In addition, there were bedbugs in the bedroom which resulted in a restless night. Very disappointed especially after voicing my concerns and it appeared that my valid complaints were ignored. I guess the days of having satisfied customers are no longer.

The rooms were tiny and not as represented in the pictures. The door did close behind because the floor was swollen. The bathroom sink drained slowly. The bar appeared to be a storage space. The carpets were discolored and needed a good cleaning. The elevator was dirty. I refused to eat the breakfast.

Super convenient location. Perfect for a quick weekend trip to Flushing. Many restaurants and message spas in walking distance - almost walkable to anywhere! However, the hotel is old. Our room is small, the bed is too soft, and the AC is super loud. But we were only there for one night so it's no big deal for us.

Kind of expensive given the condition of the furnishings. Very beat up. The coffee maker didn't work. Otherwise clean. The bedding had too much of a perfumy smell. But things seemed clean and quiet.

The door of my room was a problem. When I swiped my door card, it did not work. A male manager changed the door card a couple of times. Finally he and I found the electricity system of the door was ill-functioned. He brought other manager to fix the electricity. Next morning, it did not work again. So, I asked to change the room. The female receptionist said no. But the male manager explained the situation. The reason why I chose this hotel was that I had a good memory. My parents stayted at this hotel almost twenty years ago and said that a female manager of that time was kind to them, which made me book this hotel this time. I understand that it may be difficult to manage this property in this hard economic condition. But the keypoint of service business is to consider customer's feeling and satisfaction, which the female manager had yet show to us.

After a wonderful NYC trip I picked this hotel for a convenient commute to LaGuardia Airport Was very close to the 7 line which I took to a stop where I caught a convenient bus to LaGuardia The place was clean, quiet and convenient No complaints

The rooms need a little work but were very clean and perfect for 1 night and walking distance to Citifield. We felt safe and comfortable in the area. We enjoyed the dining ootions open late which was a plus after seeing a concert. Would definitely recommend!

Area has lots of shops and restaurants. Quiet at night. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the water temperature regulation. You would turn the tap all the way cold but it would still pour hot water. It would randomly change to cold water after a long time running.

For someone not from the US it would be great to know the Hotel was in the middle of Chinatown, that the property had exactly 3 parking spots and the price for parking was higher when i arrived at the property. I was most grateful that got 1 of the 3 spots for the duration of my trip. The property was clean and staff was friendly and courteous and helpful. Be careful when you enter and leave your room because the door does not close, pull/push it really hard because it will just remain open. There was a continental breakfast.... on day 3 i just refused to have another boiled egg, so we went out for breakfast.

Parking is not on-site as was displayed in details, but we found parking nearby. Breakfast was free but saw several people (including employees) using bare hands when touching breads and any pastries, so we walked to Mcdonalds daily instead (very short walk). Overall, would recommend and stay again if in Flushing.
