We stayed here on a Saturday night. The hotel is in a great location especially if you like visiting Chinatown and is very clean. Check in and check out was a breeze. Parking is also available for a fee and very accessible. Highly recommend this hotel when in NY.

I had a nice stay at the Marco LaGuardia Hotel. Room was spacious, hotel was quiet, gym had a decent amount of machines, the airport shuttle was convenient to be picked up and dropped off at LaGuardia Airport, overall a great place to stay.

Beautiful property, and they upgraded me to a suite for no additional charge. The complementary bottle of wine was a nice touch, too. I had a 6am flight out of LGA, so I was thankful for the hotel's 24hr shuttle service.

Overall the stay was better than expected and we would stay again and recommend to others except for the second bed in the room did have hair in it as we turned it down for the night. Everything else seemed spotless so we were very surprised at this. The front desk was very helpful in finding dining as well as transportation. Breakfast at Marco was very good and filling.

The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. We received a free mini bottle of wine. We got upgraded to a suite which was a mixed blessing. The suite was clean had a terrace with a nice view. The terrace did not have any outdoor furniture so we had to use the dinette chairs. It was also in the flight path of La Guardia, the other side of the building would have been MUCH quieter. Just to note the kitchen did not have any cutlery, glasses etc (be sure to bring your own) but did have a full-sized stove and refrigerator! The other odd thing was our king bed only had one nightstand, which was inconvenient. The location is on the edge of Chinatown so lots of great food, shopping and the subway, as well as close to Citi Field, which was the purpose of our visit!

Liked the lobby decor and hallways, appeared much newer than the room we were in. The suite wasn’t equipped with any cooking utensil or plates etc. we were only here one night but would’ve been a big disappointment if we’d been expecting to cook and eat in our room.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. I have a tall vehicle and there are height restrictions on the parking garage. When I rang they gave me all the information I needed (unlike other hotels I called). I arrived early and dropped off my car and luggage - no issues. Check in when I came back was smooth. The staff were all incredibly helpful. The room was very clean, bedding excellent and bed super comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Provided shuttle from airport, but waited over an hour to get the shuttle service to the hotel. Once checked in the hotel, layout is strange. It is minimally comfortable, but not unsafe.

Wonderful property spotlessly clean. The carpet looked new. Great free shuttle service from LaGuardia. Free bottle of wine. Great Chinese restaurants you can walk to. Wonderful, wonderful staff (Selma went above and beyond, professional, knowledgeable and kind) Spacious rooms. Would most certainly stay there again.

Searched using filter for hotels around JFK airport with shuttle service and found this one. Landed at JFK, called to see where to get shuttle and they only pick up at La Guardia. The representative was RUDE and said "It is clearly stated that we only pick up at La Guardia" and said, "We have this problem all of the time". They would not cancel & reimburse the room that I could not use and had to find alternate accommodations and pay again. Classic BAIT AND SWITCH.

Location in downtown Flushing is not aesthetically pleasing but the hotel itself is quiet, clean and attractive inside. Especially good is the free shuttle service to LaGuardia airport every half hour running 24 hours daily.

We chose this hotel as we flew in to JFK and out of LaGuardia with a couple of nights in between and the cost of accommodation on Manhattan was way too expensive. This hotel is a few minutes walk from the LIRR station that gets you to central Manhattan in 20 minutes. It also has a complimentary shuttle to LaGuardia which was punctual and efficient. On arrival at JFK we got a cab which cost $45 tip. There are cheaper ways but after a transatlantic flight you just want the easiest way. All staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast one morning, the buffet seems overpriced but items from the a la carte menu were good value. Complimentary coffee in the lobby was very welcome. There is a shop right next door for snacks and drinks. We put drinks in the fridge and they froze solid! The room was a very good size, we had 2 beds. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean enough but all just needs refreshing. The air con was noisy, we just kept the fan on but that left the room a little hot. This is a predominantly Asian area, which made for interesting market stalls and food shops/restaurants if you know what you're ordering as the menus often weren't in English. Overall an ok stay and I would stay again.

We were given an upgrade to a suite, which was very convenient. The free buffet breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options. We also ate at the hotel's Italian restaurant, Magna, which was delicious - the server was also great. There was parking right around the corner for $25/day which was convenient. The gym was really well equipped and in good shape.

Except for coffee (good!) and eggs, breakfast buffet was very poor for anyone who doesn’t want meat. Strangely colored yogurt, limited selection of bread/pastry, no real fruit, and truly bizarre “oatmeal”—a tureen of hot milky substance, with a few oat flakes suspended near the bottom and reachable only by plunging the ladle to the bottom—so bad I took a photo.

We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is extremely clean & the staff is very friendly & helpful. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with good lighting & plenty of vanity space. The dining room is very nice & the breakfast buffet was a little bit above the usual continental offerings although it was pricey. The airport shuttle was very quick both ways. The only real drawback is that the neighborhood is crowded and noisy although I did not feel it was unsafe. The subway is only about a 4-5 block walk so the location is convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean hotel, stuff was friendly. I did not use airport shuttle but saw that they had one. Restaurant at premise was ok, but food had stale smell. Breakfast had no fruit. Cons: hotel does not have their own parking, it's on the premise but not theirs and it cost $25 a night which I was not aware of when booking. Also, the area is all Chinese, was hard to find any other restaurants.
