The hotel staff first and foremost were incredibly friendly and very welcome. The pool deck area was very cozy. The bar was nice. They had nice drinks you could get food while at the bar. The pool is clean and then the access to the beach was awesome. I will definitely be staying here again

Nice property, very clean, BUT: 1. TELL US that the Gym is out of service and we'll have to go to another hotel, and 2. DO NOT advertise a "balcony" that is only 16" wide and can't fit a chair as a balcony. It's a sliding glass door with a safety railing. If we had known these two things, we definitely would have picked a different hotel.

We have stayed here several times over the years. Always well maintained and clean. Very comfortable. This trip I was surprised that they now charge $14 a night to park your car. Just feels like a way to hide an increase in rates.

This is a nice beachfront property. Most rooms face the beach. There is a heated pool and hot tub. There is gym. There is some reconstruction going on. I didn’t try the restaurant because there is a friendlys and a Walmart nearby

I was never made aware that there was construction going on. It made my stay really uncomfortable as it was loud, next door and all day. There are no chairs to sit on the balcony. The price I paid for a balcony was not worth it. The place is also run down. Pool is very small.

Loved! The staff was amazing, the rooms were clean amd the view was beautiful. Only negative was the breakfast we ordered from room service was a bit overpriced and to be honest the eggs benedict was inedible and when i took my silverware out of the nspkin there was dried egg on it. But this is still one of my favorite hotels to stay at!

Hilton Corporate needs to go through this property with a fine tooth comb. The room I had was not up to the Hilton Standards. The entire reason I stayed there was because I expect Hilton properties to have a high standard. When my family and I arrived there were used coffee pods in the ice bucket, dirty towels in the bathroom cabinets. Next nails were coming out of the baseboard by the closet right by where my family had to walk. There was water damage on the wall and the sheetrock needs replaced in a 2 foot by 2 foot section. The furniture was stained with coffee and the bathroom had all sorts of debris in the corners and needed a deep cleaning. I took pictures of the room and shared them with the manager. The room I had needs a deep cleaning and repair. Hilton Managers need to instill attention to detail in their employees when it comes to cleaning the property. Managers need to get out of the office and constantly conduct random inspections of the rooms and property. If there is something broken or dirty get the issue resolved. I would not stay at this hotel again due to the housekeeping and condition of the room. There is no excuse for this type of issue at a Hilton Property.

The room was nice. A bit dated but the view was incredible. The room was nice but the bathroom needs a deep clean. Giant dust bunnies on the side of the vanity that holds the sink. The top of the showers need cleaned as well. The maids are doing the best they can with the time allowed I’m sure ! The staff were pleasant and the dining room was empty and we were served quickly. Food was good as well. I will be coming back

The hotel was ok overall however our room was advertised as oceanfront with a balcony. The photo online showed a balcony with table and two chairs. Our room had only an 18 inch wide balcony called a Juliette balcony which is useless. Not large enough for any chair or table.

Everything about this hotel was pretty wonderful. Really nice welcoming lobby, good restaurants, very fast elevators, and a very nice clean room. The problem lies in the advertising. If you say you are an oceanfront hotel and you book a room with a balcony you expect a balcony. Think about it for a second. Anyone who is reading this. From any country or in any language. Say the word "balcony" and what immediately pops into your mind? An outside area where you can sit. Period. Full stop. What the HILTON has on its more expensive "oceanfront" rooms is an outside railing. It is not a balcony. There's just enough room for one person to stand and look over the railing. There is nowhere to sit. There is no room to sit. There are no chairs. There are no tables. It is… A railing. Not a balcony. If that had been made clear in their advertising, I might not have booked this more expensive room. Or possibly looked into a different oceanfront hotel. Don't do that. Don't play that game. You know, coming dangerously close to the L word. On the other side of the hotel, there were rooms that had full balconies. But for whatever reason, those rooms are classified as partial ocean view rooms. Not "oceanfront". And while that much of your advertising is actually truthful… The balcony thing isn't. I've made my point. I won't be belabor it. Just don't do stuff like that. Don't lie. Yeah, I said it. Not cool Hilton. Not cool.

I had counted on an oceanfront room with balcony and chairs to relax and watch the ocean. Imagine my surprise to learn the oceanfront rooms' balconies were about 18 inches wide and all you could do was stand on it, and the oceanview rooms, on the other side of pool, had nice balconies with chairs. This is the first time I have seen an oceanview room be better than oceanfront. I think your website is misleading. It was a learning experience for me and I will be a lot clearer in the future of what I would like to have.

The staff was quite nice at check-in and in the Atrium Lounge. Our room was next to the ice maker so at 10:36, 1:24am and 6:35 we could hear the rattle of ice. Also, the air conditioning blew on our faces in bed whenever it kicked on. Not a good night’s sleep.

We enjoyed being oceanfront at the Hilton. The room had a balcony that you could only stand on (not enough room for chairs). The bathroom was very small but the room was spacious, clean, and quiet. There was no outlet for the coffee maker. The staff was very friendly and welcoming except for one person at the front desk and the bar tender. Overall the hotel was nice, clean, and welcoming. Parking was very easy. Easy to get to shopping and restaurants.

I was on a 5 day 4 night getaway From KY/Cincinnati. This was one of the best solo vacations I have ever been on. From the time a checked in to the entire Hilton Team, they were just so friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable and a view of the ocean. Beautiful!! Their food in their dining room to their menu at the Tiki Hut and pool area was fantastic too. However, it’s really was the Hilton Team that I was so impressed with at this hotel. The bartenders (especially Rachel) one of the best bartenders I have ever witnessed while on vacation. A huge shout out to whoever the General Manager is because he or she has assembled an awesome team. Bravo!!! I will definitely be back.

It is always my birthday wish to be able to watch the sunrise over the ocean on the morning of my birthday. When I expressed this to Michelle at check in, she went above and beyond to make that happen for me. All the staff we encountered were welcoming, friendly and helpful.

The staff were phenomenal! The customer service was fantastic from checkin to checkout. They were friendly and accommodating. Our room had no air conditioning (which we said was not a problem, but we wanted to inform them for the next guest) and after it couldn’t be fixed, they gave us a complimentary breakfast.

We were rushed out of the room and they barged in after asking them to give us a second to get our things and use the restroom. The room had ants. Michelle checked us in last night and said she was going to waive our parking and give us 12 late check out complementary and I got to the front desk to check out and she charged me for it all and front desk as well as housekeeping was very rude about it all. Nobody was really in the hotel.

The front desk check in receptionist was very accommodating, helpful and pleasant. I arrived 90 minutes before checkin time and she checked me in and gave me the key to my room. After driving for two hours this was so helpful. Also, my ocean view room was picturesque!

We were never informed of balcony construction until check-in even though we made reservation in June. All day long whether at beach or pool, drilling and loud noise was unbearable. Was told at check-out they could have provided discount but since we booked through third party nothing could be done. Why didn't they offer us some concession upon check-in or during stay? Also, charged for parking even though we told them we did not have a car; resolved at check-out. Had early flight and scheduled 5:00 am wake-up call that never happened.

Great location right on the beach and Walmart/Aldi right across A1A could walk there. Room and view were great. I had a terrible night which was not the hotels fault but the room next to me had a huge loud fight going from 11:30 until well after midnight and I had to call the police for fear of violence. So only slept a few hours and they started fighting in the morning. The staff at the front desk was very pleasant and gave me a later checkout but I still could not sleep because housekeeping was so loud in the rooms next door. I would stay here again though as obviously that doesn’t happen every night and could happen anywhere.

Hotel was beautiful, clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Food options were extremely limited, and they were the same no matter where you choose to dine on the property. It is a very friendly and nice beach. There is not much to do outside the hotel itself though unless you want to drive further away. Overall i would stay again for a short getaway.

The Hilton is a great place to stay during sping break if you dont want the crowds. The beach is great for dipping your feet, however in front of the hotel and to the left of the hotel the ocean is Not safe for swimming or surfing as it has many large rocks and reefs that are not visible. Lots of people getting hurt. The hotel pool is heated and amazing, my favorite pool ever for a hotel, food was great bar by pool, great drinks and staff. The hottub is nice but WAY to hot.

The photos make this place look better than what it was. I probably wouldn’t stay here again. The place is out dated the beachfront had no chairs unless u wanted to rent them for $40 a day like I already paid enough to be here. The pool deck is tiny you can’t see the ocean but sitting outside unless u go actually on beach. They did give us a free drink because it was our anniversary which was nice. We did order food from the restaurant outside and very disappointing very overpriced we ended up going to friendly bc we were still hungry and didn’t wanna pay more for little amount of food. For a Hilton hotel very disappointing!

Krista at the front desk was great. We really enjoyed the band at the tiki bar. Drinks were a little over priced. On Saturday we couldn’t find a lounge chair by the pool but found some on Monday. Beach chairs should be included since they are listed an amenity for the hotel. Hot tub was closed for a while due to a leak. Breakfast was excellent! They had everything from pancakes and bacon, cereals, potatoes and a wide assortment of pastries. My friend had a problem with the AC but our room was fine- modern, nice and clean.
