It was not as advertised on line. No pool. Bed was comfy and shower was good, but very bare bones. Nice access to the beach. A good place to sleep and shower😁

This was a property that was just what you'd expect for the price. It was clean and quiet. Parking was not an issue. The location was great being right across the street from the beach. There was beach access as well for the hotel which was nice. The only downfall for me was no ice machine.

Staff was incredibly nice. Room left a fair bit to be desired. My hubby found a metal L bracket poking out of the bed with his shin (ouch) the room was ok. We have seen worse, the sugar ants were in full swing on any table or surface that we set things on. The shower was cold and barely trickled out. We found there is no ice machine on site… but the mini fridge was spacious, bed was clean and the towels are a generous size so I didn’t feel like I was drying with a kids towel.

Clean property. Well lit. Room is clean but aged. Cheap furniture. This room was just what we needed. A safe, clean place to sleep. Bathroom was decent.

the staff was really nice. our ac did not work but by the time we said something we were leaving in a day they offered to switch our room but we didn't move with only one day left. the beach access was right across the street which was nice. i would def. say that the floors could have been a little cleaner turned my feet black and really sand like it had not been swept. food and shopping within 5 to 10 min drive and can get uber eats to hotel which was helpful. also if you have small children there is a playground 15 min walk or 2 min drive from hotel. the pool is filled in but no need for it when beach is right across the street

Pictures are deceiving. Check reviews on Google. Property doesn’t look anything like pictures and there is no pool

It says it’s no frills and it definitely is no frills. It was clean and across the street from the beach. Hotels.com states that it has a pool. The main reason I picked this place. In reality is no pool. It appears it was filled in many years ago. I was very disappointed. This needs to be updated on the hotel information.

Room was adequate but needed TLC. Pool was pictured in the ad but there was no pool. Guests were allowed to smoke right outside the rooms so the nasty smell streamed right under the door and into the room. Nancy and her staff were very accommodating and I understood they only could do so much.

Listing states they have a pool. Pictures too. Lies. Got in late from the airport. Key waiting in Dropbox. Mold in shower.. requested late check out and was educated there is no pool and must be out by 11. Short staffed. Online eating is misleading.

I'm giving five stars because the bed was comfy, location great and when a wave drenched us the front desk noticed and brought us extra towels which was great. BUT there were ants everywhere and a cockroach.

The location of the motel was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was shabby, the refrigerator was rusted and would not sit level. This would not have mattered too much if the room had been cleaner. Floor was sticky with cleaning ? product. Moulding and walls were dirty, especially around the light switches and door hardware. The best part of the stay was the Cuban restaraunt in the parking lot. Fantastic place to eat, very busy, great vibe good service

We needed an inexpensive room to sleep in close to the beach as we continued a trip to the Keys. An older style beach hotel with direct Public Access walkway right across the street! Room & bathroom was clean, beds very comfortable, great air conditioner.

No towels in room. Room reeked of weed. Front desk did their best to get rid of odor but couldn’t. Floor was stick, toilet back broken and loose. Not all lights worked. Bed linens looked dirty and unchanged

Plain bare bones hotel 😊 it was wonderful! Owner was awesome and the room was clean. Beach access right across the street. Would definitely stay again

This is a basic room place. Nothing fancy here - that said it is very clean & the rooms had clearly been recently updated. Shopping & dinning is walkable and the very best part is the beach is a stroll across the street! You pay $200 more a night at one of the bigger hotels across the street so this place was a steal!

The pictures shown are deceiving. The room smelled like mold. There was rotted wood in the door jams as if there had been a flood and the wood wasn’t replaced. There were holes in the floor tile. The shower head and shower walls had mold on them. The sink was stained. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows had no cushion. Luckily, we were only there for one night. I will never stay there again.

Great location. Comfortable beds and extra space in the rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

Easy check in amd out. Quiet room. My only complaint was losing power the 1st night which was no fault of the hotel but the power company.

Great location across the street from the beach. Beds were comfortable enough, condition of the furnishings were a bit worn. Shower was only stocked with 2 towels. Our stay was only 1 night, and cost was resonable. AC was cold but room was still humid.

When I arrived the entire tiled floor was wet with condensation. Several electrical outlets in room would not work. The worst was no hot water on second morning; in the middle of winter. Never stay here.

Ended up at Urgent Care with my 14 year old because bed had exposed mattress support hardware covered by the bed apron that he punctured his shin with. 5 stitches later ... Also didn't like having to buzz in the front door to get into the office ... felt like I was entering a prison cell. Room and property was clean but typical two star beach motel except for the bed hardware and prison cell entrance during normal business hours. Other members rubbed the bed hardware so I would be prepared with pool knoodles or something similar if we visited again.

Atlantic Inn – Indialantic, FL ⭐☆☆☆☆ "The Inn That Forgot Its Guests”? We came for a quiet beach escape. What I got was a crash course in mismanagement and indifference. We checked into a room with a broken toilet—tools still scattered, no heads-up. My husband fixed it enough to function, but minutes later, a staff woman came up to the room and insisted we move. I’d just unpacked. When I declined, she shrugged and said, “As long as I don’t get a bad review.” That was the tone for the rest of our stay. In my experience, rooms that are out of order are labeled so, at the front desk, and not rented to begin with. The next morning, with a “Do Not Disturb” sign clearly displayed, a housekeeper walked in without knocking. We were in bed. She apologized and left—but her cart sat outside our door all day. No follow-up. No towels. My husband went down to the front desk, asked for fresh ones, and was told to return the used ones first. My husband explained we weren’t stealing anything and mentioned the housekeeping breach. The staff interrupted, talked over him, and finally asked if he wanted to leave the property. This wasn’t a misunderstanding. It was a pattern: dismissive, defensive, and deeply unprofessional. The room was bare-bones, which I expected. But basic respect? That should come standard. I would highly recommend an education in hospitality as there clearly was none. Other than the above, the location was wonderful.

I did not like ANYTHING about the motel. No ice machine, BARE essentials in the room, holes in the walls, broken light fixtures by the bed, dirty exposed plumbing under the sink in he bathroom, exposed circuit breaker box with a door that did not shut. The employees were unkempt, and basically looked like homeless people. The "lady" at the front desk screamed at me over the phone and was very surly when I arrived to check out of the motel.

The ladies that run the office are terrible. Very rude. The first room we were given had dirty towels from the previous tenants and food food on the floor and bugs in the sink in the bathroom. They then moved us to a second room and one of the beds broke when we went to lay down in it. Basically when this was brought to the attention of the people running the office we basically got kicked out of the hotel at 2 o’clock in the morning because they didn’t wanna come and fix the situation. We then went down the road in for $20 more a night we stayed at the Crowne Plaza and it was amazing. Would not recommend this place to anyone. To be honest it should be shut down

The manager was very hospitable and cleaned the room herself to let us check in an hour early. Thank you!

We arrived about 15 minutes to 3pm on Sunday and our first impression was that it was a basic beach inn. We had to be buzzed into the lobby so that we could be checked in. We were asked for a $10.00 cash deposit because we had a "different kind of key". Good thing we had the cash. We were given a regular key, not a card, and told we were in room 210.We should have ran then but continued onto the room to discover that our door handle was held on by duct tape. We open the door and the room was kind of decent. The flooring and bed appeared to be new. However the pleather chair was in horrible condition, you couldn't even sit on it. There was also no deadbolt or security on the duct taped door either. We decided to stay as everywhere else was booked due to the holiday. The owner/operator does not have the safety of their guests in mind. We survived the night, and left as soon as we got out of bed. It was defiantly an experience that I would not want a repeat of. Spend the extra and stay in a better inn, or stay mainland.

The Atlantic Inn is nicely located across the street from the beach. We checked in after hours and used the lock box to access our room key as pre-arranged. It is a good place to stay for the money

We will be returning this place is right by the beach , clean not overly expensive you have a great location near Walmart and tons of other stores, the rooms are clean the staff is friendly we had an amazing time going back again next week

A nice and easy convenient stay for the price. I was traveling for business, but it did have a little kitchen as well. Great location and across for the beach! I would book it again next time in town.

We just stayed one night, but the experience was good. It provided an easy walk to the beach and close proximity to a great Cuban restaurant next door. Staff was attentive and room was clean and well stocked.

So this spot is excellent for the price the staff is friendly and very attentive the rooms are clean and comfortable no complaints the only thing is there is no real breakfast but it's near many food spots for breakfast i tried out the tiki cafe and bar there pancakes are to die for many blessings enjoy your day.

We loved our stay at the hotel for our visit. I wish that we would have been told that we wouldn't get daily towel service. A continental breakfast would have been a full 5 on our grading for them ie. fruit, coffee/tea and sweet rolls.
