Absolutely a phenomenal stay. The beds are very soft, like sleeping on cotton. The location is quiet during the evening hours, allowing for you to get a good night sleep. The hotel is surrounded by many choices of eateries. The minor downside is parking. You may find yourself parking on the street due to the shared parking with a restaurant located in the lobby. The parking accommodates about 30-35 cars. Other than that you will enjoy your stay.

We stayed one night, to go to a concert at USB arena. It is relatively close, 10 minutes by car. It has a fantastic Spanish restaurant. The room is not very big but it is comfortable. The elevator makes a very funny noise. The parking lot is free although it is not very big, but there are other places nearby to leave your car. There are fast food restaurants within walking distance and a liquor store. I would definitely come back again.

Comfortable bed, a nice park nearby, Uber service great, awesome breakfast-Marbella restaurant attached was great . The parking is private for hotel but not enough spaces - we didn’t have a problem, but saw other guests did because spaces were full with cars that weren’t hotel guests. Close to Belmont Park

We were there for a funeral but the staff accommodated an early check-in, the coffee was great, the breakfast plenty and having that Spanish restaurant right in the lobby is an added bonus. We ate there after the wake and that was delicious. We weren't looking for fancy, just a place to hang our heads after an emotionally draining day, they delivered. So if you have business in Queens, stay here. The parking lot is like an obstacle course though. So if you're terrible in tight quarters, bring the beater car.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was a plus. Dinner at Marbella Restaurant next to the lobby was delicious and very convenient. Parking is convenient, but the lot is tight and maneuvering is difficult. Overall, it's a great and convenient place to stay.

Staff was very nice. Hotel was very clean. Parking is a nightmare. Very limited. There is an unaffiliated restaurant in the same building. After being out, when I returned to the hotel there was nowhere to park because all the spots were taken by restaurant customers

Pros: -they serve hot breakfast daily -They have free parking -The shower pressure is excellent -They have free specialty coffee in the lobby -they have a restaurant on site -room was clean -plenty of food options near by Cons: -The elevator is really slow -The water was brown coming out of the tub and sink ((they said it was due to construction, eventually it did -clear up) - the parking lot it really small - the sink is in the room and not inside the bathroom. -no ventilation in the bathroom so after a shower u can barely breathe

Unfortunately, from the time we checked in on Monday evening to the time we checked out Tuesday, there was smoke on the first floor. When we notified the front desk as we did not feel that we should have to expose our 6month old baby to that l, they apologized and said that we were not the first ones to complain about it. No effort to move us or rectify the situation which is unfortunate that I had to subject my family and children to this on a non-smoking floor.

The staff was super nice. The food was good. Complimentary bottled water always a plus. As for the room itself, it could use some renovation and I don't mean just patching up old patch ups. Also not a fan of tiny ants found all over the AC unit but they've subsided once I turned on cooling. I woke up freezing cold but insect free. But overall it was a good stay.

Bathroom was so small you could barely close the door for privacy. Stained walls too. I was woken up by a strange noise that occurred every 2-3 minutes from 5-10 am (and then we left). It sounded like garbage cans being pulled or a pulley. We could not figure it out. We just wanted to sleep in!

Hotel could use a few improvements. Tiny, but very clean bathroom with a great shower. Room was small, but somewhat dated. Bathroom sink was in the room the minute you walked in. Kind of odd. it was a one night stay. but overall we were happy with it. Big plus was the Spanish restaurant on the premises. The food and service there were great. Also, hotel staff very pleasant.

I did not like the sink out of the bathroom, and the AC was not working; we were hot all night. The staff is very kind, especially those in the breakfast area. The breakfast was good, and it was ready before 7 (the front desk staff said no, but actually, it was open before 7), in case you needed to leave early. It was really good.

This hotel’s rooms are a bit small to function. I loved the location but packing and/or unpacking is difficult with no floor space. The restaurant/bar was supposed to close at 10:00 pm but closed at 9:00; that was disappointing as we arrived for a couple drinks at 8:30 and wanted to hang awhile with a friend.

Just needed a night to sleep since our flight was canceled and we had an early flight the next morning. The hotel was outdated but clean. The A/C was loud but we were able to fall asleep. Staff was friendly. The vending machines were out of all drinks but the restaurant next door helped us out. Coffee machine in the lobby was a nice treat as we left out very early. Overall, good place when you’re in a pinch.

I paid for Monday nov. 18 until Thursday. I called a head of time informing front desk I will be checking in Tuesday 630am. When I arrived no employee was there at the front desk. I called the 401 #. They told me to wait 45 minutes. They did not take a notation that I was checking in6-7am Tuesday. Also for compensation I asked for a late check out. My last day. They were hesitant to give me one and rude. They gave me an extra hour and a half late check out. I paid an extra day so I would not have to wait to check in 3pm. I feel they should've handled the situation better and more kindly.

Front desk person was rude. Property was trashy. Carpet was dirty. Dont beleive the property pictures posted. For $300 a night, it was not worthy. Avoid at all cost.

The front desk staff was happy, warm, welcoming and helpful. I really appreciate her great service after long international flight. Breakfast was fast, hardy and delicious! Some of the things about the property need a facelift, but it looks as if they are in the middle of some updates. Great place. I highly recommend!

Best Western continues to be a solid option. The staff were really helpful with travel delays that brought us in after check in time, and the rooms were private and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! Really excellent quality, would absolutely stay there again.

Only 1 complaint. We had to be moved from the room we were initially given because the thermostat that controlled the A/C was not working. The new room had a queen bed instead of the king bead in the original reservation. We asked for a refund for the difference in price and was told by the desk attendant that she would talk to the manager and that the person in charge would get back to us. That never happened.

We were checked in by this older gentleman, did not remember his name and he was great. He showed us where everything was and what floor we were on. You would not believe how many times we had to figure it out on our own in different hotels. I appreciated that very much.

I liked that there was a bus stop right outside the hotel which takes you directly to the nearest subway station. It would take roughly half hour, however, we traded time for costs as the hotel was within our budget. The hotel also offered breakfast each morning and there are dairy free and gluten free options available on request. I like that there was a microwave and fridge in the room. On the downside, there are a few areas that can use a little work, but it didn't really affect our experience. The staff was also helpful. I would go back, especially because of the food options surrounding the hotel.

This is your typical dated small-town hotel that is convenient, easily accessible within a 15-min walk to the LIRR Bayside station and then, a 30-min ride to Penn Station or Grand Central Station. Large size rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast included in the price.yes, it’s dated but it’s clean and good value for the price.

This is a great little hotel nestled in the crazy tangle of major traffic arteries, commerce, and residences that is this part of Queens. Any kind of food you want--fast, international, gourmet--can be found along the strip (special shout out to lovely Greek place with awesome lemon potatoes!). The only downside is traffic, traffic everywhere--but only to be expected. The hotel staff were friendly, the room comfortable. Great for going to a show or game at Citi Field.

The access to this hotel is very easy and you are close to the différent airports. You can easily park your car in the parking of the hotel. The problem could be the noise from the trafic on the boulevard just in front of the building, and the coffee machine in the room doesn't work properly.

Overall, our stay was good. The room was comfortable and clean but small. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options, both hot and cold. There is free parking but in the evening, the parking lot can get full due to events that take place at the hotel therefore we had to park one night at the hotel next door, which is owned by the same company. There is a couple fast food options in the area if you're hungry. The only con is that they only do housekeeping every 3 days due to "Covid," so if you need clean towels, toiletries, and anything else, you need to call reception or catch housekeeping in the hallway. But we managed and the housekeeping lady was nice about getting us anything we needed.
