Super close to everything - fantastic walking neighborhood- yet very quiet. We stayed in “La Perlé”. It’s the 3 bedroom place and we absolutely loved it. We’re a family of four but it could easily accommodate 6. Kitchen had all you need although we mostly ate out . Lots of great options to eat in close walking distance. We’re pretty picky but we loved it. Look no further and book it. Only negative would be the stairs/ elevator but as long as you can walk a few flights, then that is zero concern. In fact I thought it added to the charm.

Great hotel overall. We stayed in the super spacious L’elegant suite which was perfect for our family of 4! It is apartment style with a washer, nice kitchen with fridge and microwave, and one full bath and one half bath. It is so much bigger than other hotel rooms in Paris! The only negative is there is no real lobby and kids cannot use the pool. Other than that, great hotel in the Latin quarter very near Luxembourg gardens.

The spa was closed for renovations which we were advised after booking. Compensation was not offered what was offered was full refund if canceled which I went with a refundable. The area that the hotel was in was excellent and the staff as well. Property was clean and comfortable.

Loved this property- quirky rooms but very comfortable 2 bed and 2 bathroom apartment. Hotel was very friendly and willing to help and make suggestions. Just have to watch out for the stairs which come through the dining area. On the fourth floor but there is a small lift that can one person or two large suitcases.

Concierge were super helpful and accommodating! Beware the elevators to get the apartment are super small! Definitely not for a person who is claustrophobic Even tho the property is listed as a 3 bedroom - 1 of the bedrooms does not have a door. Other than that it was super clean and the concierge helped us with everything we needed such as adapters and arranging transportation.

Overall good stay. Staff were very courteous. The soundproofing could be slightly better as we can hear footsteps and talking in the room above us. The hotel arranged for transportation to the airport for 75 euro. However, the taxi driver ended up charging us 80 euro. It’s a small difference but would’ve still appreciated the heads up.

Wonderful 3-day stay with our 7 year old. Staff were attentive and helpful including providing an electric adapter (we forgot ours) and ordering us a taxi to the airport. The location is fantastic for walking to Luxembourg Garden and to the metro, and is also on a quiet street with multiple excellent restaurant options. All room amenities were useful including the kitchen, plates/utensils, and refrigerator. Had we stayed longer we would have also utilized the washing machine and balcony! Comfy bed and pullout couch and strong internet. We could not have asked for more, and will absolutely stay here again when we return. Perfect stay for our family.

My partner and I stayed for four days from Friday to Monday for his birthday. While check-in was at three and we arrived at 10:30 in the morning they communicated promptly when the room was ready, which was two hours ahead of the check-in time. The location is very close to some lovely restaurants, not just French but Asian ones as well. And it was a very close walking distance to a lot of public transportation as well as Notre Dame. We very much enjoyed the atmosphere and ambience around the hotel. The room itself is also quite updated and we like the fact that it was an apartment style with laundry and a hob and dishes and a microwave too.

Our stay was wonderful! They accommodated our early arrival and late departure, storing our bags and even delivering them to our room for us. The apartment room was perfect for our family of 6. Everyone was comfortable and had their own space. The AC was especially appreciated during the warm weather we experienced while in Paris. The bathrooms were very nice and we all had warm showers. The front desk was especially helpful with coordinating transport to and from the train station and were very response to every email we sent leading up to our trip. We would definitely book here again!

Hotel refused to give us a refund as we booked the wrong dates by accident for 3 nights. We have immediately contacted with Expedia and Expedia contacted the hotel but the hotel refused to give us any resolution, not even partial refund. We also contacted the hotel directly but they do not respond to us at all. For a very expensive hotel, this is bad customer service and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Went to Paris for 4 days with my husband and two kids (10 & 13). Cosy apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Easy access (a short walk) from the station to the hotel. The staff at the hotel was very nice and friendly. It was a small shop just around the corner and the Luxembourg garden only a few minutes away. Would also recommend the Indian restaurant just across the hotel. If I go back to Paris, I would not hesitate to book another stay there.
