Clean and tidy, with friendly staff.

Very clean and comfortable room and beds in excellent location for exploring the city.

Exactly what we needed just for 1 night. Close to the river and the fountain. However, it had mold in the shower, hairs on pillows, and not well cleaned. AC is very light.

After sleeping on memory foam in Paris, these beds weren’t so comfortable. The pillow seems great until your head sinks. There were a couple of long hairs on our tub. The front desk had all kinds of adapters we could borrow so we didn’t have to buy one! It was great!

The staffs were friendly but no staffs were available after 10pm till 7am. I have two reservations and the second room had bad smell at the bathroom. Only good thing was the locations

The room was good for four. The location is walking distance to the lake and shopping. There are restaurants nearby as well. The staff was welcoming and answered all the questions we had and also set up our taxi for our departure. The only issue we had was the air conditioning was not cold enough and was not adjustable from our room since it’s centralized. Would still recommend this though.

Pax Hotel has a great location within walking distance of the city center. The rooms are small but nice and practical. The staff really stand out – they’re incredibly friendly, service-minded, and very helpful. The breakfast was okay, and as a Silver member it was fine since it was free, but if I had paid for it, it wouldn’t have been worth the money. Overall, a good stay, mainly thanks to the location and the wonderful staff.

Located in a nice district, easily accessible by public transport, large, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. It is excellent value for money in Geneva.

Lovely hotel, great location. Clean and friendly. Ideal for our trip to the football. Room had 4 beds, a little tight, but very comfy.

Naja, nachts war es wegen der Straße extrem laut. Außerdem war das Bad extrem klein und das Waschbecken etwas verstopft.

I am absolutely appalled by this hotel. Myself and a friend went for a weekend away when we arrived I was told they had overbooked and had moved us to another hotel called hotel Diplomate around the corner. This hotel was of no standard to the pax hotel that we had booked and when I went to check the price it was cheaper than what I had paid I have requested a refund of the difference as if I wanted a cheaper hotel I would have booked a cheaper hotel we was down graded significantly and they wouldn’t even give me a refund in the price difference of the pax to hotel Diplomate so we not only had to put up with a very old outdated, dirty hotel room for our stay but was also told no refund for the difference in price would be granted which is absolutely terrible service. It was through no fault of my own that we was moved it was due to the pax hotel overbooking after travelling from the UK all through the night and to arrive to this you would expect some common courtesy due to the inconvenience caused. Myself and my friend sat there in disbelief and it really did put our weekend break off to a bad start we was not happy with where we had been put and then to rip me off and not offer any refund in the price difference or a better hotel was just absolutely terrible service from them.

My one major complaint with this hotel is the management. My flight was cancelled, I gave the hotel over 48 hours notice that I could not make my first of 2 nights and they refused to reimburse the first night. I was also charged the city tax for the day I was not there. Zero empathy from hotel management. Would NEVER return.

This hotel was great! Friendly staff and timely response from point of booking to checking out! I was only in Genève for a couple of days so this worked out well. Fair price and not a bad room. Close to a tram stop so you can do all the things in Genève very easily. Would stay here again and would recommend!

Tres bon séjour dans cet hotel à deux pas du jet d'eau et des restaurants environnants. Propre et calme pour un hotel en centre ville.

The Pax is well-located in older Geneva. East walking distance to restaurants and Mont Blanc square. Clean, simple room. Good enough breakfast offering. Good value. I would stay again.
