Definitely recommend! We stayed for a weekend with our kids. We all enjoyed ourselves! Great restaurant options! We all enjoyed the pools... yes we had a blast in both pools, and both hot tubs! There was a bunch of mosquitoes out, so just come prepared if you plan to lay out. There is a coffee shop, and a trail.. so no need to leave! The gym is also fantastic!

This property is AMAZING. The pool is incredible. My ONLY complaint is that there's only one location for the elevators and our room was at the far end of the property. My watch stated 500 steps each way. Not complaining really since i definitely got my steps in.

The resort has just about everything you need to spend an entire weeiend without leaving. The Towa golf course is beautiful and the indoor and outdoor pool is great for the kids. The casino also offered a good selection of machines and tables

Breakfast was good, not a lot of variety, but covered the bases. Was expensive but the per-person credit covered it for the most part. Pool was a little on the cold side (indoor). Hot tub was wonderful. The steps into both the pool and hot tub were quite steep, hard for my 80 year old mother to get in and especially out of.

We didn’t have much interaction with the staff. The hotel itself is nice however I found one strand of hair folded in the towel and one still attached to the shower wall! You would think at those nightly rates they would do a better housekeeping!

Excellent staff, bed comfortable, quiet, and room spacious (king room.). But then there was hair in the shower and sink (not mine) and when I got out of the shower the whole room smelled like cigarette smoke (definitely not me.) So that was the big bummer. I probably wouldn’t risk staying here again.

We are seniors and he set us up with a room way on other side of property. Chair in room was damaged and a small piece of wall paper in bathroom peeling. The restaurants in the hotel were not good at all. No complimentary coffee, why should i have to pay 5 bucks when i pay good money to the hiltons. Also, i had to call for room cleaning, nope never using a hilton again.

Booked a breakfast included option with the stay and the front desk staff said they were “blindsided” by that. They have not offered that before. We were instructed that each person has $15 budget for breakfast. On checkout, all the breakfast charges were added to my account and when I pointed it out, the front desk person had no training to remove the charges. There was also a $125 dinner charge when we were not at the property on the evening it was charged.

The property itself was large and welcoming, and appeared well-cared for. There were lots of great features, art, and history that was a part of the hotel which was nice to see. While the staff wasn't rude, they also were not very communicative or helpful. We were not given any information on check-in about restaurants, amenities hours, access to areas, etc, and had to ask about everything to know, or just explore and figure it out on our own.

This was the worst experience we have had as of yet at any hotel which is sad to say. We had multiple reservations, my sisters room was not ready at check in which we made clear we had my niece with special needs, went back two hours later and it was still not ready. After no call she went back at 7pm and the woman at the front desk was completely rude and unsympathetic. We have been staying at and supporting BTR for years and today was the first time we were ever not allowed to do a late checkout and were also told we had to leave the pool by noon. We will ensure we stay Tamaya for all of our family get togethers from this point forward…

The service is not what I would expect from a “resort” type hotel. They have no one to help you at the door, the hostess at the restaurant ignored us for 10 minutes, and they provide no housekeeping services during your stay unless scheduled the night before. There is no pool bar, the pool is very small and the outdoor hot tub was “closed for maintenance” but it was clear it had been closed for a long time. The rooms are dated and walls are thin. I would not recommend this place

I don't even know where to begin…I was so disappointed. 1) Shower was dirty. A previous guests’ hair was stuck on the wall in the shower. 2) Housekeeping was a little rude…literally pounded on the door at 8:30am. I said i was good. They said okay. 30 minutes later, it happened again while I was in the bathroom getting ready. 3) SECURITY INCIDENT: An unwanted guest made his way to my room and tried to force himself into my room. I won’t fully go into detail but as a female solo traveler, that was thee scariest thing I’ve ever been through. I felt extremely unsafe. The fact that this man just walked into the “resort”, made it all the way to my room AT 3AM, and I had no one there to help me if things went really south (physical harm/assault)…that’s unacceptable. Please, tighten up on security. I would hate for this to happen to another woman or person in general. And the fact that the “resort” is so far away from the surrounding towns, by the time any kind of law enforcement could get to me, it would’ve been too late. Overall, this was the worst birthday trip I’ve taken and I would not warrant this hotel as a resort. This is a last resort type of resort.

Hotel was mediocre, not worth the price though. Kids pool was just a section of sprinklers, not as advertised as a kids pool. Larger pool was nice as well as the hot tub. Front desk staff not very friendly, also did not mention at all when / where breakfast is served, I had purchased the add-on breakfast, I would not recommend as the staff does not know how to charge it. Location about 30 mins away from Santa Fe by highway, if you want something closer I would not recommend booking here. Limited dining and grocery options in the vicinity of the hotel.

This is a beautiful property. It is located on the sovereign Native American land, Pueblo of Pojoaque. The interior decor is stunning. There is a Starbucks, restaurants, indoor pool, spa and casino. The hotel rates were a very good value (compared to hotels near the SF plaza) but the hotel location is a 20 minute drive from the center of Santa Fe. This was not a problem for us because we had a car.

A very nice place to stay about 12 miles outside of Downtown Santa Fe. Very clean and comfortable. Only two drawbacks. Room fid not have kitchenette which I did not necessarily need on this trip but normally do. Also, only one way in/out of building. I chose a room on a far end and got lots of steps “coming and going”. I would stay here again! 🤓

Our stay was really good, the property is beautiful and well-appointed. You can clearly see the architecture is quite beautiful, however it does need some TLC to bring it up a notch to that next level hotel experience. It doesn't feel like it needs to be modernized, necessarily, it just needs a refresh. Some chairs were worn out, some fixtures were old, etc. There are also a lot of families and kids, for what that's worth. If you're looking for a place to honeymoon, for example, you may want to consider a quieter, more luxurious, more bespoke property. Overall, however, the stay was great, the staff was friendly, and I'd stay here again. It's a great location, close to Santa Fe, close to world-class golf, etc. Additionally, the waitstaff in the hotel restaurant was superb...extremely friendly! Great job by them!

The hotel itself was decent, however the casino was one of the lamest casinos I have ever been to, you cant walk around with a drink, they i only had 1 bar and you cant leave the bar with your drink to play. The restaurant was nice looking but the food was not great, everything was pretty much closed, would bot recommend this hotel to anyone. Wish I would have known to stay somewhere else.

The room was very nice, but the hotel itself needs a little bit of an upgrade. Probably won't stay there again. While the staff was really nice, service was pretty slow and options were very few.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights making it our base for trips to other towns. This is a nice hotel easy to get to and close to the main highway. There were not many dining options in the hotel or its vicinity. The service in the breakfast restaurant was very poor. After waiting for half an hour to get seated there was no service for another half an hour so we had to leave and look elsewhere. We found good food options and great service in another casino not far from this hotel.
