The hotel and facilities were fantastic! The onsite lounge and restaurant was very pleasant. The only small issue was the food served was rather bland, specifically pasta dishes. For the price charged, the expectation was super flavorful and it lacked seasoning and salt.

There were a couple different times. The front desk wasn't manned, And I had to wait for service, Also, the hot water in the shower was fairly lukewarm... But overall the renovations they've done on the property are great. The fire and ice restaurant had great food, The convention area was clean and easy to access, The pools appeared well kept, parking was easy. Traveled with my pet and they had to adjust my reservation from what I had selected in Expedia to a different room because of the pet. However, it was not particularly upset by that change, The room that we got moved to had a first floor walkout patio that made taking my dog potty. Very easy. They had a couple of nicely maintained grass areas where I was able to play with my dog. And maybe nicest of all. There wasn't a whole lot of old dog poop. In fact I don't think I saw a single pile. Either they have great customers that do a very good job cleaning up after their pets, Or it's just one more way that they are keeping on top of their property. 10 out of 10 would stay again.

The website advertised a hot tub. There is no hot tub. The website shows nice bathtubs in the room.. there is no tub. But there is a shower that barely works and a toilet that does nothing but run all night. And there is "nothing we can do about it"

The hotel was beyond our expectations. We stopped for the night here to avoid upcoming snow on our route home and was thoroughly impressed. Our children loved the balcony view of the pool as well as the pool area itself. I was able to get some well deserved rest in one of the comfiest hotel beds I have slept in for awhile. We will definitely be returning all the way from Chicago. There were plenty of activities at the hotel and the surrounding area. Overall we couldn’t have been any happier and you’ve just now gained a loyal customer 😊

Nice quiet area with a great indoor pool and splash pad. Also a nice outdoor pool. Not a 5 star resort but perfectly reasonable pricing for what it was. Our kids enjoyed it.

This hotel has the strangest layout I’ve ever seen before, so hopefully you don’t get lost if you are in the Palm wing of the hotel. They are in the middle of a remodel of the rooms, but most of it appears to have been done by a cheap handyman instead of a legit construction crew. They have higher-end looking fixtures in the bathrooms and other areas around the hotel, but the remaining finishes were very poorly done. Paint doesn’t cover the full wall, left most the corners untouched, lighting was different on almost every bulb so it just felt weird. The carpets felt dirty and unkept, so I definitely recommend wearing shoes or flip flops the entire time. We ran out of towels a couple times at the pool and we only stayed one night. We specifically chose this hotel for the pool, which was OK, but half of it is over 8ft deep which is strange for a hotel pool that appears to cater towards families with younger children. Also, the tile around the pool area is insanely slippery when wet, so a poor choice in my opinion. You need to watch little ones as they walk around the pool. We saw several kids fall during our stay, and they were walking, not running. Seems to be a high risk area for the hotel that should be addressed instead of just putting out a wet floor sign. I would NOT recommend staying in a room overlooking the pool unless you love constant sound all day and night. Overall, it was an ok stay but not a place I would stay again in the future.

Deep disappointment with the experience my family and I had during our recent stay at this hotel. We arrived much later than expected after a long journey from up north, en route to Oklahoma, and were initially impressed by the first-class check-in experience. Unfortunately, this positive impression was short-lived. Upon entering our room, we were appalled by the condition of the bathroom. There was vomit and urine on the sides of the toilet, patches of hair all over the floor and along the outer edge of the shower, pubic hair on the shower floor, and an empty toilet paper roll under the sink. The hair-covered tiles extended into the tile area of the room entrance. Given the late hour and our exhaustion, we felt extremely uncomfortable and unable to use the bathroom for its intended purpose. We chose your hotel based on its beautiful atmosphere and the many positive reviews, expecting a pleasant and restful stay. However, we were unable to enjoy the pool or any other amenities due to the unsanitary conditions and lack of a clean space to shower afterwards. Additionally, our TV screen was damaged, and our room was located next to a hotel entrance without door dampeners, resulting in constant noise from slamming doors throughout our short stay. In total, we spent $200 for an 11-hour stay that left us feeling worse than when we arrived. The staff was lovely and professional, we are very thankful for them.

Our room was spotless. Beds were so comfortable. Plenty of lighting. The bathroom was spectacular. Our balcony had no furniture so we couldn’t enjoy it. Pool could have been warmer but my kids didn’t complain.

The hotel itself is nice however the room I had was filthy and the bed was worn out, the sink was stopped up amongst other uncomfortable issues. It was my first and last time staying at this particular hotel. As for fire & ice, the restaurant attached, the food was unappetizing. I ordered 3 dishes and couldn’t eat either of them because they just weren’t good. Very disappointed.

We booked this hotel for a Mother/Daughter getaway for my daughter’s birthday. We chose it bc the pictures made the pool area look so pretty and fun. We really wanted to like this hotel. Unfortunately our stay was not very enjoyable. The area around the hotel is overrun with homeless people I wouldn’t recommend being out past dark. We were required to pay extra for a room close to the pool. The hallway our room was down felt very unsafe. Dark, dirty and smelled heavily of marijuana. Our room was filthy stains and stray hairs everywhere. Bathroom was moldy and cramped. They had absolutely no extra pillows a hour after check in. No towels at the pool. The pool itself (our whole reason for choosing this hotel) was so dirty and cold. My poor daughter was so disappointed bc she wanted to swim so much but after just a little while her lips turned blue. We did complain but the manager seemed so overwhelmed and I’m guessing just completely forgot about us or ignored us I’m not sure which. We honestly should have left and asked for our money back. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

We had no issues with the cleanliness in our room. Our room was absolutely spotless along with the bathroom. The beds were super comfortable as compared to other hotels as we stay in hotels several times a year for various events and gatherings. We did have some issues at check in. Their computers evidentally crashed due to a large booking checking in ahead of us. Which is not really their fault. But we stood in line for about 15-20 minutes with a huge line of people waiting. It was State Wrestling Championships. The floor they booked us on had construction happening so it was just concrete and plywood flooring in the halls. Upon breakfast there were still 2 dirty tables from the night before. Food pieces and crumbs were all over the floor. Since breakfast had not even started it was clear someone from the night before hadnt done their job. Breakfast was a few minutes late- but fashionably late- because it was pretty good. Onsite Starbucks was a huge plus.

We stayed here on a Friday-Monday for a quick, short getaway from Kansas City. The pros were that they had 2 pools (indoor and outdoor). This was very nice as second night there, a woman vomited in the pool (then, tried to cover it up), so they had to shut down the outdoor pool. Thankfully, we were still able to use the indoor pool. The free hot breakfast every morning is good too. The location was great- it was about 15 minute drive from everywhere we wanted to go. The cons included that our hotel room door was incredibly hard to open. It took a lot of tries, and luck, to get the door to open each time. Also, the walls are not soundproof at all and every door slams. You can hear kids running up and down the hall late at night and the slamming of doors. Our hotel room’s faucet did not work properly. We didn’t get more than a few drops. When we brought it up to the front desk, we were told that perhaps they were working on the water in the hotel (???). We ended up making do and just used the shower if we needed faster running water. Also, the underside of our toilet still had dried urine when we first arrived. So, the housekeeping is a little questionable. Overall, it worked well for our short stay and we would still consider staying again if we were just stopping by for a short weekend trip.

Was advertised as having a hot tub but it did not. Walls are super thin as in I could hear every conversation and other things from people next to us more than any other hotel I have stayed at. Never saw any staff around to ask for extra towel, including front desk. Toilet kept running until you jiggled the handle several times. The fridge smelled like old meat. The carpet smelled like wet carpet cleaner. The bathroom door would not open all the way which is not good for an ADA room. The pools were nice and the room overall was okay. It was nice to have a balcony even though you could smell people’s cigarette smoke coming from below in the pool/lounge area. Overall, this is not a hotel to relax at due to the thin walls and a lot of people. On a good note, the restaurant/bar was good and reasonably priced.

A little dated but a decent hotel overall. My only complaint was the walls are too thin. In the middle of the night the neighbor across the hall was talking loudly into her cell phone and it was quite loud in our room. However, I called the front desk and they seemed to handle the situation

Comfortable place to stay, great restaurant, however very loud in the morning. The rooms aren’t very sound proof and I could hear everything in the halls. I had asked to have a room away from other guests as I am a travel nurse and work odd hours.

The hotel was beyond our expectations. We stopped for the night here to avoid upcoming snow on our route home and was thoroughly impressed. Our children loved the balcony view of the pool as well as the pool area itself. I was able to get some well deserved rest in one of the comfiest hotel beds I have slept in for awhile. We will definitely be returning all the way from Chicago. There were plenty of activities at the hotel and the surrounding area. Overall we couldn’t have been any happier and you’ve just now gained a loyal customer 😊

We stayed here on a Friday-Monday for a quick, short getaway from Kansas City. The pros were that they had 2 pools (indoor and outdoor). This was very nice as second night there, a woman vomited in the pool (then, tried to cover it up), so they had to shut down the outdoor pool. Thankfully, we were still able to use the indoor pool. The free hot breakfast every morning is good too. The location was great- it was about 15 minute drive from everywhere we wanted to go. The cons included that our hotel room door was incredibly hard to open. It took a lot of tries, and luck, to get the door to open each time. Also, the walls are not soundproof at all and every door slams. You can hear kids running up and down the hall late at night and the slamming of doors. Our hotel room’s faucet did not work properly. We didn’t get more than a few drops. When we brought it up to the front desk, we were told that perhaps they were working on the water in the hotel (???). We ended up making do and just used the shower if we needed faster running water. Also, the underside of our toilet still had dried urine when we first arrived. So, the housekeeping is a little questionable. Overall, it worked well for our short stay and we would still consider staying again if we were just stopping by for a short weekend trip.

It really is an Oasis. It is so peaceful in the courtyard. The staff was so nice and helpful the whole time. The rooms were large and comfortable. I would only have 1 con. There are showers in the rooms and not bathtubs so I was not able to get my daughter a bath, who has Cerebral Palsy, or my 9 month old, but other than that, I loved the accessibility of the hotel and the beauty of it!

This hotel has the strangest layout I’ve ever seen before, so hopefully you don’t get lost if you are in the Palm wing of the hotel. They are in the middle of a remodel of the rooms, but most of it appears to have been done by a cheap handyman instead of a legit construction crew. Was there an hour and half waiting for our room to become available along with several other guests. We were all told to check back in 15 minutes and then when u did it was the same answer, room not ready check back in 15 minutes. Wife called after an hour and half and it still wasn't ready and they had no idea when it would be ready. They got very aggressive on the pho e and ended up saying they had canceled our reservation and we could go somewhere else and stay. When about a refund she was told we would have to go back through the third party which we had booked which was from this site Orbits.

There were a couple different times. The front desk wasn't manned, And I had to wait for service, Also, the hot water in the shower was fairly lukewarm... But overall the renovations they've done on the property are great. The fire and ice restaurant had great food, The convention area was clean and easy to access, The pools appeared well kept, parking was easy. Traveled with my pet and they had to adjust my reservation from what I had selected in Expedia to a different room because of the pet. However, it was not particularly upset by that change, The room that we got moved to had a first floor walkout patio that made taking my dog potty. Very easy. They had a couple of nicely maintained grass areas where I was able to play with my dog. And maybe nicest of all. There wasn't a whole lot of old dog poop. In fact I don't think I saw a single pile. Either they have great customers that do a very good job cleaning up after their pets, Or it's just one more way that they are keeping on top of their property. 10 out of 10 would stay again.

The only thing wrong with our stay was that we paid the extra 25 dollars for a late checkout. Our late checkout was approved and we had to leave by 1pm. At 11am housekeeping trued to come in the room and the only thing stopping them was the lock at the top of the door. At this point i went back to sleep. Then at 11:45am the phone in the room rang and the front desk person asked us why we weren't checked out yet and that housekeeping needed in the room to clean. At this point we were frustrated and explained that we have a late checkout. The lady was nice and said she would take care of it.

The stay here was great! The room was a nice size, the beds were extremely comfortable, excellent dining experience at the onsite restaurant, and the warrm breakfast was convenient, but go early or it will be a challenge with item availability. The shuttle service and drivers , specifically Ken, went above and beyond to help us get around. I will stay here again if we get back to Springfield!

It was not a relaxing visit and we will not be back. We had the following are concerns: -when we booked the hotel, one of the amenities listed was a hot tub. Well, they took that out and added a stupid kid splash pad. -we paid our full balance before our trip and we got charged $25 per day in the case of any damage. Why per day? The front desk gentleman said it was a hold, but the amount was charged to our card. -the doors have a nice gap underneath about a half inch, so a lot of things could be slid underneath. -anytime we would walk by the front desk, there would be no one there. We barely saw any employees the whole time we stayed. While attempting to leave, the front desk attendants didn’t even acknowledge us as we were trying to check out. There was a good line and no one came to assist her. We ended up doing the checkout online, but we’re old-fashioned and would have loved to check out with a real person. -the walls were very thin and you could hear every conversation in the room next to us. -when checking in, we weren't given instructions on how to leave and reenter the facility with the security guard. -there was some sort of convention going on and there were screaming kids everywhere, so not a relaxing environment whatsoever. -the breakfast was subpar with the price of the hotel. We went down at 8:30 on both days and the breakfast needed to be filled, but there were no employees around.

Very nice place. I only stayed one night due to catching a flight out the next morning. Although hotel is located in the city it felt secluded. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Shuttle driver was efficient and friendly. Will definitely stay at the Oasis when I am in Springfield.

We booked this hotel for a Mother/Daughter getaway for my daughter’s birthday. We chose it bc the pictures made the pool area look so pretty and fun. We really wanted to like this hotel. Unfortunately our stay was not very enjoyable. The area around the hotel is overrun with homeless people I wouldn’t recommend being out past dark. We were required to pay extra for a room close to the pool. The hallway our room was down felt very unsafe. Dark, dirty and smelled heavily of marijuana. Our room was filthy stains and stray hairs everywhere. Bathroom was moldy and cramped. They had absolutely no extra pillows a hour after check in. No towels at the pool. The pool itself (our whole reason for choosing this hotel) was so dirty and cold. My poor daughter was so disappointed bc she wanted to swim so much but after just a little while her lips turned blue. We did complain but the manager seemed so overwhelmed and I’m guessing just completely forgot about us or ignored us I’m not sure which. We honestly should have left and asked for our money back. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel and pleasant staff. Indoor and outdoor pool options. Splash pad for the littles. Breakfast set up in pool area nice way to get day started. Could use a wider variety for breakfast. Three days in a row was biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage/bacon, fruit salad, beverages. Family travel ages from 1 to 65. All the attractions we visited were 15 minutes or less away. Last day there was a storm that knocked out some power ( no fault of hotel). The staff responded well at making sure everything continued to run as smooth as possible considering.

Nice quiet area with a great indoor pool and splash pad. Also a nice outdoor pool. Not a 5 star resort but perfectly reasonable pricing for what it was. Our kids enjoyed it.

Very nice place. I only stayed one night due to catching a flight out the next morning. Although hotel is located in the city it felt secluded. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Shuttle driver was efficient and friendly. Will definitely stay at the Oasis when I am in Springfield.

The hotel was very nice and clean. However, we used the free airport shuttle for a 2 week vacation and they threatened to tow my car if I didn’t return home soon. All was fine, but it was some much added stress!

The hotel and facilities were fantastic! The onsite lounge and restaurant was very pleasant. The only small issue was the food served was rather bland, specifically pasta dishes. For the price charged, the expectation was super flavorful and it lacked seasoning and salt.

The hotel itself is nice however the room I had was filthy and the bed was worn out, the sink was stopped up amongst other uncomfortable issues. It was my first and last time staying at this particular hotel. As for fire & ice, the restaurant attached, the food was unappetizing. I ordered 3 dishes and couldn’t eat either of them because they just weren’t good. Very disappointed.

Great hotel! Loved both pools! Room was cozy, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was amazing. Loved the room service from the Fire and Ice Restaurant. And a starbucks by the indoor pool was perfect.

The stay here was great! The room was a nice size, the beds were extremely comfortable, excellent dining experience at the onsite restaurant, and the warrm breakfast was convenient, but go early or it will be a challenge with item availability. The shuttle service and drivers , specifically Ken, went above and beyond to help us get around. I will stay here again if we get back to Springfield!

This was perfect for our two young children. They loved the pool and splash pad. The Starbucks was an unexpected treat! We enjoyed pizza in our room from their restaurant and it was delicious. Great stay! Great employees!

The front desk person, Donna, was friendly, efficient and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast staff was disappointing. They were obviously not happy with their jobs and looked and acted like they would rather be anywhere else. The larger woman (African American?) was asked about where we would dump out an old coffee cup, and said she would have to go to the kitchen, so no. She went back to making her own breakfast. We asked the Starbucks employee to dump it out which she did. Otherwise a great stay. We appreciate it when people are happy and friendly.

Took my daughters here for a little staycation before school started and it didn't disappoint. They loved the poolside room with the tropical trees and palm springs via 1950 vibe. The pool and breakfast potatoes were the stars of the show though. They kept saying I out did myself, but it was all the Oasis!

Everything about the day was wonderful. It was clean. It was quiet. I accidentally booked the wrong day and the receptionist at the desk helped me I work two jobs and I was on my third shift job when I did the booking and I just did the wrong day and she was a really big help
