Overall it’s a very good place to stay and visiting Vienna. Although a bit outside the city center, it’s very well connected with busses, trams, and subway. The room and the bathroom were very spacious with a lot of space for storage, and mostly very quiet! The bed too very comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the morning offered a plenty of food, sweets and savory. They do offer a parking possibility at €20/day a block away from the hotel, very convenient when traveling by car.

The Hotel and staff are great... Close to the Subway which is great, but the subway closes at 12 Sun-Thurs... Not the Hotel's issue. Parking is great, close by and safe. Hotel Caroline is excellent for it's price range. I thank the staff

We stayed in the triple room which was very clean and spacious. However, the bathroom has a large frosted window into the bedroom and this creates two problems, firstly you can see through to anyone using the shower! Secondly at night the bathroom light illuminates the whole bedroom, waking everyone up. Breakfast was simple cold continental style, plenty to eat, but the hotel bar was very limited and we couldn't find anything we liked. The staff were very nice and provided a few alternatives for us like non-feather pillows and non-dairy milk. I would have liked a kettle and mug in the room (is this a British thing?), but the staff were able to provide the kettle and I borrowed a mug from breakfast. The surrounding area is unremarkable, there was a fair bit of construction going on, but this was not audible from the hotel. The tram runs right past the hotel and this did disturb one of our group at night. There train and underground stations are only 10mins away and it's very easy to travel to the tourist areas.

Hotel super , Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sehr zentral gelegen, Top Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, Zimmer super und sehr ordentlich, Frühstück klasse und es fehlte an nichts, auch an Raucher ist gedacht, Fitness Bereich auch super. War eine halbe Stunde vor Check-in-Zeit da und konnte bereits ins Zimmer. Toller Service! Frühstück sehr gut! Trotz der vielen Gäste kaum Wartezeit für einen freien Tisch! Der angrenzende Kindergarten war ebenfalls kaum wahrzunehmen - sehr angenehm ruhig!!! Kann man echt empfehlen! Fitness-Raum war im Preis inklusive - leider fehlte mir die Zeit, ihn zu testen, sah jedoch von außen gut ausgestattet aus.

Nice hotel, situated in a great area for travelling to the main tourist sites. A 4 minute walk to the U bahn Keplerplatz and 15 minutes walk to the main train station. Staff at reception were friendly and the hotel was clean. They tried to charge me for a drink from the mini bar which I had never touched, so they had obviously not stocked it fully before my arrival. I would advise you to check when you arrive that you have what it says. I never thought to check as I did not plan on using the mini bar but it was sorted and did not cause a problem.

Schöne zentralgelegene Unterkunft. Bus (14a) direkt vorm Haus, U-Bahn (Keplerplatz U1) in 5-7 Gehminuten erreichbar. Bei Anreise Zimmerupgrate erhalten. Leider war die Anfangssauberkeit im geräumigen Zimmer mit Safe, Kühlschrank, TV, getrenntem Bad/WC und Klimaanlage nicht gegeben. Unter dem Bett sowie auf den Ablagen und Möbeln überall Staub/Staubflusen. Erst nach Reklamation an der Rezeption wurde dieser Mißstand teilbehoben. Müllbeseitigung täglich, Reinigung sowie frische Handtücher nur bedingt/teilweise. Hygieneartikel wie Klopapier anscheinend "Mangelware", das fehlen wurde durch Reinigungspersonal nicht zur Kenntnis genommen und musste angefordert werden. Frühstücksraum für die Anzahl der Gäste etwas klein wodurch anzuraten ist nicht zu spät zum Frühstück (6-10 Uhr und gegen Aufpreis) zu erscheinen. Parkmöglichkeit für KFZ-Anreisende in einer 3 Gehminuten entfernten, seperat buchbaren Parkgarage ist gegeben. Frühstücksbuffet reichlich jedoch jeden Tag das Selbe. Insgesammt ist das Personal freundlich, Ceck In, Check out unkompliziert.

The rooms are very different from what they appear in the photo. It has nothing to do with the photos. There is very old furniture and lamp cords dangling from the ceiling. There was lady hair all over the bed. Runway. It squeaks loudly when pressed on the boards on the floor. It's like a 100 year old village house. I recommend walking until you get to the elevator. It's very slow, like an antique. Awful and narrow. There is a huge window in the toilet & bathroom. It can be seen very easily when viewed from the apartment opposite. No privacy was considered. Toilet window like living room. Right next to the toilet. There is no breakfast option. One thing that is disgusting is that there are 3 female attendants in the breakfast room. The ladies wear thin aprons that resemble a doctor's apron. Since women wear aprons without wearing any clothes over bra and panties, their insides are clearly visible. It's like they're among naked people. They made us sit at the table next to another family so that you do not remove the table we want to sit at and sit there, sit there. They are very rude. They're chatting. They were making a loud noise among themselves. They were nagging guests without thinking. He shamelessly told the receptionist that the room was not what it looks like in the photos on the internet and when I asked them to change it, he shamelessly said the same. Never stays is a place. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Die Lage befindet sich im Wiener Stadtteil, den man nicht unbedingt empfehlen würde.Trotzdem ist die Anbindung sehr gut und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten gut zu essen.Sauberkeit top und W-Lan eher schlecht. Frühstück wäre auch mit wenigen finanziellen Möglichkeiten deutlich Verbesserungswürdig.Man darf aber nicht das Preis-Leistungsniveau vergessen.Daher war es für ein kleinen Städtetrip ausreichend und wer mehr Komfort haben möchte empfehle ich eher ein anderes Haus.

I just needed 1 night somewhere close to Wien Hauptbahnhof. This is 15 mins walk or 5 mins by tram from the main station. Super fresh, clean and tidy the room was a decent size and very comfortable. It was also an easy walk into within the ring and all the highlights of Vienna and of course easy to return by metro also. Next door was a Hofer to stock up on supplies. Room had a fridge and mini-bar if you wanted to use it. This, like the room, was a reasonable price.

Nice hotel. Convenient location close to the O tram and with the 14A bus stopping right outside the door! It’s only a 10 min walk from the Hauptbahnhof as well. Lovely room. Only downside was the air con didn’t work properly so it was warm and stuffy (even though the outside temperature was low!).

The hotel is Ok, but the dor system is horrible when you close the dor, it seems like everybody is slamming the door. Also tou can hear people from all floor, very bad soundproof. The hotel otherwise is OK. Not recommend for family. Because of the noise i took away the stars otherwise its ok.

The hotel is clean and comfy, situated at a location near just 15 mins walk from Wien HBF. We were really very impressed with the helpfulness of receptionist Syed. He took the time to answer to our many questions and even accommodated to some of our requests. He is the definition of warm Austrian hospitality. Breakfast was great too. A lot of good cheese. All in all, this hotel is a gem.

Hotel was comfortable and well located for the train station and bus and trams to the city centre. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The room was very clean and the only drawback was there being no coffee making facilities in the room which is very unusual these days

Hotel Caroline staff was very friendly and helpful. Room service did a great job. The room was lsrge and had nice air conditioning. The walk to the subway was 5 minutes and allowed easy access to all the main tourist attractions and other subway lines. There was a bus stop right in front of the hotel. There was a tram line tight around the block as well. Here is where the point was lost-the park.near the hotel had a lot of police activity and the breakfast was just average at vest. No eggs or hot foods. But I would definitely recommend the hotel. Great value for the price.

비엔나 근교 여행을 목적으로 7박을 했는데 머무는 내내 조용하고 편안했습니다. 소파, 옷장, 수납 공간이 있어 활용도가 좋았고 직원들도 모두 친절했어요. 중앙역과는 좀 거리가 있지만 걸어갈 수 있는 정도였고 주변에 식당과 마트 등이 있어 크게 불편함을 느끼지 못했습니다. 조식도 괜찮았지만 스크럼블 같은 조리된 따뜻한 음식이 없어서 좀 아쉬웠습니다.

The breakfast was excellent, lots of choices, and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. There is free public transportation available to go around the city if you register with the hotel. 外観は目新しい感じはしませんが、内装はリフォームされていてきれいです。シャワールームにトイレが別に設置されているスタンダードなタイプです。毎日清掃もされており、リネン類も交換されています。朝食については毎日同じメニューで、スタンダードなもの（チーズ　野菜といってもきゅうりとトマトとパプリカ　パンは甘いパンと普通のパン数種類　卵はゆで卵のみ　シリアル　ヨーグルト　デザートはチョコレートケーキのみ）でちょっと物足りないでしょうか。夜になるとお店がほとんどしまってしまいます。近くのSPARも19:00にしまってしまいます。夜外で食事をして帰りにビールを買って部屋のみしたくても事前に買い出ししないとできません。ハウフトバーンホフ駅に向かって10分弱歩いたガソリンスタンドに併設したコンビニは夜お遅くまで空いてます。
